Over promised, under delivered. Arrived for my 11:30 am appointment for the great rate on lifetime alignment and a tire rotation. The manager confidently told me 3 hours so I planned the second half of my day, but I wasn t able to pick it up until 7 hours later. The tire pressure was not checked so he did it there on the spot, added a hidden fee before I paid and ultimately my steering wheel still pulls to the right. There you have it, a whole day waiting for an absolute poor quality job. To correct my alignment I will not be going to this same location again.

Charged diagnostic fee to verify the exact reason for the appointment. To replace a windshield wiper motor and an oil change resulted in over $500. - $50 of that was charged to verify that I needed the motor. I can understand if the diagnostics were different from the appointment or if the issue was unknown. That was not the case here. I will be looking elsewhere for my car care needs if I'm paying more for what I know is the issue.

Prices are up and service is down. Couple of weeks ago they were over 30 minutes late opening the store. I didn t wait around to see when they actually opened. Just paid $180 for oil change and new wiper blades. I ve been going to this store for years but I may need to make a change.

I ve been going here for years and it looks like management has changed. Came in because I had 3 warning lights on after a tire patch. Showed the tech and I left my car there for the day. I called after two hours to get an update. Management stated it would be ready within the hour. I asked what was wrong with it and they stated they did not know. My question is how do you know it will be ready if you don t even know what you re fixing? I call again to get an update they stated the brake check was complete and my brakes were fine. I asked if the warning lights had been fixed and they stated that I came in for a break check. If I wanted the warning lights fixed they d have to run a diagnostic. I stated that I showed the techs all the lights and after my car being there for 5 hours I did not want to leave it over night to run a diagnostic. Granted they did not charge me for all this after I complained but it still took time out of my day.Well went across the street, to Expert Car Care, turns out Firestone unplugged a sensor and that was the reason I was getting all the warning signs. Save yourself the trouble and just go across the street to expert car care.

Exceptional service! I recently had to change a tire on the go, and they swiftly took care of it for a mere $30. Moreover, they promptly replaced a faulty light bulb under warranty on the same day. Their speed and reliability are truly commendable.

The service is professional and easy. The price is fair not expensive. I like service manager Brian. He is kind, easy going, and professional. Will definitely visit Firestone this store again next time. Highly recommended to other drivers who need car services. Yes, I will.

I had two flat tires, I called the store at 6:30pm to let them know I was waiting on a tow and would be willing to drop my vehicle off and wait for service until the next morning. Brian and his staff were still there when I arrived and was willing to assist me although I arrived right at 7pm, time of store closure. They worked on my vehicle same day to ensure my child and I s safety of getting home. The staff were very nice and no one hesitated to get my vehicle back on the road. I am definitely making this my new auto repair shop. I appreciate the compassion and empathy that was given in my situation thank you

Update - Received a canned response from the owner (below) Short of getting over here to remove the oil stain on my driveway, there is nothing else you can do. You can keep the payment for the nightmare oil change experience.This store has gone downhill. Simple oil change turned disaster. They lost paperwork to get my car, no receipt that shows service and the oil leaked into huge pool in my driveway (broken gasket) had to take it back and have large oil stain on my driveway. After many years, I won't be going back.

Was on my way back to NY and my cars brake caliper seized up. I just happened to be close by this place and the Gen manager Brian said they could swap out my caliper and get me back on the road quickly, and that s exactly what happened. Brian was a super nice guy and the rest of the crew was too.Didn t try to up sell me on a ton of things, just got my rig fixed quickly and professionally and not at an enormous cost. Thanks fellas.

After calling a good 10 chain alignment stores, this firestone was the only one to accept doing an alignment on my tesla model 3. I had a nightmare dealing with the Orlando Tesla service center and they were booked 2 weeks out.My steering wheel began to be a couple degrees off counterclocwise and I know some excess wear on components can begin at those signs. Scheduled an 11am appointment for an alignment on Monday right away. Got there and was told it would be no way more than 2 hours but definately at least an hour by the store manager Brian, however there was 2 cars ahead of me. There was one in line and one already on the rack. Having an appointment, I shouldn't have to be put behind the line. I understand one already being on the rack as sometimes things take longer but if appointments were running behind I believe I should've been called and asked to be pushed back or rescheduled. I prepared myself that it would take 3 hours mentally and decided to hang around the plaza. It ended up taking 2 and a half hours. It was around 1:30 by the time my car was off the rack and ready to be paid. Everything was truly 5 stars up until this point as waiting can be a one off situation that doesnt happen often. However, after getting in my car and pulling away, I noticed my steering wheel was now off some degrees clockwise. No big deal so I went back inside and told Brian that the the wheel was crooked again. I was told that there was 2 cars ahead of me again. If I was already waiting and my car was messed up I shouldnt have to wait again. Its fine if I was next in line but 2 cars back is not worth it. It didnt take as long as expected and thats fine. I went to leave this time and my wheel was roughly in the same spot as I came in with. I called once I got home and asked for the manager. I told Brian that my wheel was off yet again and his responce was "What do you want?" and offered to refund or try again. I wanted to try again of course and rescheduled for friday morning. I tried to get the earliest appointment but was told that that tech is always late and I would need a later time. A little unprofessional. Over the next few days my email was blown up with those typical "customer surveys" from companies to get feedback. By the time I got the third I was upset that they were asking for feedback when my car wasnt even in for service yet for the third try on an alignment. I gave them my thoughts in the review that I was made to wait excessively, my appointment time was not truly honored, and my vechicles problem wasnt even fixed. Jumping to friday, I walk in for my rescheduled appointment and brian tells me that after talking with his tech, they are nolonger going to work on my vehicle. So you made me drive 25 minutes there to just cancel my appointment. They refunded me my money and once the refund was given, brian felt the need to comment on my customer feedback or "review" in his words being poor, especially since I wasnt irritable, upset, and seemed fine in person. Holy unprofessional! So since my review was so negative I decided to write this one as a mini follow up and public.I felt gaslit that I was truly the problem expecting so much out of an aligment and my car was so different than a car being that it was a like a space ship to go to mars. Decided to go into a more "luxury" or specualty shop the same day, Maitland Tire Company. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and I didnt even have an appointment! only cost 30 dollars more than Firestone and my wheel is near perfectly straight. My car feels like its driving better with less resistance too. They were conserned that I thought a tire alignment on a Tesla was so different because of all the places that refused to work on mine. The money difference doesn't matter as I cant get back the time I wasted dealing with this Firestone.Attached is the steering wheel before I went and then after the first alignment both were driving straight.Service: Wheel alignment

I love going to this Firestone location because of George! He is always so helpful at the counter. George is courteous, friendly, and honest. I highly recommend seeing George if you need maintenance on your car.

I've brought vehicles here for nearly 14 years and have always felt service to be quick and professional. I've not once gotten the impression that I was being misled or being sold parts or services that weren't required.Today, while picking up my vehicle, I witnessed the store manager handle an irate customer. The situation was handled as well as it could've been. The store manager did his best to calm the angry customer down while listening to his complaints and answering his questions. Then, he asked the customer one simple question that blew apart the customer's argument about unnecessary arguments - "sir, are you aware of how many times your wife [the manager referred to her by name, in a show of respect and familiarity with the issue] has brought in the vehicle to have the coolant topped off?"I believe the manager's name is Angel. He could teach classes in customer service and should probably be promoted. I'm impressed.

First off I typically hate chain tire places, they seem to push for things you really don t need, and have a slight condescending attitude when explaining why you need to buy extra services, this Firestone was not any of those. Bryan was extremely helpful and had a great attitude. Very helpful. I ll come back to this center. Check them out.

Do not go here for an alignment!!!! They made my vehicle worse and it's shaking on the highway. I have brand new tires that had less than a mile on them. DO NOT GO HERE, friendly staff but you will see anyone who went there has issues with their alignments.Time to purchase a new alignment machine!!

They greeted me like I was family. Took me right away. Saw the problem, got me a new tire, put it on the rim and away I went. I came in with a flat tire. The tire I could afford. I always come here for service.

I got 4 tires and an alignment. The service team was wonderful specifically Bryan and Angel I watched how well they took care of not only myself but the other clients as well.The technician finished in a timely manner and got me on my way. I will definitely be back! Thank you gentlemen

This is the worst place and service I have seen. They had to do an oil change on my Mercedes and couldn't finish and do the job. They charged me $164 for a job that was not completed. The srvice man didn't know anything and took forever to get things done. The other man that was helping him was acting intimidating because he thought he was so big and intimidating with an attitude and not listening to my concerns. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I dont think Im the first unhappy customer. I read the reviews too late. They should have told me they couldn't do the complete job and not lie to me.

Don't even want to give them one star. I took my truck earlier than my appointment and the man inside wasn't happy when he said I have 5 alignments in front of you. Which is fine I was almost an hour early. Then at 3:30 they called after and said they couldn't do it. Because I needed two new tires, which I knew. However, I think also the guy didn't wanna do my truck in the first place. He had a garbage attitude. I couldn't pick up my truck before close, so I picked it up this morning. And now my truck is INFESTED with ants. I've never had any problems with bugs. I'm infested with 4 different types ants. I'm livid. They parked in pushed up against bushes and under a tree with branches laying on the roof of my truck which scratched my paint and my truck is custom. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Now I have to bomb my truck which I drive daily with my CHILD inside. And had to throw away clothes because of ants. I'm livid

Brought my car at 09:00 and didn t receive back until closing. Even though maintenance job was tire alignment, air filter and tire change. I don t mind the waiting because I have a second car. However they should put my car back how it was given. I literally almost called the police because I thought someone broke into my car. How are you going to have my car all day long and not put back together.

Stay far away from this place. They are overpriced and use inferior parts and inferior workmanship. As I can afford to do so, I am replacing everything they did to make things better. The more I dig in, the more I find wrong. Parts missing, bolts stripped plastic pieces broken. Stay far far away! You ve been warned.

I went to this place and the gentlemen at this place gave me a free oil change and free new tires cause I was broke. They didn't want to me leave the place without new tires. I was definitely blessed they did something different as a team of hard-working people. They do deserve much additional salary im grateful and thankful
