I bought a C 250 2013 Mercedes started giving me problems less than 2 months Check engine light came on. They have not one clue as to why. I paid cash for my car. Long story short One year later my car has major issues. Plus I found out that the car had been in an accident before. Please take a Mechanic or have it put on a machine before purchasing any car from this place.They make sure the car works long enough to pass your warranty to bring it back. I tried to give them No stars but it want let you post.

I've purchased multiple vehicles from Diamond and don't go anywhere else because of the service and care they show me. Jas, Danny and Jassie are great! Every time I come and ask for a particular vehicle, they succeed and get it for me every time without failing, always a quality car.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was told it was in "great condition" and they could not come down on the price.(Which is fine if that were true). A few days after getting the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I've taken it to two different body shops and there was a plethora of issues, and there still are. I've spent nearly 4k on it. The fuel tank was barely attached, many parts were bad or rusted, the fuel line was broken which caused a major gas leak. They also painted the underneath with black paint to hide the rust. Also, the car listed online looked completely different than the car that as delivered to me. There were modifications made to the car that were not mentioned online. The car is beautiful but that should have been my first red flag. The dealership has been very dismissive about my concerns, and I even had to report them to the BBB. This business seems FRAUDULENT so be careful.

The salesman seemed like a nice guy. But the paperwork took too long. The car was dirty inside & out. The salesman said he'd email me coupons for a free detail, but those coupons never arrived. The TPMS light was on. The check engine light & the traction control light came on while I was driving the car home.

They repossessed my vehicle when i was 3 months from pay-off. In the state of Florida the law requires they must give back the amount over that of the balance owed after they resell. I have been waiting since 2011 for $7800!! I just cannot seem to get an answer from anyone. They promised to send me a check but of course 13 years later it never came. So, buyer beware! This place promises big things but is just another car lot full of corruption.

I had a great experience shopping for a vehicle at Diamond II Auto Sales. I purchased a 2013 Xj Jaguar for a great price with low miles. If you are looking for a luxury vehicle there the place to go. They have an excellent selection of luxury Cars/Suvs, Don & Jessie were fantastic and the transaction went smooth. Me and My wife highly recommend buying your next used luxury vehicle from them.Thanks Again!!!

I bought my company car from them and I m not lie it was horrible and it run smoothly and then all of sudden I had over heating issue also I had call them to fix it and they said they did but didn t but Nicholas the sales guy ask me to come back in and earn my business but I did and when I tell you my last experience was everything it has best car and best ride ever I just love whole team and my car is very nice

I purchased a 2015 S550. Dan did a great job with me and went beyond to effectuate the transaction. He brought the car to me to see initially and made it easy. After a third party inspection, the car was as advertised, in great condition and I am very happy thus far. I expect all to be good. The final close out/paperwork was efficient and NOT a heavy "add-on upsale", like you get at other dealers. They were professional and timely. I recommend them and would buy again.

Flew down from NC to buy my 2016 Ford Explorer from them. Jassie was helpful as well as the entire team. My flight was delayed to where I came very close to closing and they were able to get everything completed for the purchase that very evening. I've now had the car for a year and still loving every second that I drive it. Also, they just had the previous owner drop the second key off and they promptly shipped it to me. Thanks for helping me in my situation. I was in desperate need of a car after someone ran into my previous car and totaled it. The process was stress free and I drove it home with no problems.

Don t ever in your life buy a car from here! They raggedy as hell !! And all they do after they get their money is play dumb ! Dan wear tight suits all day just to lie for Matilda dad literally the cars here look like Matilda dad works on them. I got in a bad accident broke my back and just for money they claim my car was repossessed lying so bad I m warning you to warn your grandma grandad any body to stay away!! They aim for young people and old people for a reason !!! They tried to get me to review so bad when I first bought I m glad I waited it out to see their true colors ! The dealer across the street is helping me with their mess up thank god !! Anybody who ever reviewed I wonder how s it going for them now ? Lol

I ve been dealing with them for years. They have good vehicles with good pricing and they help you with financing. Really recommend this dealership. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly.

I only have positive things to say about this business, they came highly recommended by a good friend and she has used Diamond II Auto Sales for years.We received fast courteous service from them and Dan has been amazing, so much so in fact we are trading in with them again. I am not one that posts these types of reviews online, but I really think that Diamond Auto Sales Inc. (Diamond II Auto Sales) deserves this and more. I had my first purchase experience with them just yesterday and was blown away by their courteous and professional service throughout. I know most of us usually wonder about the integrity of second-hand car dealers. But, let me tell you from direct experience that Diamond II Auto Sales is not your stereotypical dealership - those that you may have encountered in your life before or seen on TV. They listen to your needs and genuinely extend the best possible deal to the best of their ability. From the moment I started interacting with Leon in sales to meeting Mr. Kalsi, the company President, to working with Jassie to finalize the paperwork, it was a phenomenal experience. And believe me, my situation was not one of those easy ones either. They are very transparent with their pricing and thoroughly walk you through what's what. This is a dealership that will not only get you the car of your dreams but also the peace of mind getting it. I would like to thank everyone, especially Leon, for all of his time and energy and also the sweet gesture with the red bow on my car at delivery! I won't forget it! It is unusual for me to leave a review without actually purchasing a vehicle, but here we go. I spent over an hour here last weekend looking for a new vehicle. I had one to trade as well. I did not end up purchasing, however i was treated very well by the sales staff. I felt comfortable and confident with the information I was given.

6 years ago my friend recommended this auto store when I was looking into buying my 1st Mercedes. I was so impressed with the warm family atmosphere here. The owner Mr Jas is so kind and gracious, so is his son, Jassie. Dan the salesman and Rick in finance are awesome and make the whole buying experience so easy. My family has bought 7 cars over the years because Diamond 2 Auto is the best. I encourage anyone looking for a car to look no further, just head there and you will be happy. Thanks guys. I'm totally enjoying my 2016 C300.

I just purchased a gorgeous BMW M340i 2020 form Diamond Auto. The rep Leon was outstanding in his customer service. I'll be back again for sure. The owner was very pleasant as well. Great team. Not to forget about the finance manager. Overall APlus!!!
