I went to get the starter of my Jeep replaced. I supplied the starter thinking it was a simple job. Got my car back and 6 days later while I was out, my car won't start. Turned out whoever worked on my car did not secure the solenoid wire connection from the starter. If you're going to charge people for a service, please make sure you provide quality service. Especially when it comes to cars!

Friendly, pleasant atmosphere. Very knowledgeable and prompt with repairs, I believe that my cost of services was comparable with market/ industry prices. Will definitely be a repeat customer when more work is necessary.

Amazing prices!! I shopped for prices on a clutch and flywheel replacement. They offered me almost half of what all other places charged around 800 to 1000 for! Also, same day repair, cant go wrong! I used to always hire mobile mechanics for big jobs,but now Ill go to them.

Mechanic is a very professional, dedicated person with many years of experience. Needed a CV replacement. They got my car in and out very quick, I was extremely happy with the service and price. Mechanic left the replaced part so that I could see what was replaced. I told him about a noice coming out of the front axles that I've been hearing for years and that other mechanics have checked, he immediately placed it on the lift, found and fixed the noise in less than 15 minutes. Very Honest Person!!

I had heard many good things about this place. I took my SUV for a oil change and dianostic car testing and check the tansmission fluid.also for my elctric window repair. The charge waS 230.00 dollars. #1) I was never given a printout of the dianostic testing or told the results. #2) I was told that I needed a part ordered for my windows.This was on June 5th (Saturday) . I repeatedly ask the office manager - if she was going to order the part- the response was always yes, yes, and I will call you Monday about the part -well it is now June 9th and still no phone call. #3) I was never told if transmission fluid had been added or if the transmission needed repairs. These people are sketchy -absolutely no communication about my SUV- they basically charged me 230.00 for a oil change- customer BEWARE!Service: Oil change

Worst mechanic in Orlando. They charged me a lot of money to install brand new radiator they never put a cap on it. They also did my engine seals and spark plugs. Thought the job was done right I went to Tuffy about 6 months later for simple oil change and checkup, they found no cap on my radiator, my engine seals were done wrong, my spark plugs had oil in them. Huge mess I went back to them they gave me a hard time and got mad at me because I was upset they did a poor job and I paid so much. This was about a year ago I just went to get a water pump, timing belt and engine seals with a friend that works for Toyota 12/16/18 and to my surprise he said whoever did the engine seals did a bad job. They put used parts in my car, left oil leaks, put silicone sealant instead of the proper one. I spent $1000 and had to return the car and they still didn t do the job right. I wouldn t trust them or refer them they practically stole my money and half way fixed my car. I just spent another $600 to fix the job they were supposed to do right... never again please be careful

DISHONEST Business went here a few years ago and they quoted me a price verbally and promised to do work. Then they adjusted the worked they quoted because it was too difficult for them to do and charged me $35 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation when it was originally $75 with fuel filter change labor. Never ever will I trust them again. See the other reviewers as I am surprised this place is still in business. It seems they are targeted with their deceptive business practices.

I was about to catch a flightnout of Orlando international, when my car broke down. I called this shop and told them that i was about to fly out, but would have a tow truck drop my car off. They agreed. Next morning, their very professional receptionist called me and told me that the starter had gone bad. I told her that the starter was changed by my mechanic less than 6 months ago. She asked me for the phone number for my mechanic. A few hours later she called me, told me that she was able to swap the starter under the warranty and that I only owed for labor. The people at this shop are very honest and will always recommended. Thanknyou for the help.

Our Business Most Qualified Security Professionals LLC. has been going to Castillo Auto Repair for years. They are honest and they have done an amazing job on all of our fleet vehicles. We do not go anywhere else to get our vehicles serviced.

Just had a really nice thing happen here. A cone damaged the bottom of my car and was affecting my driving. This shop was the first I encountered and William was so kind and patient to take a look at it and help fix it quickly. I wish I lived closer to come here more often! Thank you William for the random act of kindness!

I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. This is by far the best auto mechanic around. He is fare, reliable and very honest. The customer service is impeccable. Highly recommended!!!!!

I can't fathom why anyone would write a negative review of this place. I have taken my car there for over three years since moving to Orlando because of rave reviews by word-of-mouth. I can't fathom bringing my car anywhere else. I have a 2000 Infiniti I30, which is mechanically the same as a Nissan Maxima, and I could not be happier with the with the way he has taken care of my baby. Most, if not all (I'd have to look) of the parts he has replaced are warrantied, so I have additional peace of mind there. I have NEVER been overcharged. If anything, I feel like I've been undercharged a couple times, because his pricing is more than fair. He is an honest mechanic who has NEVER tried to overcharge me for anything. If you are looking for a reliable and honest mechanic, this is the place!

I used to love this place and didn't put much thought in the negative reviews...Until I started experiencing the same things. I went in this weekend for an oil change and a tune up and less than 24 hours later my car locked up and spilled gas all over the street. I had to pay to have it towed to Castillo. No one called me this morning, I had to call them and at no point were they even the slightest bit empathetic. I asked if I would be reimbursed for the tow and was flatly told that they didn't make the part so it's not their fault. REALLY?! That has got to be the worst customer service ever. They forgot 2 spark plugs on my boyfriend's Mustang, they've put my timing belt on wrong which caused my car to vibrate so hard at idle and we still gave them a chance. Never again. Do yourself a favor and save the headache and take your car somewhere else where you won't have to bring it back the next day.

Great honest mechanics here they don't lie or try to add more work to your bill I've been twice and will always return if I need anything done on any of my vehicles, they can get busy so try to call ahead or make an appointment.

The shop charges $50 for an estimate. Other shops perform free estimates, especially when it is covered by insurance.

Everyone's nightmare! This business lost the keys to the car then took a month to replace them with locksmith, also the repairs made to car still has problems. Very irresponsible business ran by husband & wife...

Not good place at all..be careful womens..I do not recommend it. They lie about prices and also they are so rude.
