They got you covered! Overnight, thieves stole 2 of my entire wheels of my BMW x5 competition. Before they called me, they already created a case with the sheriff. I was very anxious on how terribly expensive it will be to replace those but they ordered brand new parts for what was stolen on expedite! I got my car out of the door within 3 days after the theft. Everything went so smoothly and all staff were so professional and excellent in communicating. Thank you so much!

Two separate experiences with fields collision first time they did a fantastic job in the repair actually I can say they ve done a fantastic job both times and repairing the damage but unfortunately the second time I took my vehicle there I ve noticed so many scratches that weren t there before and so much paint correction That needs to be done since I ve taken it the second time, I really trusted them and trusted their work as far as bodywork they are great but it seems like the longer you keep the car there the more scratches it gets and more damages it gets as far as a paint job Also it seems like someone sat on the hood of my car And slid down you could see the Scratches of that being happening. I drive a 2020 X7 MPower BMW I am still under warranty that s why I took it there so my warranty does not get defective. they re extremely professional as far as communication but as far as repair I would not recommend leaving your car there for too long the reason why I left it there too long is they were battling with an insurance company and trying to get the best quote for them which is totally understandable and I had to pay out-of-pocket for the differences since they charge more than other shops when it comes to their per hour rates . I will most likely not take it there to get repaired anymore since my car came out with worst condition as far as scratches. It saddens me to say this but I will be no longer taking my vehicle there just because of the neglect that they put the vehicle through.

Fields collision did an excellent job on the BMW they only deal with luxury vehicles and use dealer parts.The vehicle was ready in good time, only 4 days, a wonderful job

This is the worst body shop in business. The car was there for 2 plus months and was returned in worse shape. This experience has made me never to want to own BMW again. It will take 2 months for any BMW repair work to get done. Two months of rental fees. Not worth bringing your car here.

Excellent repair and paint job. Straightforward friendly service. Was done a day before anticipated. They do a great job at cleaning your car in and out as well. Would recommend.

I was in an accident. BMW called to make sure I was ok and needed help. notified EMS and my partner. I was in the ER my phone rang from Fields collision center. The Rep told me that my car had notified them of the accident and was wanting to know if I wanted them to take care of it. my reply was I didn't call them, they said NO your car did. They took care of the whole process. Contacting my insurance, rental car, and getting my car to the shop. made it very easy, kept me UpToDate on the progress. after getting the car back I had an issue with the backup camera. since I was busy and was having a hard time getting the car back. they came with a rental car and took mine back to the shop. I call that service! Will write another review once my car is back.

My wife s car got rear ended BMW X3, we took our car to Fields, signed paperwork, a rental was waiting for us at the door, a bit of back and forth with their ins company, but all was sorted out and our vehicle looked as if nothing had happened. I mean nothing, from paint color matching to every corner aligning perfectly. Josh took care of everything for us.

My experience was not good with this service, I took my Mini Cooper to replace a door with a new one, after someone damaged it in a parking lot, it was planned that it would be replaced with a new one, I went to see how my car was and I saw that they were repairing the door to paint it and pass it as new when it had already been confirmed that it would be new, I waited more than 2 months for a service that was planned to be for 15 days, every week the answers were that the only thing missing was to check the quality and so 3 weeks passed but, finally, at the time of replacing the side plastics of the fenders, they scratched the car's paint. In the end I had to pick up my unfinished car so I wouldn t have to wait anymore. I felt very bad about this service.It's been 4 weeks since I picked up my unfinished car, waiting for the stickers to be placed on the back, still no answers. I call every week and it is always the answer to be expected. The service was already fully paid. Nothing satisfied with the communication and the service .Thank you for your answer Manager, but the good thing would be that they finished the work, in Google everything seems beautiful.

I bought a used 2016 BMW M235i in a gorgeous Melbourne Red from a modern day car service, delivered right to my front door. When it arrived it was obvious that front bumper cover was painted and the color was different from the rest of the car (looked more bronze than red). Otherwise the car was perfect in every way and the only flaw was the front bumper. After complaining to the car service, they agreed to remedy the problem and asked that I supply them a quote. I brought the car into Fields BMW Collision Center and worked with Brenden Kilmartin (awesome) to get a quote, which they agreed to pay. Needless to say, the work they did was incredible. I was a bit weary at first and wasn't sure they could match the color but they did. The car bumper matches beautifully and the work is guaranteed. I highly recommend Fields BMW collision center. It was well worth it and I feel so much better about my car purchase. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!! Attached are photos before and after.

I was extremely impressed by Field s level of service and quality! It took about 3 weeks from drop off to pick up (however special parts needed to be ordered). As soon as I called to make an appointment, I was greeted by knowledgeable and kind staff from start to finish, including check-in calls with the status on my car throughout. I find this kind of service rare and it was very refreshing to see a company care so much about their customers. On top of that, my car came back in perfect condition. I highly recommend them for any repair needs!

After an accident, a friend recommended I use Fields to perform repairs on my car. Would share that I had an outstanding experience from my very first discussion with the team there, to having those repairs ultimately completed. The team there was very knowledgeable, communicative, and acted as an advocate with my insurance company throughout. Hats off to the GM Josh, along with Jen and the balance of the team. Would not hesitate to offer a sincere recommendation to anyone looking for true pros to complete collision repair.

I had my brand new BMW hit at a stop light. Minor damage was assessed so no backordered parts to wait for (except a small piece that will not be noticed in the meantime). I had the car back in 12 days from dropoff. Josh was very helpful and answered all my questions. The staff who answers the phone are always so nice and always got me to who i needed to speak to. When I picked the vehicle up there was not a fingerprint to be found inside and the outside was clean. My husband was rear-ended and there was no doubt we would go to Fields Collision to have it fixed. They did a great job! We were very happy with the results and how easy of a process it was. They took great care of us!! Highly recommend them!

Went here because of the dealership name and didn t want to chance/ take the time to deal with an inexperienced mechanic. They charge standard dealer rates but the work is what you would expect from a discount repair shop. During the initial door repair they damaged the inside handle grip. At first they didn t accept responsibility. When they did correct it, they then cracked the faux wood grain on the handle. Not a cheap part for a BMW. By this time I needed the car back and again didn t have the time to wait. It was an insurance claim so I left it alone. I ll stick with neighborhood mechanics going forward.

This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with auto body shop totally incompetent and lack to communicate properly!! They have had my BMW X3 for two months and have failed to repair relatively minor rear end damage! The coordinator keeps on saying it is failing inspection and having to order additional parts. It s like they are guessing how to fix the car right now and not experts. The manager Josh does not follow up when he says he will, I can see why his staff are the same. Do not take your vehicle to this place unless you want to wait for over two months to get it back. I have now accrued over $1500 in rental expenses due to this shops utter incompetence. His excuse was that we have over 150 cars here waiting for overseas parts to come in. If my car is not fixed by the first part of next week I will be contacting the better business bureau and filing a civil suit!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wasn t going to put them on blast in public, just wasn t going to give them 5 stars but since the manager replied and wants to pretend they have no record of my going there, here s the full review and updated score. I had my 2019 430i Gran Coupe repaired there. It took soooooo long to get everything worked out and repaired and required multiple visits (hence not giving them 5 stars). Not necessarily their fault but while my car was there they got broken into and my license plate was stolen so overall not a wonderful experience despite friendly and communicative staff.I get they dont like that I m not giving them 5 stars so they want to pretend they have no record of it but I absolutely got my repair work done there. Fields Collision off JYP is where it was done, I have the receipts. Because of that manager s reply, I m knocking another star off. Now its 3/5. Believe the other low rating reviews, they fairly closely resemble my experience. - update Apparently after the updated review they found the record and updated their reply to avoid denying I got my repair work done there.

Amazing service, great communication and my car came out looking brand new. Will definitely recommend fields to anyone they took amazing care of me and my car. Fixed all my damages and was great commenting to my insurance company. I bought my Bmw x1 there for a repair due to damage during a rain storm. They failed to properly address some of the damages while raking in the insurnace claim. They ignored my calls consisitently and took over 4 weeks for a 4-5 day job. I wouldl never bring my car back hereService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I'm 75 years old and remember what service used to be. It is alive and well at Field's Collision. Unfortunatly, I have had to use them twice in the past year. Once because a fence post flew off a truck on I-4 and hit the hood of my car. This time it was becasuse I backed into a concret wall and destroyed the bumper.Jennifer Carter assesed what had to me done. She has been dead on twice on the repair needed. Rebekah Agustus kept me advised on what was being done. In dealing with Fields Collision their professional staff is First Rate. You never want to need their service but it is great to know they will make you happy and do a First Rate Job. By the way, they finished the job ahead of schedule!

Had an excellent experience from top to bottom at Fields Collision. Their reps are very courteous and helpful. Worked with Kendra and Brenden on the repairs of my BMW and not only did they turn it around quite quickly, they kept me well informed along the way. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they also allowed me to just leave my Enterprise rental car there (I suppose they have some deal with them) and they handled the return of the vehicle back to Enterprise. The repair looks great and overall, I left there feeling confident about the work and the people that helped along the way. Thanks Fields Collision Team, I appreciate your outstanding efforts!

Worst experience. They are professional and communicative but they have had my vehicle for over 2 months. Every time is something different. Being a BMW certified repair shop I expected way more from them. There s no reason to take over 2 months to repair a front bumper headlight. It s ridiculous.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had my car serviced on 2019 and now my tailgate is showing sign of misalignment. Took it over and they are saying is not something that they can fix. Yet claim that any repairs done by them have a warranty of the life that you own the car. Trying to pass it off to the dealer when they were clearly the ones that fix the door after my accident. Not trustworthy as they are now going back on their word.Service: Body & Trim

The staff is not friendly nor helpful and extremely lack of communication. I made an appointment almost two months ahead and when my car went in, it took them about two weeks to just give me an estimate. The repair is very slow, I understand there are parts delay issues but the shop is not customer focused. I am the customer of Fields and brought my car via Fields BMW, that is why I insist to go to this place against the insurance company's advise.
