Absolutely amazing service as always from Firestone on lake underhill Orlando FL. Lizz was amazing on my start up and explaining everything to me after the diagnostics. Jose (a fellow Z fan) did amazing work as always and Christian was great in the final payment and close out. Having the Firestone card makes it even easier. I only go to this Firestone for these exact reasons. Highly recommend

The wait was a bit long, but even though they were busy, they took great care of me and provided same day tire replacement with oil and filter change. I left super happy and thankful for the great service.

This is the second set (4) tires I've bought from them, but NEVER again! All I asked is for someone to wipe the grease off my rims and the white goop off my new tires. Caleb said NO; they don't clean tires! WTH!! Are you seriously willing to lose a customer over that? Well, you just did!!

I've been bringing my cars to Firestone for more years than i can count. Service is always quick and they never try to scam me or sell me services I don't need. They are honest and do great work.

Staff at this location is predatory in nature, dishonest towards customers, and actively participates in suspicious behavior. They try to add on hidden fees then argue with you about them while refusing to remove them from the bill. I m still waiting for my brakes to be fixed correctly after three visits, and this location refuses to finish the job correctly. Avoid this location like the plague.

Had an appointment and my car was still there for 9 hours for essentially an oil change since they did not fix the problem I came in with and did unwanted work. Absolutely terrible customer service, unprofessional. Never going back to ANY Firestone.

This place loves to waste my time. Which is the ultimate currency we have here on earth. I always call to make sure they can take my car so I can get service done. They tell me yes I wait for 3 hours only to find that they can t do it. Right at closing. Love it. The beauty is firestones are a dime a dozen. But I won t return to this one and neither will my family. This has happened a few times before. Done with this place for sure. If you value your time and sanity. You would be to.

I've been going to this location for about three years now. Lizz, The manager has always been great. I always call to make an appointment. And I usually get Liz and that goes so far to putting my mind at ease. Cause I know everything is going to be taken care of.While I mentioned Liz specifically because she always goes above and beyond to care for matters, This Firestone location in general has been excellent. In the time I've taking my vehicle there, I have also spoken to a gentleman named sterling and another gentleman named caleb. These two as well along with liz take care a me very very well.When I take my vehicle to this location, I am usually under a tight deadline because of work and I need to get my vehicle in and out within a couple of hours and when they make the appointment and get me in there, more often than not, I am out before two hours.If you're looking for a place to get your auto care done, they are worth at least a look. Go ahead and ask for one of the above or call, talk to them and give them a chance to work in your behalf. You will be glad you did.

I had a flat tire and decided to go to Firestone. Honesty will get you more money than being deceitful. I don't know for sure which is why I give a 2 star but I am aware of what is happening in my surroundings which is why I believe I got scammed into paying more. $193 is what I paid for one tire. I spoke with someone in the front about what I was told .. they would check to see if the tire is repairable and right away he went to the back and spoke to the other person then to the tire. Later on was told it was not repairable when asked why it was not very clear at first like they had to think about it. Then I asked again after paying and at first they did not remember where the hole was, and was hesitant. Then they explained. If I felt they were genuine about 1. Prices 2. If a flat is fixable, I would probably have continued to go for other repairs which means I would have given more money in the long run. It did not feel good and I felt lied to and all that is wanted was the money. I prefer to go somewhere else next time.

When I arrived at the Firestone service center, the service personnel told me my oil change might take a very long time. There were six cars ahead of me. But miraculously they were done in an hour.

Dropped my husband's car off on a Friday night for his 7am oil change appointment. Called store at 10am and nobody had a clue! Was told they would call me back in a few minutes. 15 min later I called them back. After being put on hold twice I was told the tech hadn't gotten to it yet! Needless to say it wasn't ready until 2:15pm and as always, they find something else they need to fix!

Place is very friendly and good. we schedule Appointment for alignment and rotation. found tires little expense. warranty can be used in all state , very convenient.

I have been using firestone for many many years, and have visited several of their locations and you receive the same great service ni matter where you are and they don't suggest anything that doesn't need to be repaired or replaced.In all my years I have only had one issue and the manger handled it and made it right

Came in for a leaking tire with no noise happening. They tell me my break pads are low, which im sure they were, but was not having any noise yet.Minute I leave my breaks are making lots of noise and my breaks have nothing left on them somehow after they gave me a quote over $400 to replace.My dad had the same issue at another fire stone where they're were trying to get him to replace his breaks but he had replaced them himself a few months ago.While I was waiting for my car to be done every person they called they said their breaks were at a 1/10 on their scale.Don't trust them with your car.

Zero stars if I could. Two days to change the battery and then when I went to go pickup because they told me it was done, they made me wait another hour. Staff has horrible communication and doesn't care if they make you wait.

This location should be closed. I went in to get my tire patched and they told me there equipment is 25 years old and there is a chance my rim would be scratched. They acted like it was a no big deal. My Lincoln Navigator is less than a year old. I will never go there again.

Extremely professional service from Nelson and Caleb. I ve been going there for over 10 years with 6 different vehicles. Nothing but professionalism every single time. I won t go anywhere else! Reasonable prices and customer service that is impeccable during times of mistrust with vehicle maintenance places. Horrible service and horrible prices, took my truck in for a diagnostic and they said they cleaned the throttle body and all the symptoms went away, I go to turn on the car and the check engine light is on and it s still has all the symptoms. I usually don t leave bad reviews but I just have to leave one for this auto shop. I ve been 5 times and every time I go something happenes or I m waiting forever even with appointments. 1st time I went they lost my wheel locks for my tires I had to replace it. Every other time I went for appointments they always tell me their behind and will be a while which defeats the purpose of an appointment. Then today I made an appointment for 10am yesterday and show up and they tell me it s for 12pm. I would have never picked that time I work at 1 so I don t know how that got mixed up. Every time I go their always trying to upcharge me to on tires that i don t need changing like my rims got stolen and their telling me I need a new tire on a brand new tire. Also telling me I need a fuel system pump cleaning that it s done every 35k miles and I told guy over the phone that I did it at at valvoline and the man still trying to sell me on it. Very unprofessional place

Quick explanation: came at 9am here and said- I need change break pads and front rotors. At 4pm got call and they said me WE DID DIAGNOSTIC AND U NEED CHANGE PADS AND FRONT ROTORS - that exactly I told 6 hours ago when I bring my car here!!! But this isn't finish! Price is 840$ !!!! For 2 rotors and 4 pads + labor. 2 rotors + 4 pads costs 200$ , they want to get 640$ for this simple job! I said NO and did that by myself.Thanks for waste my time. But I'm not a lady who doesn't know how much this labor should cost.Be aware!! they will definitely try to ripping u out

I ran over a screw and could not for the life of me get these folks to plug the tire. The guy told me that Firestone only sells new tires and wouldn't plug this. I said "I didn't have enough money for a brand new tire". "Would you please plug it?" "No, we don't do that anymore." So, now I have to go find a decent place to plug our tire. OMG, I got $20 to tip the first real human that plugs this tire to keep my fam safe till we get paid. I will forever now be against this company and will root for it's failure. Any company that puts profits before the safety of it's base needs to be avoided and shamed at all cost. If you continue to come here, you too will eventually find yourself in an unfortunate circumstance. I read the other reviews and had no idea how bad this place was. I'd been coming here for 20 years. Wow,. Never again, we have decent family owned shops all around us that have kids and understand and value life. I will go there instead. It's nice to feel safe.

Previous experiences were great, but in recent months the service has become less than stellar. Lizz has been quite helpful and Nelson, the manager has stepped in when I ve had issues to get them resolved. However, things I ve asked to have checked and been told were fine turned out to need replacing when I went to the dealer because my car wasn t running properly and Firestone couldn t find the cause. Since the dealer did work on it, the car is running properly.If it weren t for Lizz and Nelson trying to assist with the issues I would give less stars, simply because the amount of issues with repairs and lack of communication from other employees at this location.

Paulo is the associate I have worked with on multiple occasions and a variety of different services and repairs on my vehicle and he is absolutely WONDERFUL! I've always been given thorough explanations of what needs to be done and why. I've been going to this location personally for the past 7 years now and they have been nothing but super professional and accommodating! I trust this Firestone with my vehicle fully! I dont worry about being over sold on services like other shops typically do,you get your hard earned money's worth here and I recommend them to everyone I know !

Liz Firestone Tire Manager is absolutely fantastic! Liz goes and has gone above and beyond for me and my wife. Went in because my engine started to misfire when I was on the way to work. Firestone staff was very calm and put me at ease when I was stressed out. They got the job done very quickly and now my car runs better than it has in months. They did a spectacular job and I'm very grateful for the great work they did.
