I was there bringing in a new car that a family member just bought from their lot. It said on the dash "Malfunction" so I called them to make an appointment for that and an issue with the key fob and scheduled me the next day. They did a good job of getting me in and out in a timely manner. The staff was very polite. I also had mentioned another issue I had noticed which they tended to and diagnosed, they need to replace the exhaust (on a brand new car bought with 500 miles that just hit 1000 miles...like what? How? Why? Ugh!) Anyway, they came and got me and told me they fixed the initial issues but with the exhaust issue, they needed to order the part which would arrive in a couple days. So they offered me a loaner car and almost took it but I did not have my insurance on hand. So I declined the loaner and said I would bring back the car when the part came in. But over all they have done a good job so far! They also had some very nice cars on their lot. I was impressed with the selection besides Mazda. I may just go their once I'm ready soon. I am really digging my family members car (2023 Mazda CX-30), it's a great car! (Pictures below)

We took our car in after we got a flat, new tire we bought from Mazda. They gave us a same day appointment, and we're able to repair or. The coffee and snacks from their visitors area, great too!

I purchased my 2021 Mazda at Classic Mazda. I ladly get my car serviced there on a regular basis. They are polite, professional, and good humor. I love the video they now send you showing what they've done with my car.

Are you looking for automobile service that is customer focused, creative and cost effective for car repair?Classic Mazda Service center is the place to be. I was greeted by the delightful Aisha who personally took care of my situation. The paint on the driver side had a yellow stain. Another Mazda dealer ship in the Orlando area was quick to dismiss my concerns for fixing this paint job in any way. Not Classic MazdaJulie , the service manager,took care of me personally. I got there at 7:15 and had a loner car within an hour. The dealership detailed my car for free while I was at home with a loaner. By 8:35 my Mazda Cx3 was good to go.Thanks to Aisha and Julie, two outstanding service personnel, Classic Mazda not only solved my problem with my 1 year old Mazda Cx 3, they earned a customer for the life of my car.

Always a courteous and friendly invitation when I come for a service appointment. Karen, Ace, Glenn, Jeff, Jakob, and Gary all are great service advisors and I haven't had a bad experience yet. Keep the latte machine stocked, and the complimentary wifi and you will be hard pressed to get me to leave in the short time it takes to have my oil change done. 12/10 recommend.

This was my first time taking my Mazda 3 to this location. Amazing outstanding service from the moment I pulled up through leaving at the end. They send you a video tour of your vehicle they walk under it show you everything they are checking. Service was fast very good prices at least for what I had done they go as far as putting a cover over your steering wheel and your key fob into a baggie to keep them safe from grease and all.i will be considering this my cars new home for servicing. Thanks to the entire team at Classic Honda for caring about the customer and making them feel like part of the family!!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Excellent customer service! Both service reps courteous and professional. Rich explained the work to be done in about an hour. It took less time. I wholeheartedly recommend Classic Mazda.

I came in to have the brakes checked on my "new" pre-owned CX5. The early warning sent shudders through the frame & in still in the purchase warranty period. A free check is a free service!
