Worst customer service ever did not find the part and said my car is not in the system and he said I have to drive 40 minutes to pay for the part for them to order it and then I have to wait for them to get it and then I have to come back again so I can pick it up won t do any business with this site and I would not recommend you to do too, if you value your time.

My car broke, we went in and were helped by German Lopez, who was extremely understanding, kind, and informative. I left with my car the same day! Overall a wonderful employee and service.

They wanted to charge me over $3k, with $900 just for labor to replace an ac compressor. I ended up leaving without getting it fixed! How can a compressor be as much as a used car?! Then i had to pay over $300 just to tell me what i already know which anyone can know just by watching a 5 minute video from YouTube!Like a typical car dealer, you mean nothing to them unless you're going to spend a lot of money. They look at you and think how much they can charge or upsell you. They don't care.Come here if you want to be ripped off or you just want to spend a lot of money for the simplest of repairs!Service: Air conditioning

The worst dealer I have ever seen in my life, after-sales service does not exist, if you need a tow truck the warranty does not exist, very bad, I would rather pay than go to change the oil there, it seems like a ghost town, but to sell you the car they are very kind...El peor dealer que he visto en mi vida, servicio postventa no existe, si necesitas una gr�a la garant�a no existe, muy malo , prefiero pagar que ir a cambiarle el aceite ah�, parece un pueblo fantasma, pero para venderte el carro si son muy amables..

They installed the tires wrong, I was left stuck and they wiped their hands. I had to find a truck and then wait to take the car to them when they opened on Monday.
