Called to get a price quote on tires and the man is so rude and places you on hold while he yells at people. I asked a question and he copped an attitude with me on the phone so I hung up. SO RUDE!!! Definitely won t be going here

the worst place! I do not recommend! Bad service, always with the feeling of being cheated. I changed 4 235/65/ tires and they put another 225 and made up an excuse and didn't change them. really very bad.

Man these guys are the best, good service, fast workers, and the staff there are as friendly and professional as possible for a used tire shop. I bring all my friends and family here because they truly are the best in Orlando. Definitely recommend!

I bought four new tires from them they put it on my car for me. and I left the chop driving my car, the start vibrating one hour later i went back to the chop explain to him he told those tires are new nothing wrong with them. Since then I spent over $800 on mechanic i taught something else was wrong with the car. But nothing wrong with the car except those four tires. I went to Midas mechanic chop they did inspection on the car they find those tires not good. I went to Toyota dealership they said something those tires not good tires that s why the car vibrating. I went back to this chop four times the guy just argued with me. Definitely not recommend

These guys are amazing! I brought my truck in to get a set of wheels. They gave me a great deal and did the alignment afterwards. Superb customer service. 10/10 recommend.

Fast service. High character individuals there. Been there multiple times same results. If I could give them 10 stars I would. A bunch of people come up there in a hurry being inconsiderate, making demands and I seen them handle it with respect. I m sure you one stars are probably one of those who thinks the world revolves around you and anyone who doesn t is rude or it s bad customer service

TERRIBLE SERVICEEEEEEE!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SXAM YOU OUT YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! TOLD ME ONE PRICE THEN PUT THE TIRES ON ANS CHARGED ME ANOTHER THEN PAID FOR AN ALIGNMENT AND TWO SECONDS INTO DRIVING IT MY ALIGNMENT WAS EVEN WORSE!!!!!! ITS CRAZY HOW SOMEONE CAN REALLY DO THAT TO YOU OUT YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! THE NERVE . Don't waste your time or money at that place. Sold me a tire drove home 5 minutes away the same tire is flat, went back to get another tire woke up next morning same tire flat. Didn't want to give me my money back so I brought a new tire l was told it was going to be a name brand tire wrong l paid 210 for a 100 dollar tire . what is Capricorn evoluxx. Don't be a victim of dishonest people at Chad's tires

I just needed one tire for an older SUV that I drive once a month. They had a used one with plenty of tread and half the price of brand new. Done in 30mins. I'll return again !

I ve been going to Chad s for over 4 years now. The last 2 times I had my 4 tires replaced with him but at this time he did my alignment fort Honda 2012 . I drive this car for over 6 hours 5 times per week for work . I could feel the difference right after the alignment gets done. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great job with a fair price

I just wanted to say these guys are great. We were driving down the road and hit something that instantly flattened my tire! My husband pulled into their parking lot and they immediately helped and replaced my tire and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. We were there for less than 15 minutes too.

Brandon treated us phenomenally and this shop went above and beyond for us.My fianc� and I had a tire blow out 2 hours from home and after a referral from the local Auto Zone, I called at 6:45 tonight in a PANIC looking for a replacement tire. Not only did they stay open to help us after we filed a police report in regards to the incident, but Brandon kept us smiling and talking during the tire change and rotation. Most pleasant after-catastrophe experience I have ever had!

I have been dealing with Chad's Tire outlet for many years and they are always Excellent! If you want a place with the BEST prices and will be honest with you this is it. All of our family vehicles go through here and I trust their work. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me it's always worth it. Great place to get quality tires and work done.

unprofessional, rude, he simply left me waiting 4 hours to request 4 tires that never arrived at the store, every time it was a different excuse, he did not return the money, almost $700 dollars, and when I asked for my car key he simply threw the key from where he was, this bao person deserves the customers he has.

From one look at my tires they were able to accurately identify the issues I had that were causing wear on my tires , gave me an excellent price on some cooper tires and saved me a lot of money. They have a huge selection of tires and guided me as to the differences and got me the right tires. Very experienced and a pleasure to deal with. Will buy from here again!

Just got alignment and 4 new tires on my 17 dodge 2500 megacab. Only few places in Orlando can align a truck that big. They did a great job for only $60 for the alignment. Very happy with the work and tires are great. Friendly service. Cheap!

this place is like the heaven of tiresthe hospital to your car'sthe quality is gorgeous, chad is a nice person him and his staff, you feel like you get into a 5 stars hotel for god sake.we all hate waiting, oh no no no not here, they get the job done as fast as possible and in the best way possible, to leave happy and thank the good tires quality for a long long time.and don't even get me started with the prices, you better just get that for free, the best in the market.yeah i might look like i'm over-praising, but trust me, go see for yourself and thank me later.

the guy doesn t know how to fix the car all he do is lie to you and fix something else nothing to do with your car major problem and he will charge you a lot of money next day you car is going to have some problems again I never go back there again he is not professional mechanical and he will rip you off you will lose a lot of money and your car still not been fixed

Tracey and Robbie really hooked us up on a last minute tire installation and alignment. These guys are quick and thorough. Definitely would recommend these guys to ANYONE! In and out of state.

Is the worse service I have ever had. He is very rude with women and he try to fool people saying one price for used tires then when you go to see them they are not in a good shape trying to push you to buy him new ones and on top of that very poor service you can not trust them to do a good job even changing tires, you have to supervise their job. I will never recommend this place for anyone.

Great prices .i believe they have best prices in town . evry where i went the price was over $350 , chads tires have same tires on sale for $269 including installation.i will definitely recommend this shop. He's helped me a great deal thanks Chad's tire and outlets.
