I've been going to Charley's Tire & Wheel for 15 years. Their service is quick professional and well-done. Their used tires are good quality as well. They include tire balancing to ensure the best vehicle handling with their used tires.I do buy new tires also, but when my vehicle is not ready for all four tires to be replaced, I go to Charley's for a good quality used one.I have used five other tire shops in my area over the past 15 years, and three of them are no longer in business (no wonder, since their products and employees weren't worth going back to after the first and only purchases I made with each of those "lesser" tire shops.I highly recommend Charley's Tire & Wheel if you're in need of tire repair or a good used vehicle tire. I'm so appreciative of their service that I always give the mechanic a 25% tip for his excellent service!

I was very satisfied with the quick turnaround on my brand new 2023 Porsche Cayenne Wheels, & tires mount balance. The owner went a voice and beyond to make sure he was present at the shop to make sure everything was installed on time, and without any ANY issue. I love my wheels, setup, and ride quality. It s sometimes the smaller shops that amazes you the services big shops are not willing to provide for real! Thanks KC, and Enrique.

I was there couple days ago to get a set of new bigger tires for my little cargo van. The owner took time to put one sample tire size that I wanted on the van to make sure the bigger size tire fit properly. Good hearted sincere person is hard to find in any business now a day. He was the first Moroccan that I ever met (that I know of). He makes a good impression for his people. The wait was a little longer than expected, but that goes for everywhere, because of that I was able to help out a guy with a leaky radiator hose, service was great, happy with the tires so far. I would come back and recommend to others

Best place for get any tire for your vehicle, fast service great customer service very reasonable price different tires brands used or new one nobody can compete with the availability the price and the service of Charley's Tire any tire that you can't find Charley's has it with the best price that none one's can beat. I'm recommended this Tire Shop anytime.

This is the most reputable business I have ever been to... Every time I have had a problem they have helped me.. Every time I've had a problem with my tire. God knows how knows how terrible florida roads are very kind fast and definitely do not cheat you in anyway. If I had taken my car anywhere else. They would have told me they couldn't fix it in charge me hundreds of dollars. It might not look like much from the outside , but please give this guy a chance he's the best.

I took my Truck there with the GMC. 3,500.00 needed to change the six tires. When I arrived I stopped my truck and no one came to talk to me. I got out of the car after 20 minutes. I went there. I said, good morning, he just spoke Spanish to me, how are you? That's all, I went back in a truck and stayed another 50 minutes. I maneuvered and left, no one said anything, very poor service.

This place looks a little sketchy, but I got awesome service here. Came in on a Friday evening at 4:30 with a bent tire rim. The tire guy quickly checked the rim and said he had another in stock. He also alerted me to my tire being very worn. I got another rim (made by VW for my VW) and a used tire. $80 and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. A new tire alone is about $100. I highly recommend this business if you need to solve a tire or rim issue. No BS, just honest and speedy service.

Charlie's tires is the best place to go when you want to get your tires fixed the correct way and the professional way it might not be pep boys! But let me tell you something those gentlemen over there are friendly give you great service and get you going back on the road again really quick with good service so to those gentlemen over there I gladly appreciate the work you've done for me keep up the great work I will be back!

Worst tire shop in Orlando stopped to get a used tire for my girlfriends car. Took over a hour for them to put on a used tire smh, then not even a week later the tire is leaking air. This place is a joke if u want to wait over a hour for below average service then this is your place. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone

Incredible. We had a bent rim, they were able to fix it in 30 minutes for under $100.I d recommend this place to anyone in the area or visiting. Also some great food around the area.

Charley s is awesome - fast, friendly, and fair. what else could you want in a tire guy? Be advised: everyone knows this is the place so there may be others waiting. they work through the line quickly but get there early if you can. They plugged my tire in no time for $5. They have tons of tires in stock and are way better than the chain stores.

This place is great. They were very well accommodating to me, as I had a motorcycle tire that needed to be mounted to a motorcycle wheel. At first they were a bit skeptical if they'd be able to do it, but they were able to put the tire and tube onto my wheel in less than half an hour and for only $20 (plus a little fee for using a debit card). Really the only thing I think they could improve on would be a better customer waiting area, as there really isn't one. Definitely earned those five stars, really helped me get my motorcycle up and running again quick.

Have you ever gotten in your car and the low pressure tire light come on and I had to be somewhere like yesterday.? And it is Sunday November 1 Who s open?? Charley s Tire and Wheel is open 7 days a week. . I didn t care about the ambiance. I just wanted my tire fixed. Jimmy came right out said what can I help you with. 5 min later Jimmy found the culprit. A screw from I-4 probablySo come to Charley s and don t get screwed get it done right. $10 gets a screwed up tire fixed.

Hopefully no one goes here. Worst experience ever. Super unprofessional people. I called the owner he said come in after wasting my whole morning loading my stuff then I get here and he isn t here. Then after he says he won t scratch my wheels he also then says I m not guaranteeing anything. Then he tells me never mind I rather not work on your car just like that. This place should definitely be closed down can t be wasting people time like this. On top of the whole matter there was screws and bolts all over the floor I mean if you want to put a whole on your tire as soon as you leave this is the place.

Railroad tracks ruined one of my tires on my way to a job in Orlando, I live 3 hours away. Wasted 2 hours calling big places to see who had the needed size (245/40R19) in stock and only the dealership and a couple specialty places did. Going new, you feel compelled to buy a pair, which would have run me over $500 since there were no sales, coupons nor rebates. So instead, I figured getting one single used tire to get me home and give me time to buy new ones at a better price later. Charley's had good reviews, answered phone on the 2nd ring, and the out the door price (tire, swap, mount, balance, everything) was less than what just the taxes would have been at the other places! Oh, and the cherry on top: I was in and out in 20 minutes! Just made it home a bit ago and the used tire (a Michelin MXM4) tracked well and had no vibration issues at any speed. Highly recommend this place!

This is my first time here and my last had one tire to replace. And it took them 40mons to help me. I had to chase down someone to assist me although the had others pulling right up and helpASAP they were Spanish of course. Service was Horrible Except for Jamaican Dude that help right away after he finished someone else now at 12:15 pm finally leaving.

Great service, brought in my own tires. They change them out mounted and balanced them for $15 apiece. Cannot ask for a better service. Quick fast and easy no hassle no nothing it was in and out.

Usually a great place but they hired some new people lately that may be trying to scam. An employee named Wilson told me they didn t have a used tire for my car only new. When I tried to leave he stopped me and showed me a used tire. Trying to get over on me for money and I had to wait for people that came after me to get their car serviced. It s a dishonest way to conduct buisness and makes me not want to come back.

This place can get busy so nobody really acknowledges you but if you're a tad bit assertive someone will communicate with you eventually, once you break the communication barrier they are helpful. They fixed my bent aluminum rim and sold me a new tire. They even rolled the tire to my car and loaded it in the trunk.

I have low profile 275 20 30 and drove around to 5 places all quoted 100-150 for mount and balance. These guys took me right in and did it for 60 bucks. Smart choice!

Needed 4 tires for my sons Lincoln Navigator. Great price. And Wifi while you wait.
