Excellent! Ordered from Tire Rack for the first time and had the tires sent to this location. Very happy with how smooth this process was and found out Discount actually owns Tire Rack. Staff was great, had me in and out in under 45 minutes with 4 new tires. Will definitely be back for all of my future tire needs.

I've been coming here for over 5 years. They have always been eager to help and do a good job, but today was a disappointment. I usually sit and watch them do the job and today I noticed they forgot to balance and rotate the left half (passanger side) of my car. Tall blonde kid with curly hair tried to convince me they did it when I not only watched them not do it but the one scuffed rim I have was still on the rear of my car. They ended up fixing the problem and when they took the tires off low and behold they hadn't been balanced. I understand that sometimes people forget but the idea of employees lying to the customers face is extremely disappointing. Hopefully the blonde kid can be spoken too about this kind of behavior.

I ve always had great experiences at Discount Tire. This time was no exception. Made an appointment online to have my tire repaired. Showed up, they had it in the bay within 10 minutes, and I was out the door within 30 minutes. Great company, and great location!

The staff were so helpful and were so kind. They gave me an estimated time of competition and finished up way earlier than they told me. They are reasonably priced as far as tires go and their warranty is so worth the small extra cost.

After a tire blew out on our RV in SC the day before, I called this Discount Tire location at 8am Friday morning. They had the tires I wanted in stock at a good price and assured me they could get all 4 tires swapped out. The entire staff was friendly & knowledgeable & seemed to enjoy their work (a breath of fresh air in today's world). The manager has a great crew and was engaging with everyone. Thx for working me in ... Great experience! 5

Great service and very welcoming atmosphere ! I had a nail in my tire, and tried 4 different locations before finding this place, everywhere I was billed from $300 to $700 for one Michelin and was told that it is impossible to patch. At this location they were able to fix it for FREE! I m so glad and happy! Can t even express how surprised I was! Absolutely recommend this place and will be back only here in case of need! Thank you guys! You are the best!

I ve always had very good customer service and advice from everyone here. Ariel and Dalbi helped me out today and did an amazing job, especially for how busy they were. Will always be a customer at this location. Very speedy service too!On a different day, I purchased windshield wipers with a patch and they never put the rear wiper on. Only reason I took a star away. Things happen but I will always return here despite that!

Amazing prices and great customer service. Only downfall was I arrived for my 8am appointment and I was told my tires have not arrived. A notification of some kind would have been best to inform me of the delay.**took off another star. They forgot to inflate 1 tire. When I left, they told me my tire sensor would adjust while driving. I drove home and didn't drive the day after. The day after that, my rear driver side tire still showered 20psi. Checked with a gauge and it was. Inflated it myself to the correct pressure.

I pulled in 15 minutes before closing after noticing one of the tires on my trailer was almost flat. Turns out it was a nail close to the edge and could not be repaired. The service tech, Clint, and the counter guy, (sorry, I didn't catch his name), told me that they didn't have that size in stock and asked if I wanted the spare put on it. I asked how much it would cost and they both replied, "Nothing. It's a service we provide free of charge" !!! I had to do something, so I agreed. Clint was very fast and efficient. Got it changed and even put my flat tire back up where the spare goes. I would give These guys a ten star rating if I could!

Ariel has saved me in a pinch twice. This tire shop is wonderful and customer service is BAR NONE! I won t go anywhere else for tires! 10/10 recommend!

First of all, I really appreciate the hard work of the employe of the name Z . Started by calling the store after having another store fail to install my air tire stem which led to a flat tire. Called the shop said to bring the tire in, and employee Z had me back on the road with in 30 mins. I d highly recommend if you stop by try to get Z he is a honest hard working man.

This is the only place where I buy tires and you should always purchase tire insurance because it really saved me, I had a screw in the rear tire and when the salesman looked at all of my tires he found that they put one on the front that was too small but no problem because they replaced both tires and I only had to buy tire insurance for one tire so it cost me $14.50 you can't beat them.

Ariel was super knowledgeable. Ordered tires for me they came in two days later. On a slow Monday 4 tires and a Tpms in 29 minutes. Good pit crew

I ve been using Discount Tire since 2000. Since, I don t relate cheap to the cost of tires it s a mute point. My review is focused solely on customer service, which has always been stellar. Like any shop, they will try to up sale you, but that s there job. I ve at times felt pressured, but not to the point that I wasn t educated enough about the product or services I wanted-push back and get what you want.Overall, I ll continue to purchase my tires here so long as the customer service remains steady.

All I can say is my husband was right (shhh) and as long as DT exists, I will never go anywhere else. Dalbi at this particular location is one heck of an asset to this company. Thank you Dalbi!

This place is absolutely phenomenal! Clint and his team definately know and understand the true meaning of customer service. From the ease of getting an appointment quickly, the willingness to accommodate busy schedules, availability of products to the sincere sense of caring for public safety this team is fantastic! I booked my appointment online and ordered the tires that I wanted in the same process. It was extremely easy and convenient. The sales rep, Alex, called me the day before my appointment to verify that I didn't have any questions. The day of, I came in, Alex went over everything with me and assured me it would be about an hour wait. I'm not even sure it was quite that long. All of the staff was super friendly and professional and it was a great experience. Awesome new tires for our son's "new" car :) I highly recommend Discount Tire.

Decent tire shop with good service. They got the job done, and the time spent in the lobby was minimal, in and out. Good customer experience. Overall, it is an okay option for basic tire needs. I do recomend to make an appointment beforehand.

Just wanted to say thanks to Clint and the staff at discount tire. They were professional and courteous and I was in and out with four new tires in a very timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone needing tires five star all the way. Thanks!

Great location affordable tire prices I always come here when I need some tires for my Nissan. The gentleman that greeted me even remember my car from my last visit last year. Awesome customer service. I definitely recommend this location. A quick in and out especially if you come in the morning.

Recently just went up there yesterday and when the guy tried to start my car I guess he couldn t because with my keys there s a shortage and you have to hold it up to the start button in order to start the car. When he wasn t able to he got out the car and literally threw my keys to another worker. My keys hit the ground and although it may not be that big of a deal it s very disrespectful and the whole time I was there I just felt as if they really didn t wanna be bothered with my car. They told me they couldn t fix the whole in my tire and sent me away. I ll probably never go to a discount tire again. Especially not the one on W colonial. They couldn t fix anything anyways just so much easier and cheaper to go to a used tire shop and just get a new tire.

I Unfortunately got a screw in my tire at Home Depot and luckily Dicount Tire came to the rescue with free Flat Repair. I am so thankful that they offer this unbeatable price. On top of that Shawn who assisted me had a very positive attitude and very helpful. He greeted me in a timely manner when I came in and made my day after all the stress of a flat tire. My car was in and out quickly.Thank you Shawn and thank you Dicount Tire Crew!

A tire shop that does not have the tools to remove lug nuts ... really?? They actually found the tool for an extra charge of 40$ on top of the purchase of 900$ tires and 105$ for installationRidiculous!!!
