Don't go there! Had me truck for almost 2 weeks and they did nothing. I called for a week straight and so did my insurance company and put you on hold for 4 minutes then goes to voicemail. I had to drive down there and call my insurance company so they can communicate. I brought my truck in clean and they gave it back to me dirty blue marks all over it more body damage and dirt all in it. I finally had enough and took my truck to another body shop.Service: Painting

These guys are very nice and professional, not your typical collision center crowed. They did an amazing job after I had $5k dollar worth of damage by hitting a racoon on I95 North, driving back from Miami to Orlando. They transformed the sexy car back to life and gave her the sexy back.....look at the two pictures after the work was complete. The car looked brand new, so new that another delar offered me to buy my car!

Had some auto work left front headlight and fender. Incident was due to equipment ( tool box) fell off pickup truck on 1792 east ound of Saint Cloud. Thirty work was excellent with rental car service during repair of seven days replacement of left headlight with alignment of beam to correct specification of aiming it correctly .Paint os skin matched perfectly ,CUDO's to Gerber Auto body and pain repair.

This shop is awesome. Never had such good customer service anywhere else. The team really did a great job at helping with a difficult situation and they were really on top of everything.

Gerber did a wonderful job fixing my car after someone hit it in the parking lot at my office. Work was done in two days and looks fantastic. They are friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone needing body work on your car.

My car had been taken to this shop for a minor accident repair. It took them 3-4 weeks before they even checked out my vehicle to determine what repairs would be necessary. From there, they had to order parts. Parts for my vehicle were scarce, and I completely understand that, but I was trying to figure out an estimated delivery date for those parts and I kept getting responses of I ll have my parts person find out and give you a call back. I never received any call back and was contacting them every day trying to figure out when I would have my car back (my calls would only get answered 1/4 of the time). Conversations were had, that my car would be completed within a week of receiving all the parts but they were unsure as to when said parts were going to arrive. Since contacting them almost every day, I knew exactly when they had received all the parts to repair my car. It s been almost 2 weeks since they received all the parts to complete my car and I have yet to find out when they would be done fixing my car. I haven t had my car for over 2.5 months, meanwhile I had friends that took their cars to other repair shops and had their cars fixed for similar issues within 2 weeks.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Carlos and his team did an excellent quality job on my car. They were prompt at securing materials during current supply chain challenges and did a superior job. They kept me abreast of the repair timeline and delivered the car promptly. Their customer service and attitude is excellent as well. This is my second review. After initially gave a glowing review because once the part arrived, which took a long time because of backorder, they fixed it quick and I had great communication with the progress. However after a week the repair dstopped working and the service has been horrible. Carlos has no control over how soon a part gets in but he does have a choice to keep his word, accept and fix his mistakes and communicate instead avoid his customers. Twice my car was not repaired properly and its still not fixed. Accident was in Oct, car was fixed in Jan and here we are June. Most of all,my review reflects the unprofessionalism of this place. I would not recommend it to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

i was in a minor accident a few months ago, and gerber was one of the repair centers approved by insurance. the only bad thing i have to say is how busy they are! because my damage did not make the car unsafe to drive, i had to wait about 7 weeks to get in the shop. however, everything else was an incredible experience, and i don't think i could go anywhere else for repairs again. gerber had my car ready 3 days before estimated, and they made it so easy to pick up my rental car. i have never been so satisfied with service from a repair center!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My insurance company made me go in for an estimate for a scratch from a fender bender. The wonderful gentleman who greeted me took my car back, buffed and painted. It was 30 minutes from when I left work until I returned. Excellent service!

I took my car in after someone spray painted my hood. Their estimator, Darren, was the most helpful, explaining what was wrong, how the could fix it and the process of doing that. He answered absolutely every questions I had. My car is bright orange with metallic flecks, and he made sure I was comfortable that they could repaint and blend the car.The process was supposed to take a week, but I dropped my car off on a Friday, and was able to pick it up Tuesday after work. Everything I left in the car was untouched, and the car was cleaned and detail spotless when it rolled out. They worked directly with my insurance company to help me fix my car back to brand new.I will definitely recommend them in the future!

I drive a Ford F150 pickup truck and unfortunately had to go in for a front bumper repair. They finished the repairs in a reasonable amount of time.I picked my truck up early one morning and noted to the gentleman that there was damage to the rear panel like someone had sideswiped my truck pulling into the garage. The manager wasn't immediately available but did respond. She assured me it would be taken care of but had to order the decal and fender. Unfortunately, through COVID a new manager came in and they have refused to fix the damage the shop had done. There's plenty of documentation, photos pre and post to prove it all. I cannot believe the poor service and lack of taking ownership of their error. I am going the legal route but I would NEVER USE THEM. To add insult to injury the front bumper they replaced now has rust spots from a shotty paint job. Do yourself a favor and DON'T USE THIS SHOP!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have taken three cars to Gerber, and wouldn't go anywhere else for service. They are efficient and do a quality job on repairs. I love that my car always comes back washed, detailed, and ready to go!

Gerber Collision and Glass located on Amelia st in Orlando was one of the best decisions we've ever made. From the beginning they were professional, courteous and understanding.They had a local car rental company pick us up directly from their shop immediately after we dropped off the vehicle. Amy was very polite in describing the details step by step throught the entire process to us. Once we got the news our vehicle was ready to pick up we didn't know what to expect since we never used them before but was pleasantly surprised to see the phenomenal work done to our vehicle. It looked like new again. Both myself and my wife were very happy. I am very picky with who does any work to our vehicles and I wouldn't hesitate to take any of our vehicles back to get work done at Gerber Collision and Glass on Amelia st. We didn't get to meet the entire staff but the ones we did have interactions with were awesome! Thanks Fernando, Amy ,Carla and the rest of the crew there Great job!

I arrived a little late due to the car continuously stalling and I was informed that each customer gets ten minutes and ten minutes only and I will have to reschedule or wait indefinitely until someone could get around to me. No, "we will get you in as soon as possible". No," let me see what we can do for you." Just shut up and wait and MAYBE someone will call you eventually. There are too many options for car repair to go to a place that acts like the are doing you a big favor. If they act like that upon intake I can only imagine how terrible they will be with information and repairs. No thanks. Edit: I would be happy to. It was your St. Cloud shop. Visit scheduled ( according to your staff) at 10:10. I arrived at 10:22. On Thursday oct 3. Referred by Geico who gave me a new shop that took me immediately.

Worst Experience ever. When I came to pick up my car, I did not have time to inspect it all fully on the spot due to being on a time crunch as I was using my lunch break at work to pick it up. When I turned my car on and turned the radio on it said I needed the code. I went back inside and asked what they code was and no one knew what it was and they stated they would need to contact Acura and find it. This should ve been done prior to me picking up my car. I stated I needed to get back to work and the manager stated she would send someone to my office to get it all set up. Once Tony came to set up my radio, I had to leave my desk and I met him up at my car to give him my car keys and when I did I noticed a piece near my windshield was loose and hanging, he tried to just push it in but said he would call his manager to find out how to snap it back in. He said once he was done fixing my car he would give me a call to get my keys from him. When he was done I walked back to my car and noticed the piece near my windshield was still not fixed, so he said he would drive back, grab his manager and when he got back to my office he would call me so I could give him my keys again. When he returned I had to leave my desk again so I could give him my keys and when he was done I had to leave my desk again to pick them up. When I had time later that night to look at my car I noticed that some of the pieces they replaced on my car were very used pieces and had scratches and chips of paint missing. One being the front fender near my headlights. The next day I noticed now the other side of my windshield had the same piece loose and not snapped in all the way. Later that day, after work I turned my car on and noticed the air vents near my radio did not work and I now had a light on my dash saying Check Emission System . Also the left head light must not be sealed correctly because it was raining and there is moisture all inside the headlights. I have called to make complaints early morning two days in a row and the lady answering the phone told me both times she would have someone call me and I have yet to receive a phone call.

Customer Service here is absolutely amazing. Amy went above and beyond what she needed to do as well as the lady the works at the front desk!While some people may be fine with the polishing they do, I have a feeling a lot of people would be taking their car somewhere else after getting it back to have it properly detailed.The paint came out terrible and they had to repaint the car (after trying to give it back to me). The second time I got the car the paint was significantly better however there are still runs in a few spots, and swirls/hazing all over the paint. As well as some dings still left on the car from the incident that brought my car here in the first place.I also have issues with a few rattles on my headliner after they reinstalled it.Can't stress enough how much help Amy was, she's the only reason I'm not furious with the repairs done to my car. Can't recommend this shop without feeling like I would ruin someone's day when they see their car though.

I came in for an estimate for a side swipe. Did not even make an appointment to get an estimate. The lady told me that the price will depend on weather the I go through insurance or not. I honestly felt like the scam is in progress. Any shop that changes the value of what they do based on who pays is not something I would want to use.

The worst service ever. First of all, they took forever getting an estimate over and blamed it on their internet and phone system being down for approximately one week. Fernando Garcia kept saying that my vehicle was a total loss never looked for alternative parts as he said he would. Kept giving misleading information and even lied about when he contacted an adjuster when email times and dates do not lie. Let's not forget how he failed to submit an invoice that he clearly had in his possession prior to submitting a request for a final supplement and because of his failure to submit the invoice when he should have it delayed them releasing my vehicle. There is so much more I can write a novel. Do not bring your car to this location.

I had my Lexus fixed at the lake Mary gerber location and I didn t have issues with them. So when I had an accident on my other car I decided to get an estimate at this location because of my previous experience.I made an appointment for 9 am Monday to get it looked at.I got my estimate on Tuesday around 7ish even thought I thought they closed at 5. Amy called and apologized for the delay and explained she was training someone at the time.

I left a 1 star review months ago for poor service and repair. Now months later as im doing maintenance on my own vehicle im finding parts missing and broken parts glued onto my car. I can't change my tag light bulbs because these idiots epoxied the housing into the bumper instead of changing the housing like they should have when they broke it.They told me certain parts have to be broken to be removed which i knew was bull***t im a mechanic and I can take anything off of any car without breaking it as long as the proper work procedure is provided. But apparently all my skills yield is management laughing in my face.They deserve negative stars but the worst i can do is 1.

I had a very minor issue that required 20 minutes of work. Carlos told me he'd squeeze me in quickly and charged me an incredibly reasonable fee. Everyone that recommended Gerber informed me that they could be trusted with pricing, and I certainly found that to be the case.

My car was returned to me with a dead battery, the ABS light on, the wheel positioning no longer displaying on the dashboard, and the car was out of alignment even though I paid to have it aligned. When I brought my car back to Gerber after they received payment for my insurance claim, I was accused by the Shop Manager of having the car in an accident from the time I picked it up at Gerber and drove it less than 5 miles directly to Lexus, I was told my car did not have the feature that displayed wheel positioning, and I was told that the ABS module was bad and needed to be replaced. My car was diagnosed by Lexus and it was quickly determined that the programming for the Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) and related systems in my car had been deleted due to the car being without power for an extended period of time during servicing at Gerber (the car was in their shop for 6 weeks). Once the module was reprogrammed, the ABS light turned off, the wheel positioning displayed on the dashboard, and the steering column was able to be centered in relation to the tires. The extended period without power also explains why the battery, which was still under warranty, had been drained and had to be jumped when leaving the Gerber parking lot after servicing. Lexus noted that Gerber should have been able to identify the programming issue and was negligent to release the car back to me without the safety features engaged. In essence, I was driving a car with no ABS system. It was just a really poor experience and my impression was that they got paid and didn't want to deal with it anymore. I am angered that they released the car to me without the ABS engaged and without warning me that it was not engaged.
