Stopped by Fix Truck LLC truck service and boy, was I disappointed with the job they did. They claim to offer top-notch diagnostics, but let me tell you, it's nowhere near accurate. Prices? Way too high. And get this, they don't even provide warranties for parts or their services. They slap in non-original parts, some Chinese knock-offs or used stuff, which is just asking for trouble. And don't get me started on the staff rude as can be. There's no clear pricing, they just make it up as they go and overcharge you. And forget about getting a receipt. Went in with one problem, came out with three! Ended up having to take my ride to another truck service to get things sorted out properly. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Fix Truck LLC! For giving an honest negative review, I've been tagged as a bot. But with the slew of negative reviews on Facebook and elsewhere, are they all just bot-generated too? I'm skeptical of your three glowing reviews because they don't align with the service experience. I'm more inclined to trust the majority with their negative feedback than those three folks singing your praises

Truck broke down near Orlando. Sent my driver there after arranging a visit by the phone. They find the problem that turned out to be a siple one - broken valve on a coolant tank cap. Purchased and replaced by the end of the day. Great gob, FixTrack!

my truck had a problem. I came to the guys for service. They did computer diagnostics and found the cause. it was a good experience. they do their job perfectly.

It s hard to find someone to solve any electrical issues especially with Freightliner. Guys replaced my exhaust gas sensor, this was a problem that I could not identify and solve for a whole year. Thanks a lot!
