We had a garage spring break on a Saturday night. Jereme at Garage Doctor of Orlando came out the next day on a Sunday morning and promptly resolved the issue. He did a full inspection and even recommended some regular maintenance we could do ourselves. The service was great, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We definitely recommend and would call him again with any garage issues.

I was having problems with both of my garage doors and called Garage Doctor of Orlando, Inc. Jereme came out first thing the next day, fixed both of my doors and charged far less than I thought it would be. It is great to have two functioning garage doors again. Jereme was professional yet friendly and pleasant and it is nice to see a company that still provides quality service.

My experience with Jereme and his crew was nothing less than spectacular! The spring on my garage door had broken, leaving me unable to access anything in my garage. Upon speaking with Jereme he was able to give me a rundown of my issue and gave a quote over the phone, in less than 2 hours he arrived at my home and was able to fix my door that same day! Would definitely recommend his quick and thorough service and will be using Garage Doctor of Orlando for all of my garage maintenance!

Garage Doctor of Orlando, Inc. is a top notch company and Jereme is unsurpassed in customer service. They are prompt, efficient, affordable and courteous. Out of 5 stars I would give them 20 if I could....highly recommend this company and will definitely refer them to all of my customers too.

We had a broken spring on our garage door and couldn't get the car out. I called the Garage Doctor and he was able to come to the house within about 1.5 hours, he performed an inspection and quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, we were good to go. Great service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience with Garage Doctor of Orlando installing 2 new garage door openers. Jereme is extremely knowledgeable and not only does a great job, but taught me all about my garage doors and openers. He and Bob make a great team and I won't hesitate to contact them as needed in the future.

Highly recommend this company for your garage door repairs! I had just purchased a home and was having trouble getting the garage to learn a new remote. I thought the receiver was dead which would have been a costly repair and another company probably would have immediately recommended a new opener. However, Jereme inspected the unit and determined that it worked fine and that the remote was simply incompatible. He then told me what to buy and even sent a link to a YouTube video he made that walks through the remote programming process. Fantastic service!

Our garage spring was broken on a Saturday night and our cars were in the garage. I started to call around and Jeremy was responded to me immediately. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and provided me the upfront quote with no hidden fee. He told me he had other scheduled projects but he would come around 2pm on the following Monday. He did come on Monday around 2pm as promised while he was doing another project to install the garage door opener. He knew we were stuck at home and asked the client's permission to come and rescue us (Thank you the client!). He was very professional. He replaced the springs and conducted the necessary inspections within an hour. We were amazed the quality and efficiency of the work and very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Call right away. You won't regret it! I contacted Garage Doctor after getting a ridiculous quote from one of his competitors. They said I needed to replace everything. Jereme came out and quickly assessed the job. He recommended only the service I needed and even showed me a few repairs I could do myself. He was professional, knowledgeable, worked fast and did an excellent job. Oh, and the bill? Hundreds less than the other quote I received. I wish I had called Garage Doctor first! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jereme was phenomenal. I truly appreciate the service that gave me. He is WELL KNOWLEDGEABLE of his work. He came out to help with a issue that I was having with my garage door not closing. When I called him, he answer plus came out the same day. If anyone looking for someone to do some work on their garage door I reccomend Garage Doctor of Orlando. Very professional and knowledgeable. I called Garage Doctor Of Orlando because of their amazing ratings on Google. I spoke with Jereme on the phone and we discussed the issue I was having with the garage door. He fit me in on his schedule that same day. And this was on a weekend which I thought was great customer service! Jereme and his associate Johnson installed my new garage door opener and exceeded all expectations. They were knowledgeable, explained everything I needed to know, and made sure I was getting the best products and service. I will definite utilize Garage Doctor of Orlando in the future and highly recommend them for any garage door concerns.

After a week of having my warranty company send out shady repair men and trying to self diagnose the issue I reached out to Garage Doctor of Orlando. I actually called around 1am to leave a message and was in shock when Jereme picked up and was able to setup an appointment for the morning. There were a few simple issues to fix and a few curve balls during the repair but Jereme and his colleague kept me updated on the status and were upfront and transparent with information including on price. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They know what they are doing and have exceptional customer service. If you have any garage needs you have to call Garage Doctor of Orlando first!

I had listed my home for sale and my garage door would close but not open regularly. I needed it to work for home showings and to make my seller disclosure form truthful. I needed quick same-day service.I searched Craigslist for 'garage door repair' and came across their ad. I called Garage Doctor of Orlando and Jereme came the same day!! Impressive!Turns out my garage door spring was not balanced correctly putting too much heavy load on my door for it to open. If this condition would have continued it would have burned out my garage door opener costing me much more than what I paid Jereme.Jereme was a nice, professional guy that gave me more tips on maintaining my garage door. He also balanced and did an annual maintenance service on my heavy 2-car hurricane wind-resistant garage door.I highly recommend Jereme and Garage Doctor of Orlando for any garage door issue. In an age where most repair people don't come the same day or don't even show up at all he was fantastic!!!

We highly recommend Garage Doctor of Orlando. When our garage door would not open one morning I found this company online. I was able to text my issue and send a photo. Jeremy got back to me within minutes and sent us a quote. Talk about easy. He was also super professional, on time and really knew his stuff!

With a last minute call, these guys came out and did a great job repairing my garage door springs. I contacted a couple of other repair offices just to get a quote and no other shop was able to provide me with a close enough ballpark. The Garage Doctor of Orlando team gave me a to the penny quote and then came out within a couple of hours at the end of the day and took care of the door with maintenance as well as warranted! A+ service!

Jeremy responded and showed up quickly, really knew his stuff, was super-friendly and professional, explained everything thoroughly, explained how I could save some money by performing some minor tasks myself, used an extra part he had on hand in repairing my garage door without charging me for that part, and gave me some great maintenance and and hardware (garage-door opener) recommendations/tips. I'm going to be sure to call Garage Doctor next time I have any issue with my garage doors!

I was very impressed with Jereme s knowledge, solutions, and friendliness. I felt like he was looking out for me - and not trying to sell me on anything. I wasn t expecting the mini tutorial on how to self check my garage door opener or walk through his checklist - but I am glad I did! I have already recommended him to a neighbor and would highly recommend him to everyone!

Excellent customer service! I rarely write reviews, but this experience was honestly as good as it could have been. Arrival time was accurate (which is rare), work was performed on the spot, and I even received TWO follow-up texts/phone calls with instructions regarding routine at-home maintenance. My garage door malfunctioned after accidentally closing on a box, and could not be lowered. The Doctor (Jereme) responded promptly to my call on a Friday evening and came over to my home within 30 minutes! He quickly diagnosed the issue (detached cable), the steps needed for the fix, and gave me an estimate for the repairs. The estimate was entirely fair, and additionally he offered a discount to me as an educator. Lovely! He worked quickly and got everything working well again -- also advising me on further maintenance to keep the door ship-shape on my own. Prompt service, friendly and approachable demeanor, efficient work and great results! I heartily recommend this company, and would gladly call on them again for any future needs.

Extremely impressed with the service this company provided. Our garage broke late last night and we were stuck. Called Garage Doctor and Jereme was kind enough to come out and fix our problem. He was prompt, fixed our problem at a VERY reasonable rate, and explained things while he was working. I am always skeptical about calling "repair" companies, but Jereme was great. I would recommend this place to anyone for great service!

I came home late at night to find my garage door springs broken. I called and Jeremy answered and I set up and appointment for the next morning. He arrived right on time and was fast and obviously expert at his job. He did the work for a very reasonable price, gave me some free tips on how to maintain my door and track and didn't try to up-sell me on anything. I will call again in the future for any garage door needs.

GREAT company, went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and my door was up and running. If you need your garage door repaired, this is the company to call. They care and clearly take pride in what they do. They explained everything before they began the work and also made suggestions as to other upgrades I should consider making in the future. No pressure, just gave me options for keeping my garage door working at it's best. I will be having them return next month to do the additional work. Very professional and personable! Jereme Coleman came to my apartment to fix my garage door. It s super acceptable to be able to text with him through the company s phone to give him easy directions and I know exactly when he will be at my home. He was extremely nice and very efficient. He explained everything very thoroughly and was patient enough to explain everything to me. Thank you garage doctors!

Jeremy answered immediately and arrived ahead of time. He reviewed the problem and quickly determined the best solution. He also conducted a safety inspection which identified issues that would soon cause more problems. My door operates better than new and is now much safer than when it was installed by my builder. I wouldn t hesitate to call or refer others to this company

While he was very friendly on the phone, he was clearly trying to capitalize on a chance to overcharge. I paid $50 for him to come to my house to diagnose my garage door. Other companies offer free consultations and a quote. He gave me a preliminary quote over the phone of $130 to replace two rollers (that cost $7 a piece). But when he examined my garage door he saw that the spring was broken, which quickly escalated his estimate to over $500 to do the work. This is an outrageous assessment. I later found that other companies advertise that same work for around $175. Way overpriced. I chose not to do business with him.

Jereme came out did a thorough inspection, adjusted my springs, put quieter (poly not metal) wheels on my door, installed an almost silent opener all in the same day for an unbeatable price. Also came out and did work at my current home. Highly recommend.
