Dropped car off in May and received an initial pickup of June. Drive car to shop and picked up in July because they weren t working on it and the car broke down after changing intake and all issues they identified and fixed. Car was towed back where it was diagnosed that car need timing and cams etc. Ended up picking up car in September because they stated they were spending too much time on car.Almost $5000 I got the car back where after 2 week car started giving timing codes after they have just changed timing components, retimed and changed cam adjusters. I was told by Fabian to send pictures of the codes. I ve been text and calling but either gotten voicemail, being told he will call back because he is dealing with a customer or no response to texts.In conclusion, technicians are knowledgeable but the service receive is horrible. I remember being told that the car would be ready on a weekly basis. They didn t start to look into vehicle issues until I came from military training in August. Car still giving issue and seems they don t care because money is already spent.Update: Brought to another shop and issues were due to timing off by 1 tooth.

These guys have given a lot of love to my MK7.5 Golf R. They know what they're doing and provide excellent service! Fabian did an excellent job recalibrating the 2017 Porsche Cayman PDK transmission gearbox. The excessive clunk noise was gone after recalibration. To pay $300.00 dollars just for diagnostics when you already know what's the problem , and know you were the one that strip the bolt to be fix , just for there expert advise .. it's insane ????So honestly I can say take it and put it were the sun don't shine ..

They take care of my GTI MkV and Fabian ,Miguel, Ray are experts in their fields, actually race cars, know about what's best for your set up, and can do anything you want. APR dealer among others, service German cars of any type and also European. Mostly Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, and VW Did I mention they are AWESOME, and honest too. Won't mistreat or mislead you. If you have a goofy setup they'll tell you that's not what you should have, and not recommend driving with wrong parts or unsafe upgrades.So be honest yourself and take care of your German or European Car.

Soon as I picked up my MK7 GTI, 2 years ago, everyone said get your work done at FSTUNING. They have gone above and beyond to help out from removing a tune for warranty work to staying late to make sure whatever mod gets done right. No attitude, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in explaining what's been proven to work! I always recommend these guys for euro's.

They broke my Porsche. I had them replace my rotors and brake pads. When I got my car back the brakes squeak really bad. I brought it back and asked them to change the oil and take a look at it to see what was wrong. When I came back they charged me $250 to check my car, didn't fix the brakes, and then told me I needed to replace my head gasket. The guy asked me how many miles my car had and when I told them 60k he had we should just change the rings on my manifold. I had no lights on my dash reading any motor issues. My brakes still squeak. I thought of bringing it back again but why, they are the ones that broke it in the first place. They simply request work that's not needed just to make money.Update: I have a wholesale account at Porsche. The parts I brought in were NEW OEM parts directly from Porsche, not aftermarket parts. To blame me for bringing my own parts is wrong.

Great experience. This place clearly has a lot of loyal customers as their lot is packed with nice luxury cars, lined up to be tuned. The gentleman who greeted me provided open advice to multiple customers with inquiries about maximizing their tunes safety and performance. Everyone in the shop was friendly. I went in to add a downpipe and intake, and the car drives great on my custom tune. I'll be going back again to get my car lowered and charge pipe added.

I called them and they didn t answer and they called me back right away. I just had a question about a type of service and then I had one about a specific part. They were able to locate the part and even had it in stock. When I went to pick it up He came out to actually check to see if the part fit as well before purchase. Super fast service and genuine people. I will be coming back to service my Audi here.

Helped upgrade several pieces on my golf gti quickly and at a time convenient for me. Great shop, definitely the go to place in Orlando for when you choose to MOD your car. Even for maintenance they are awesome but they are so knowledgeable at modifications. And best of all is that they are super honest with people. I overheard someone was trying to mod a high mileage car and the rep mentioned that maintenance was more important than mods at that point of time. That s pretty awesome that they do not sugar coat things. They know what they are doing for sure, Don t believe me? Just look at the parking lot..

This place is great! The folks there really take pride in their work, recently did several upgrades to my MK7 and couldn t be more happy. Fabian and Sebastian took great care of me all through the process from order to install. These guys know there stuff and if you are looking to have service or turn your car into a race car this is where you want to go.

Two years ago I bring my 2011 A4 Audi to preform a first stage Tunning, I have a friend that recommended me FS Tunning European team the knowledge and service are excellent you feel like VIP. After the first time I bring my car to do a inspection they found some problems but they listed the priority ones and explained with details for me to decide which one should be fix first I really feel like I matter thank you FS team.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Found this local shop after a trusted business referred them.What I liked the most about this shop is they will TALK to you and aren't trying to rush you into a purchase or repair.Their repair prices were lower than the dealer they gave realistic responses on whether I needed the repair. This is good if you haven't decided what you want/need to do regarding a repair.This great level of customer service comes at a cost. If they are helping another customer, you will have to wait. THIS IS FINE for me.I did find that they get busy and may not answer the phone. They run a lean shop and everyone I spoke to was technical. I assume this means everyone is involved in repairs.This is easily remedied.Stay honest guys and I WILL be back as I like the level of dedication and customer service you offer.You will make more money in the long run with honesty.

good shop I'll be bringing my car back. had a coolant leak. guys replaced my water pump with a better one. price was a bit high, but can't complain about the quality of service. very satisfied.

Exceptional work. Took awhile due to getting parts from , but very pleased with the results. The steering and suspension is phenomenal after being worked on. Staff is very knowledgeable about the cars they are working on. Diagnostics here are way above average. Those guys are great. The knowledge they have combined is unreal. Work always done on time. With no issues. Best place in town and out of town. Fair prices.they treat your car as one of there own. Can't say enough great things about them. And I am a repeat repeat customer for all the cars needs. Second to none.

They know German cars. Fabian and Ray are great at what they do. I've been a regular customer for 7 years now. They've taken my car from all stock to stage3+ and have been there for me every step. I highly reccomend them. They stand by their work, and do the job right.

The customer service rep. Sebastian was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and even used his own car as a demonstration for a part I was looking to buy. Reputable Shop these guys know there stuff. I only take my car to them. I've never had any issues with them. They've been helping me with a build for my VW and, I've chosen to do business with them for two years and counting. If you ever need parts or service done to your vehicle FS-Tunning is my number 1 recommendation. I have nothing but positive things to say about this shop.

These guys are awesome. Most important is they are honest. They do what they say they're gonna do and I'm always satisfied. Also if you have high end expensive maintenance cars you can't beat their prices. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

Got an APR Stage 1 tune on my Golf R here and it was painless. Staff is very easygoing, let me sit by my car in the garage while he flashed it. Was a great experience, definitely coming back when I have the $$$ to go to a Stage 2.

I reached out to FS Tunning three weeks ago to schedule a basic service for my Mercedes. I needed an Oil change, and also wanted the other basic fluids checked and replaced if deemed necessary.I scheduled an appointment about a week or so out from the day I called and Got my tow truck details coordinated. On the day of my scheduled appointment my vehicle arrived And I waited to hear from the technicians at FS tuning with an estimate or some form of detail in order to move forward with getting the vehicle serviced.I gave it two days before I called in order to follow up and I was directed to speak with a man named Sebastian. He told me that my vehicle was going to be inspected that day and that he was going to get back to me with the estimate. Unfortunately, Sebastian never called me back that day. Or the next day. I tried reaching out for the next four days and no one would respond my voicemails.From previous dealings with FS Tunning I had the direct line of the owner and I texted him asking to please call me. Unfortunately again I got no response. The next morning I decided to text him again this time going into further detail asking him to please give me a call, and that I just wanted to speak with him in regards to moving forward with getting with my vehicle serviced.Finally I received a reply from the owner. He response to my text message telling me that I would receive a phone call shortly from Sebastian. A few seconds later I received a call from Sebastian. I made it clear to Sebastian that I was unhappy with the lack of communication that was going on, He apologized and said they were behind on some work but assured me that my vehicle was going to be inspected that day or at the latest the next day in order to create an estimate and order the necessary parts. And we left it at that.The day ended, the following day came and went and unfortunately I never heard back from Sebastian. So I texted the owner again and asked him this time to call me. He responded that he was busy and that Sebastian would call me.A few minutes later Sebastian called and said your car will be inspected today and I ll send you the estimate.. It being the 4th time in the last 2 weeks that I was told the same thing, I asked him to put his boss on the phone and told him that his costumer service was unacceptable. He put me on hold for a few seconds before answering the phone again only to repeat what his boss said.. Fabian (the owner) is busy and told me to tell you that if you are unhappy with the way you are being treated to come get your car Unfortunately, I was left with no other choice and had to make the unexpected expense of having my vehicle towed to a different shop. I live about an hour out of the city and towing my vehicle from my home to Fs Tunning was over $200. $200 that are now in the trash. I brought my vehicle to these guys because I trusted their work ethic. unfortunately, I was wrong.
