Was quite surprised by just how friendly the staff were, immediately upon entry I was greeted. I made it clear I was just there to check out the cars and they didn t mind at all and even directed me to some of the cars and told me a little bit about them. Unfortunately I didn t have enough time to check out upstairs but the showroom was just absolutely stunning, clean and beautifully lit. Will be back in the future to check out upstairs and update the review. Environment 10/10

I just went there to see cars, they were so kind to let me in and let me check out all the cars. This dealership has one of the coolest ferrari cars in the collection. It was a good experience just to visit them.

I bought a very specific car sight unseen in 1/2 a day. Very fair pricing but was able to get a bit more discount if I pulled the trigger so did it and received the car in 2 days. Yarik is responsive and straight forward. Extremely professional and easy to work with. I also worked with Brian, the finance manager, and he was also very professional, not pushing products and even honored some miscommunications in my favor. Wish all car buying was this smooth and pleasant. I m a porsche guy and bought a porsche but if Ferrari purchase experience is this good, maybe my next car is a Ferrari.Oh, the car is pristine and better than discribed.

Back in March, while visiting my grandmother, we stumbled upon this dealership and met Tim. He invited my 11 year old son back for a private tour and set us up with Yaniel who provided an extraordinary, unforgettable experience. Words can t express my gratitude toward these two. Their professionalism, customer service, patience and personalities were unmatched. They provided a life time experience and I promise in 10 years when he s old enough to buy one, he ll be back. I couldn t let the year end without keeping my promise. Again, I can t thank you enough and if you re in the market for a brand new ride, please don t pass these guys by!

Absolutely the best dealership experience I ve ever had period. I ve been to many dealerships and never felt as welcome as I did here. All of the people who work there from the lady at the front desk (unfortunately I did not get her name) to the sales people I talked to, Harrison, John and Jeff as well as the tech downstairs Corey were more kind and knowledgeable than I could have ever thought from a dealership. The selection was second to none and had a museum level of presentation. Every single employee I spoke to seemed to be actually interested in the cars they were selling and were all very informed. If you re shopping for a Ferrari, thinking about it for the future, or even just want to see some really cool cars I highly highly recommend stopping by!

Here is why I highly recommended this dealer.First off, the atmosphere in the showroom is very inviting. They recently moved to a new facility which looks STUNNING, well done! You would think your at a car museum with a few classics and the latest that Ferrari has to offer. The building houses two stories of Ferrari masterpieces and rare valuable vehicles. But that s not just why Ferrari of Central Florida differs from other high-end dealers.One would assumed you would either be intimated by aggressive or snobby car salesmen. But in fact, it was the exact opposite. The staff is very friendly and approachable. All that walked-in, whether it was to look around, service a vehicle or possibly purchase, were greeted courteously. I can understand why this dealer has repeat customers and regulars hanging around on a Friday. They have carefully chosen a team that takes the shopping experience to a new level. Besides, who wouldn t be happy working surrounded by dream cars!My purchase from Ferrari of CF began from an online inquiry. Surprisingly, it was taken seriously with immediate response. I had the pleasure to work with Yanniel from start to finish. Yanniel is a very professional, respectful, and humble young gentleman. He was very quick to communicate by text and email regarding any of my concerns. If he was unsure about anything, he would inform himself and provide me proper answers. Due to the multiple inquires regarding the vehicle, Yanniel advised me to put a deposit hold until we settled a few differences...I m so glad I did :) My purchase was seamless and would definitely recommend Yanniel.Thank you to the entire team at Ferrari of Central Florida.

Awesome dealership, great location with friendly staff. I see other reviews where parents got tours for their kids. That is simply awesome and goes to show how much they care and can make a kids day. Off topic but also great how the old fFerrari dealership is now Alfa Romeo of Central Florida. Keeping that Italian heritage strong here in Central FL. Also met Charlie (Ferrari race car driver) at Daytona. Seems like a very nice family owns this place

It was amazing! We came in there not to buy, but to shoot some videos for my YouTube channel... I couldn't believe they were so kind and even allowed us to open them up! Huge shout out to you guys!

What an awesome dealership! My sales rep Harris was very professional and knowledgeable. The dealership is brand new and welcoming. Large glass windows allow you to see what s going on in the service bay.

I was returning home to Delaware from a Orlando Vacation and my son wanted to stop and check out the Ferrari dealership. When we pulled up we were awe struck with the track cars out front and the race cars in the window. The best part was when a man named Harrison came to me and offered my family a tour! We went through the design room and seen where you can design your own custom Ferrari to the finest detail from colors to fine Italian leather. I got to see Ferraris we will more than likely never see again and definitely never seen before. I toured there stare of the art (hermetically sealed) mechanics shop where the owner was assembling his race car Ferrari. This was the highlight of my 12 year Olds son's 12 day trip. I'd like to thank Harrison again who no doubt has the best job in the world for his incredible personality and generosity I'll never forget this experience. I have to by a Ferrari one day

5 starts isn t enough for Yarik Tkal!! Made my Christmas BMW i8 super car purchase well worth the drive, as I m in South Florida. Even delivered the car personally. Also took care of a few things I noticed with the car being OCD, no questions asked !!! Couldn t have had a smoother purchase. Definitely going back to and would refer YARIK for all your super car needs.

Took my 10yr old up to Ferrari of CF as it's something he's always commented about when we pass it on I4. I was obviously a bit nervous taking a child into a Ferrari dealership however they we're very kind, even allowed him to sit inside a 458.. Made his year hands down.. If I could give this location 10 stars I would! I've never seen a kid with a permanent grin ear to ear...Thank you guys again!

Absolute opposite of the white glove approach !!! Had my car for 4 months blew a tire, dented the car, damaged two rims, destroyed windshield wiper, attempted to deliver w/out having even reinstalled parts or having cleaned the interior or exterior w/tape and other debris scattered thruout the trunk space and interior. Three (3) delivery attempts failed and had to send back all after nearly $8K in service it got in to the garage only to leak when it never had a leak prior. BEWARE !

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with my sales associate Yarik! This man worked well past normal business hours to ensure I was happy and had all of my questions answered. To top it off, he drove over an hour to bring the vehicle and paperwork to my house because I was due to have a baby at any time. The professionalism of this man was outstanding! Can t say I ve had a better experience!

This dealership has all the top of the line and brand new Ferrari models. These cars up front in person are crazy for example the Laferrari and The Pista Spider I see online but when the real one is in front of you they look incredible. You can also tell that this dealership takes care of there vehicles the 488 and the sls are a few years old but they look brand new in pristine condition. The dealership is incredible they take care of their cars and building I definitely recommend visiting this place if you are in the Orlando area.

Their auto carrier hit my vehicle on the George Washington Bridge in May. Even though I contacted them immediately it took two month for their insurance company to reach me to let me know that they found no merit to my claim two months later. I will be posting a full set of pictures and communication with both Ferrari and their Insurance company. Find a Honest Ferrari Dealership.... One with MORALS.... In shop now, damage turns out to be more than superficial. Their insurance agent Sterling Mayer is the absolute WORST. Just got back my vehicle, The Ferrari Car Carrier did over $5K in damage. On to Small Claims Court
