The splash shield under my car had fallen down, so I called Classic Honda on Thursday to see if they would be able to fix it. Talked to a very nice lady on the phone, and she scheduled me an appointment at the service center for 9 AM Friday morning. My service representative Ryan was kind and helpful, and my car was serviced within 2 hours for a very manageable price. They also offered free snacks and waters while we were waiting.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this service center. I went in for service Sept 22nd. After 6 hours of waiting I was told my vehicle was fixed (charging system on hybrid). When I got back in my car the message of the error was still active. Went back to advise the issue is not fixed. They've had my car ever since stating they were waiting for a part. It is Oct 20th and I have no updates on when my vehicle will be ready. Had to go all the way to the service center to even find out the part was finally delivered but no other updates. This was a week ago. Leave voice-mail and messages no contact is returned. Reached out to the service manager, Greg, nothing done. Loaner vehicles provided are not checked prior to providing them to guests which is a huge safety concern. Recommend traveling out of your way and avoiding this center at all costs.

Jake is a customer service superstar. 5 stars. 10/10, A+. Hands down.This is more of an account account of my experience and not an actual review though some may argue that this is the definition of a review these days.After several absolutely abhorrent experiences with the Honda dealer near my home in Clermont with an issue on my 4 month old 2023 Honda, I had quite enough of their indifference. At my local dealer lets say for example that if your car has a flat tire they will not be able to help you if there isn t a Honda computer error code that tells them to "remove the nail, patch the hole, add air . Not a joke. 100% serious. So I decided to trek across town to get help at the next nearest Honda dealer (Classic)My expectations were very low when I arrived at Classic but I was utterly astonished and blown away by the difference in customer service. Jake worked with me and saying that this guy went above and beyond is an understatement. He was polite and tried to solve my issues with genuine enthusiasm and a desire to find any resolution to the problem as was within his power. The reality is that he was not able to solve my problem but although there was no way that he could get the part that I needed he worked to find alternative solutions. He did that with patience, kindness, without judgement, and treated me with dignity and respect. It's 2023, and customer service at this level is much too rare and difficult to find.I asked for his manager and shared my positive experience. We are all human and I am sure that he has his bad days too. However, I hope he is treated will at Honda as I will be bragging about my experience with Jake and should I every hear of a business in need of a customer service superstar I will be throwing his name around (sorry Honda).

Honestly they were uncommunicative, my car was in worse shape than when I left. Said things were wrong when they were already replaced. It isn't worth it. They are always understaffed and "backed up" don't go

Came in for AC issue; no diagnostic was actually done, as I was out of there in under an hour and was told I needed over $2100 worth of work done. Thank god I got a second opinion. Went back for diagnostic charge refund, and management spoke down to me, as if I didn't understand what we were talking about. Would not refund, but because "the car is older" (2016) they charge a decreased diagnostic fee. Absolutely will never go back.Service: Air conditioning

I would give them 5 stars because normally I get fairly quick service. It amazes me with so many people moving here that none of them seem to need jobs. Classic Honda needs mechanics, service writers and porters which is causing service to be somewhat slower than normal but for the ones still working there they do everything they can to get the job done.If someone knows how all these people who aren't working can afford rent/mortgage, food and gas but still have money to be out shopping in the afternoon while everyone I know is working, please let me know. Apparently I'm doing something wrong.

Honda Classic Services Department offers and delivers exceptional work. I was especially pleased with the way Me Matthew Hidalgo handled his job. He was patient and very helpful. We had a check engine light come on during a recent vacation and classic Honda room care of us in a timely fashion. We had the code checked and learned it was serious. Greg with their service center recognized that this was an issue covered under warranty and worked with the techs to get a major repair done in a few days while we waited in a hotel. They provided transportation and did an excellent job keeping us informed during the process.The vehicle now drives much better and has better acceleration and gas mileage.While we aren t local I will be reaching out to them when this Honda dies when this one needs to be replaced in a few years.

Trent Angel made the process smooth and was super helpful with my husbands car. Thanks to the team that did the maintenance, we have COLD AC in our family car again! I called to confirm that my car was ready for pick up and that all services were completed. When I arrived I was told they forgot to order a part so one of my services was never completed. (I had gone an extra day without my car so they could order this part). Also another service was not completed so I had to wait another hour for that. It took me an extra 2 hours to get my car. When I received my bill it was over the quoted price. Overall a horrible experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The first problem was extremely poor communication. The only reason I ever got any updates about my car was because I reached out myself, even after the "problem" was "diagnosed." I use quotes because aside from the communication issues, they blatantly lied to me about my car and the repairs it needed, which turned out to be none at all! If I hadn't decided to get a second opinion, I would have had to pay them $1500. Do not trust them.Service: Air conditioning
