I called several locations around but this particular store agreed to take me in with minimum waiting time. Customer service was on point, friendly, and efficient. I was ready to go in about 30 min! Good job and thank you!

Wouldn't dream of recommending this location to any family or friends. Everyone here is so laxed. Like there isn't a sense of urgency for your car repairs, and to feel completely comfortable that the mechanics are going to tear your vehicle as if it was their own.

They are the only national brand that can't work on Teslas, I walked in with a flat tire and the two employees informed me that they can't work on teslas because it requires a special tool. I went to kings in the same parking lot a little mom and pop shop hole in the wall, they had a tool called a lug wrench. It took them 5 minutes to fix the problem for a cost of $10. Glad now they didn't have a fing lug wrench, it saved me a ton!

I had a blow out literally as I pulled into their parking lot. They seemed to have been hitting their rush but found a way to get me in. Michelle I believe was the name of the attendant that was behind the counter. She was very helpful and accommodating. I m from out of town and traveling with a dog and she allowed for both of us to sit in the lobby. Would absolutely recommend this establishment.

Wayne and the rest of staff here are awesome. Sorry I don't remember the young lady that works with Wayne but she is really good too. I've witnessed her help customers and was amazed and put a smile on my face. I've been going here since 2010 and they have been pretty good but now they have exceeded my expectations.

I first had questions about their reviews online. The current staff, expressed the facility was under new management, and be assured I was receiving great service. This was not the case, I received no estimate as what they suggested for repair. When I questioned their pricing I encountered an unprofessional demeanor and poor business acumen from the sales representative. I asked for physical proof of the work needing to be done by the mechanic and the sales rep. After encountering their unprofessionalism, I asked for a manager and both the representatives said they were managers on duty. They exhibited no professionalism and had poor communication skills.Neither person on staff reassured me of the cost or the work that needed to be done. The mechanic apparently recommended the work. He however failed to communicate with me verbally why I need the repairs, he just said the parts and service are the price. He spoke little English and left me pretty frustrated and burning steam internally.I phoned the day later to check on the status of my vehicle and asked to speak with a manager. The store manager got defensive and began to argue with me about my concern. This happened when I asked for the parts actual pricing after I questioned repairs. I felt the phone conversation was unprofessional and the manager was untrained in customer service.

A couple of days ago I took my car to this Firestone for an alignment. When I scheduled the alignment, I was told $100, when I picked the car up I was charged $115. While working on the car they told me that I needed a tie rod and it would be $360. I scheduled it a few days later and had that repair done and they charged $225. I pick up my car and I am driving down the road, I noticed a knocking when I turn left. My car was not knocking when I took my car to Firestone. I called back they said bring it back to check it out. When I took it back, this time I am told it's another problem that is going to cost $776. What? I went from a $100 alignment to a thousand dollars? So I called my normal mechanic to schedule an appointment for a second opinion right there in front of them. In fact I asked them to tell me again so I can tell the mechanic what they claim is wrong. When I got my car back the knocking has gone away. Weird or fraudulent? I think this Firestone is shady and feeds off women who they think are dumb enough to pay whatever they say. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO FIRESTONE LOCATED AT 5101 W COLONIAL DRIVE ORLANDO, FL 32808 EVER AGAIN. I was told by a friend that she had issues years ago but I gave them a chance.Service: Wheel alignment

EVERY time I come here it's a problem. This place NEEDS to be closed or MAJORLY overhauled with better staff. If you need your car fixed. Save yourself a headache go somewhere else. Next time I need something done. I'll go to the dealer.... yeah it'll costMORE but rather pay more then get the service I've got at this place.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I traveled from Indiana going to Tampa, I had a donut put on, and honored my warranty, and replaced my tire. . They were so professional, friendly and generous!!!

NEVER NEVER GO HERE OR ANY FIRESTONE! TRUST ME I AM SAVING YOU MONEY AND TIME. THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY IS TRASH FROM THE STORES TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOOD LUCK TO PEOPLE WHO DONT HEED THIS WARNING

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI scheduled an appointment and choose the tires I could afford. When I got there, I parked in the wrong place, and was told you gotta move your car and park in the parking lot. (rude) I go inside the gentleman at the counter greets me that s a plus. I tell him I have an appointment. He couldn t find my appointment that I scheduled online. Then begins my journey. He s searching for my appointment mistakes my last me for somebody else s. I own a Toyota he s talking about a Mercedes. For real!! Then he tells me that they don t have the tires that I chose and that he can t find them anywhere. He hands me a piece of paper with three different tires at astronomical prices for just two tires, almost $600 like no. Then he goes oh my bad I was in the wrong account which is why he couldn t find my appointment. But I will point out that he handed me a paper with my name on it. (liar) I would not recommend this place I would never recommend fire stone. Because how do you have these tires online but when you go to the store they don t have them poor poor customer service.

I went today to get my tire plugged and after waiting there for over half an hour, I was told by the attendant Johan that he can't plug it, I have to buy all new tires because only one is good, all my tires are ' Bridgestone' and they were all replaced at the same time. I decided to purchase four tires from your dealership, but left without doing so because of his attitude, telling me " I have to hurry up because they are closing at 5 pm and the technician has to go home, and he didn't make the rules," all I asked him was 5 minutes to call my son about the tires. I would not return there nor my kids. You guys lost a paying customer $1,060.00 that was what your company lost when I walked away, thanks to an unprofessional employee.

Very immature mechanics. Don t have Andre or Andros work on your car. He will take your money and refuse to admit he did wrong. My 17 yr old made an appointment for 10 to get her tire fixed(there was a nail in it so they were just fixing it. $33 fix) well of course she is young so they took full advantage. They told her the tire was leaking and so they had to fix the sensor too or it would continue to leak. I called them and they tried to tell me she was lying and they never said any of that. My daughter isn t a liar or anything like that so I believe her way more. I told them to leave it alone and do what she came in for and that s all. He said they already did it and in order to take it off would be $30 but he never got approval to even do it! Ridiculous!!!

Definitely get a second hand opinion on your car before getting it fix with firestone, i went to firestone they told me i had a bad leak and that it cost me over $800 to fix it went to another mechanic he fixed my issue for $70 spend your money wisely.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

I was very upset that after I came in for an oil change and also to purchase 4 new tires I had to come back two times because not only did I need to get a new battery, I also had to pay extra for something that was not checked the first time. I was highly upset that I was over 1hr late to work because I was told that I would be in and out and that did not happen. the only person that actually made things better for me was Michelle, she tried her hardest to fix my issues but there was only so much she could do. please do better because I was very disappointed with this Firestone

My past experiences with this particular Firestone on West Colonial Road at Pine Hills Road in Pine Hills, Florida was good, but recently I took my car there and the staff was rude, and impatient, the service desk clerk Alvarenz had an attitude like could care less in giving Firestone business or not. I walked out and went out the way to an automotive business in Ocoee, Fl.. They appreciated my business

went in for a routine tire plug and was forced to purchase a new tire due to " policy " hub cap. It was forgotten to be placed back on the vehicle and waited for almost 3 hours. Just horrible service

Phenomenal service. Brought in my Audi against the dealership request. Received better service and a much better deal than I would have at the dealership which is saying alot considering the dealership does go above and beyond for their customers. In addition, Eric was incredibly helpful and gave me a breakdown of all the recommended services I should do for my car at this point to ensure I get the most out of it.

I called all over Orlando and went to different tire shops for 3 days. They told me it would take 2-3 hours to change my ONE TIRE! Came across Firestone and they literally took a little less than 20 minutes to change my tire, even though they told me it would take at least 30-45 minutes. Service was fast and the workers are very nice. Highly recommended ! I appreciate the service.

New manager and the service is fantastic! They were very honest and thorough in checking out my newly purchased car that needed a couple of things. They were more than fair in assessing and prioritizing what needed to be done immediately. They acted quickly and had great attitudes. Would definitely recommend now that they have new management.

I had a nail in my tire and needed to make the trip home to CT. After turning down their repeated offer for 4 new tires, telling me they were all bald (they were not), I was able to have just the front one changed. They clearly weren't happy they weren't going to make the sale. Fast forward 3 months to today, the tire is flat and WE CAN NOT GET THE TIRE OFF. Impact gun, 2 different lug wrenches, nothing. Do not recommend this place, extremely dishonest.

Went in for a simple STANDARD oil change, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they got my car in and out. Comes time to pay & Wayne doesn t even tell me the price, just asks me to put my card in, of course being a women at an auto care facility I am going to ask the price before paying anything, the standard oil change was supposed to be about $24.95 + taxes so let s just say $30.00. Wayne tells me the price is $62.46, I said excuse me? Why? He goes on to tell me that it was for a full synthetic oil change. I NEVER asked for that, nor did they ask me. So these people changed my car to FULL SYNTHETIC OIL WITHOUT EVEN ASKING FIRST. Who knows what kind of issues this could have caused? Absolutely crazy! Granted, he took the price down after I got my husband on the phone. This was just really shady and I will NOT be going back and I will be filing a complaint with corporate. I wonder how many other women they try to get over on!

Wow! I've been in a few shady places before but, this place tops them all. While visiting Florida my rental had an issue and my wife pulled in this place and had them look at it. While my wife was waiting, a guy came up to her and was staring at her in a creepy way. She felt so violated that she asked him is there anything she can help him with and he( Danny Leon) made a disgusting gesture that he didn't think she heard, well she heard it. Not sure what his capacity is there but they need to remove him. Needless to say she left immediately.

If I could give no stars I would . The SLOWEST firestone I have ever been to & the dude with the fake eye in the front constantly kept eating at the front desk & watching tv shows on his phone . My car was up here for 3 hours + just to change one tire . I wouldn t recommend nobody to come here at all I wish they would just close this down . I watched as they had my car sitting for HOURS and nobody worked on it just was blasting music .
