I had a terrible experience at this shop. I went in because my engine light was on. I had already had a diagnostic run elsewhere, and I let this shop know what code came back from the diagnostic. This shop kept my car from 8am until 3pm and told me it was only an air filter that needed to be changed, and my total charges for the filter and "diagnostics" was $253!!! I told them that was a crazy price. But they had me stuck and I had to pay the price. Well, surprise, 1 week later, and my engine light is back on. So I just gave them $250 for NOTHING. Do not go to this shop unless you are looking to give your money away for nothing.

Totally impressed with the expertise of Darius. I was stuck with an issue with my wife's 2014 Honda. Had no idea there was a dual charging system that basically if you didn't know better would make you diagnose the issue as a bad alternator while it was perfectly good and this is based on the updated service repair manual instruction. Darius took the time over the phone to guide me. In my book that is over the top service. Thank you!

Yelled at for entering the wrong way. Customer service is 0!Charged 2 times to repair the same starter ended up paying more than a new one cost. But I kept a cool head because I just wanted a working starter, they actually laughed at me on the way out after the second repair and sarcastically said have a nice day And here s the kicker . THE STARTER STILL DOSENT WORK.

I had taken my truck here in order to get a larger 24V alternator (270 AMP). The alternator has been fine and hasn't had any issues (Which is why they get at least a 2 star), but about a few weeks to a month after the install both of my belts that went to the alternator were thrown (Both belts were in good condition). After taking a look at the alternator and spinning the pulley, I saw that it was off-center and misaligned. After having the alternator pulled, I found out that both the pulley and alternator fan were bored out incorrectly and without care for proper measurements. This is something that should not have happened from a professional shop.Edit:It's been about a year now, and the alternator has stopped outputting a charge.

These guys definitely know what they are doing. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Great customer service. I had an excellent experience here. In fact? I was there to pick up a part for a car in the shop and then my truck wouldn't start when I went to leave. The guys at the front were quick to offer assistance and lucky for me it was just a loose battery cable. Two thumbs up!

Was shopping for a 400 amp alternator. Stopped by EOR. Turns out one could be built within a day. Quoted great price, so I'd ordered. Installation was was a breeze and truck had plenty of room to accommodate the larger case size. Plugged directly into stock wiring harness. Cranked the truck and watched the voltage climb to 14.9 volts. WOW great service. Thanks again, I'll be back for all my alternator needs.

These guys are awesome and know what they are doing. Prices can not be beat at all. Customer service is amazing. They take very good of you and make you leave with nothing but the best. Highly recommended. You won t regret it.

Had my 2006 Audi alternator completely rebuilt and powder coated. Came with a 1 year warranty and fair pricing. Great quality powder and showed me the worn parts that we're replaced. Good work.

First time here based on online reviews. Had Alternator issues with a customers Mercedes. Got it to them around 1030 1045 am and at 130 got a call it was ready the same day! And to top it off it cost 1/4 the cost of a new one!!! Will definitely return in near future

I bought a rebuilt alternator some months ago, the product was not the perfect fit for my car but it worked for around a year, after that it got damaged and damaged my battery and it doesn't get charger. I had to tow my car. The service is not good, family oriented business very disorganized. I don't recommend them.

Great service. Dropped my marine alternator off in the morning. Had a estimate in 30 minutes. Done that afternoon. Completely overhauled and at a very reasonable price. Worth the trip from St.Augustine.

Dropped my alternator off Monday morning at 8:00, picked it up at 3:00 the same day and it is working beautifully 14.2 volts with load. Thanks, price was great compared to buying a re-manufactured one on line and mine looked brand new.

Brought a fully working alternator with a slight bit of bearing play that I wanted to freshen up while it was off. I was told that they "don't work on the insides of alternators" and then tried to sell me a no-name reman with a warranty only good at that location for a price higher than Napa, Orielly, or Advance.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. They were able to find a modern alternator to replace one from a 46 year old commercial truck. Most other shops wouldn't bother.

Came in with a starter and alternator that needed to be rebuilt. They said it would be done in 2 hours and it was. I Installed them both the same day and both worked perfectly!! thanks for the great service

These folks know exactly what they're doing. Never had such great customer service. Brought my alternator in they tested it was cooked. I got it rebuilt and I picked it up within two hours unbelievable!!!
