What an amazing automobile spot. We got new tires/wheel alignment and an oil change. It took them less than 90 mins. The customer service is amazing. It feels good walking into a place not feeling like a dollar sign. They were very prompt and treated us as if they ve known us for years. Our car feels amazing. I m loving it. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Every time I went to Fast Lane Shawn was kind and helped make my major engine repair breeze. Carlos was an expert mechanic and did an excellent job putting in a new engine for me. Shawn was one step ahead of me at all times and I wanted for nothing from a tow truck to a Lyft ride. Thank you Shawn and Fast Lane.

I've been going to FLA for 8 years with my own, my wife's, and recently my mother's car. The work is good and it's completed in a timely fashion. I save hundreds by going to them versus the dealership. I trust them enough to drive 30 minutes to them, because they're that good.

This is my 2nd oil change with Fast Lane Automotive on Hoffner Rd. They are always professional on the telephone and get the job done right in under an hour and the prices are extremely reasonable. I recently needed my brakes pads and rotors changed and they were over $100 lower the chain stores and $200 below dealership. I would recommend them to anyone. They even put on my own supplied wiper blades at no additional cost. Richard the advisor was outstanding and Mike the technician did an outstanding job even took me in the garage when my truck was lifted to show me some of the things that need to be repaired.

My car maintenance is not something I look forward as a single woman but Fast Lane Automotive was a very positive experience. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and did an excellent job. Also, the staff was very professional & nice! I would highly recommend Fast Lane.

I came in today because I did my own oil change and computer was reading a bit high. Spoke to the shop manager to have a tiny amount extracted. John looked at the dipstick and found that it was very close to the line. Said he probably did not need to extract any and he wasn t going to charge me.HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET THAT KIND OF HONESTY?!I m in from Atlanta and grateful to have met such an honest automotive shop. I m just sorry I don t live closer, honesty is a rare thing to find these days.Closing note: I went to two other places and they weren t even wanting to touch the vehicle because it wasn t worth their time. Which was disguised as my manger said we couldn t do it . Walmart across the main road from here.I am truly grateful on this rainy day, thanks John! Fast Lane Automotive for the win!

Being new to Florida, it was important for me to find a reputable place to have my car serviced.After asking several others, I was happy to try Fast Lane when it was highly recommended by people I trusted. And they did not disappoint!I went in for routine maintenance and it was an excellent experience.Alex took great care of me and my vehicle! They even checked my wiper blades and replaced them which was something I meant to ask them to do.They were professional and I was treated courteously.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Always a pleasant experience when I find myself here. The honesty and transparency of this business is unmatched. I am not a native of Orlando, and I have found most other vehicular places to be either a hit or miss, often times being inconsistent in their services. I also consider myself to be more on the frugal side, and they have the lowest prices around, guaranteed. I find myself shopping around, until ultimately returning to this establishment because no other places can match both the quality and quantity of services provided. Will be returning for all of my cars needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

The team at Fast Lane Automotive is hands down the best in the business. I recently dropped off my car for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, due to my car being 18 years old, other immediate repairs were identified. Fast Lane quickly and efficiently addressed all of the issues. Robbie routinely updated me on the status of the repairs and made it a point to show me the specific areas that needed to be repaired (e.g. dry rot, broken bolts). I am very impressed with the service I received and highly recommend Fast Lane!

Waited 2 hours for oil change, paid $20. for tire rotation. They did not rotate my tires because I had a slow leak in the left rear tire and it is still leaking. I went back because the air in my tires had not been check and at that time I asked both the manager and service technician if they rotated my tires and they both said yes. That was a lie. I later called and pointed out my complaint and they attempted to say they had video of my service. I asked for proof by showing me the video and they have yet to provide proof or call me back. You cannot trust this automotive service provider.Service: Oil change

Mike and Richard are awesome. Detailed inspection, expressed safety concerns. They even did a walk around with me of my car to show me what needs to be worked on and why. Car is driving like new! I had to change the oil in my car.It seems to be a trifle, which three years ago did not even raise questions. But today is a different matter.At the dealer where we bought the car 3 years ago, we were offered to wait 2 hours.In another service, they asked for a price that was twice as high as usual.Only normal guys still work here, who do their job quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price.Now we know where we will go next time.Thanks guys!Therefore, we immediately went here to change the oil in the second car!Service: Oil change

I had more than one issue with them, they did repairs within a day one without getting a signature so much so I was told they were KEEPING MY JEEP till I could pay 4 K plus so I had to get an Attorney to let them know this move was illegal. They said the work had been completed already before the next day. since I brought my jeep home it has brake pad dust all over my wheels , I took it to someone else thinking they did not fix my brakes I was told the brakes were fine but they used the cheapest brake pads possible that s why all the dust on my chrome wheels. They also burned out the motor to my blinker somehow it blinked 80 miles an hour since it was picked up. If you have any doubts msg me on FB for my attorneys name, he recommended they discount my repairs greatly due to the action being illegal . They also quit taking my phone calls durning this I paid an extra 120.00 for a rental car because of this, then made me speak with some so called manager who said I was found to be wrong, until my atty stepped in. My Jeep also had a dead battery when I went to pick it up and it had to be jumped. They lied about repair times because the story changed saying later they finished things to be kind. They strong armed me. They also had the audacity to ask my atty how he knew me. I also need to add they charge alarmingly high prices but THE MINUTE THEY THREATENED TO KEEP MY JEEP I lost all desire to do business with them, and trust me you should to. They can say what they want they committed illegal acts and tried to force me to pay. I am sure they will loose my files, but my atty will not, FASTLANE lie again and we will return for a full refund and more. If you did not sign paperwork and Its over a certain amount and I don t mean clicking a box online it s a crime. I had to submit this in separate submissions as my memory came back about this ordeal. Thanks for reading and know your rights.I hope this helps others before they trust them to have your best interest at heart.

Working in Tampa at the airport, ran across a deal on a used vehicle. Purchased the vehicle. The vehicle is is great shape however the car sat for some time so although the tires had a good amount of tread wear left, as I learned from "Tom" the tech who worked on my car tires have an expiration date. My car had a very noticeable limp at low speeds. Which at Hwy speed creates a very uncomfortable vibration. I was able to locate Fastlane through Google and after reading the glowing reviews felt pretty comfortable taking my car there. I called and spoke with "Robi" on the phone who was very professional and courteous. I initially thought his name was "Ravi", as it turns out "Robi" is short for Robert which is my Name Win. I brought my vehicle in and "Robi" explained they would get me in shortly and said they had free water, coffee and snacks ( they had flavored coffees, granola bars, various chips, and creamers for the coffee) It was one of the nicest break rooms I've seen Anywhere!. Tom my tech took my car for a test drive and Robi had him take me to my vehicle, which was on the lift and he showed me which wheel was a little bent and explained that All my tires had been manufactured in 08! He then suggested some new tires and even recommended some comparable brands. I got some quotes from Robi and picked out some comparable tires, Tom and the other techs balanced and installed them.( NOTE: they even put some tire dressing on the new tires) Tom took my car for a test drive and returned and gave me the Great news. Smoothe as Butta!. The whole process took a little over 2 hours which seemed like one because within walking distance there's a WAWA and Walmart and some other places to kill time. I couldn't be More Pleased with the Service, Professionalism, Courtesy and Fair price I received from Fastlane. And as someone who travels a lot it is Very Much appreciated

I took my BRAND NEW car here a few days ago for an oil change. Upon leaving my appointment, I noticed a weird smell on my way home. When arriving home, I contacted this place but they were closed at the time. I decided to take things under my own wing and opened my hood to find oil spilled everywhere. See photos below. I took my car in the next day and they guy cleaned it up for me and his excuse was that they were understaffed and rushing. Anyhow, they offered no compensation for their wrong doings. Let alone I spent over a thousand dollars here to fix a car that wasn t able to be fixed last winter. I refuse to take any of my vehicles here. The guys expressed no concern or sympathy for a huge mistake that could have or eventually resulted in further damage to my car and even potentially me. I would not recommend this place to no one.

This is the only place out of 6 mechanics I visited that solved my AC issues. They made a serious diagnosis and found the real reason why the AC was bad. Their prices are great as well. I will definitely be visiting again if my car fails.

Upon moving to Florida a few years ago my we had a hard time finding a good mechanic. Richard and the team did a splendid job on my wife's car. There's nothing better than driving off and instantly feeling the difference. We finally found the mechanics we were looking for. Fast, courteous service throughout and great communication regarding the status of my vehicle and the expected cost. This place is the Greatest! I highly recommend this place. The guys make you feel like family, they are all so polite and understanding. I ve been coming to this shop for over a year now and I ve never been back for the same issue. They have competitive prices and multiple discounts and ways to help you drop the prices even lower! They have a wheel you can spin to save on your next visit and also mail you discount offers in the mail as well. They have a rewards program and a referral program! They even have a easy approval financing program to help you pay for your repairs! Their place is very clean including the bathroom which means a lot for us women. They also have light refreshments, a tv and USB outlets and WiFi! They currently have an A+ Rating with the BBB. And to top it all off, they perform a complimentary auto check to let you know if anything else is wrong with your car and send you a full report on your car to your phone for free!

I would have given zero stars if the option was available. I brought my car to fast lane automotive for an AC problem while I was visiting Orlando in July of 2023; they replaced a part for $400+ but the problem has not been resolved. I was unable to take my car back because I live 8 hours away.

The level of genuine compassion and consideration that the team at Fast Lane have for me as a customer and amongst one another is a beacon of hope to anyone experiencing issues with their transportation. As a graduate student, new to Orlando transportation issues can derail the focus and peace of mind necessary to perform academically. Every interaction was professional- but human. A variety of solution options that were congruent with my budget were provided along with sound advice and guidance on prevention and future maintenance. Alex exercised patience to answer all of my questions in detail and educate me on the causes of my issues and the effects they may have later -without upselling me. My car was repaired timely and efficient. Realistic expectations were built and delivered. I'm happy to find a great place with honest people and great energy.
