I had a great experience with the process at Carl Black. I went to find a great affordable car and the experience was great! Dowain Nunes, was a great representative for the process as he made it smooth as possible. He made sure I was taken care of and left I. The best possible. He was a great help and was very insightful and helped me think out my plan when buying a car. Raheim Brown (Finance Manger) was a great help on the backend of the deal. He made sure I was taken of knowing all the information and making sure not to leave anything out. Very thorough and professional approach. Made me feel like family. Overall I would recommend if you re in the make for a coupe, suv ,truck, or sports car market.

As a first time car buyer, I was SO impressed with the process of trade in/purchasing a used vehicle from this location. I had my heart set on a Chevy Traverse and found one I wanted. The whole process was so simple and our salesman, Shami, was amazing. He walked my husband and I through everything. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and was so awesome to work with! Larry Gonzales was such a great person to work with while searching for our new vehicle. He was personable, knowledgeable and stayed after hours to make sure we got the car we wanted. He was very thorough when it came to setting up our 2024 GMC Yukon and even helped tame our wild boys during the purchase. We will always go back to Carl black and will look for Larry again!

Ask for Jack! He was our sales rep. Jack was very calm and patient. Explained all the new tech to us several times until it made sense. Showed us as many trucks as we wanted to see. He helped narrow down the inventory to what we wanted. After the sale Jack helped us with coordinating several outside vendors to complete the outfitting of the truck. Also I was happy I didn t have to travel to a different far off dealer to get the truck at the price I believed was reasonable.

Really happy with the team at Carl Black and especially Larry Gonzalez, our sales person. Wound up getting a new Silverado 1500 and Larry made us feel as welcome as we've ever felt at a car dealership. The deal was not an easy one to put together but between Larry and John they made it happen and I am forever grateful! The truck is amazing and will be what I need for years to come!

Had a wonderful sales experience with my salesperson Jack Cherelus. I stopped in numerous times to look at inventory with him all while visiting other dealers to compare vehicles and make a sound purchase decision. He was by far the most effective, knowledgeable and friendly sales representative. Very Happy with my GMC Sierra truck purchase! I will seek out Jack for my next vehicle purchase.

Wow! Red-carpet service. Going to a car dealership is always a big sigh as it s such a stressful experience to encounter. However, Carl Black of Orlando truly stands out as a business that cares for the consumer. They wanted to know what we wanted and needed and gave us every possible option to get us in a comfortable financial position so we could drive off with a great car that fit our family needs. Overall I always love Carl Black; except when my wife went to pick up my vehicle, the person who delivered it, thought it would be a good idea do drive over a couple curbs. I understand my truck was blocked in, but I don t think driving over curbs is the best solution. When he got out he told my wife well that what trucks are designed for. While may agree, it s not his truck to drive how he wants. There was no damage, but that does not negate the fact that it is not his vehicle to drive however he wants. I don t want him to get in trouble, just gentle reminder to NOT DRIVE ON CURBS with other people s vehicles.

I'm very unhappy with the service department. I went in and asked them to just let me know what part I needed to replace my antenna that broke off and they made me leave my vehicle for hours just to tell me what I had already told them that I needed a new antenna it was a 17 dollar part that just needed to be screwed on like took me a hole minute but they said they would charge me 127 to put it on. Good thing I understand when I'm being ripped off and I just ordered the antenna part from their service department and put it on myself. I mean it takes a very shady place to try and charge a person almost a hundred dollars just to screw on the antenna. Literally took me under a minute. Any reputable and ethical place would have just told me what part to begin with and then put it on for 10 bucks because like literally didn't even take a minute

Leonard Willis my sales person at Carl Black was outstanding, very professional, NO Hard Sale. We discussed what I was looking for and Leo provided seven vehicles to choose from. I am not one to give reviews unless the company or individual really deserves it good or bad! So let me start by saying my experience at Carl Black was great, everyone was nice and polite and very helpful. I was approached by a salesperson name Joshua Crittle upon arriving at the dealership. My wife and I just wanted to look around because I didn't have a lot of time and I was leaving out of town in two days. I only wanted a quick look. Joshua was very understanding and gave me his contact information. A month later a returned as promised. When I returned they had a lot more vehicle to choose from and Joshua took the time to get to know my wife. To understand what we really wanted in a vehicle. Surprisingly on this first try he showed me the prefect truck. He hit it out of the park on the first try. He worked with me to get to the price point I was willing to pay and Joshua went above and beyond with extras. Joshua made the whole experience enjoyable and worth the time spent purchasing a new vehicle!

Thank you to Ryan for a great deal on our new 2023 Traverse RS and getting us in and out so we don't lose our whole Sunday. Best experience I've ever had buying a car. We traveled all the way from Pasco County to get the vehicle we've wanted for a long time at a great price. Well worth the drive. Thank you Ryan and staff. 5 Stars. (SINCE I ALREADY LEFT A REVIEW BUT SINCE GM ASKED FOR ANOTHER, HERE'S AN UPDATE AFTER 3 DAYS OF DRIVING IT ON SOMETHING I MISSED).We were told by our salesman, Ryan, via text, that the back-up sensors GM has had a problem sourcing from China, were actually installed. Upon taking possession of our car, we found they were not. These are a major safety device we wanted and typically come standard on the RS model we ordered. Will these be retrofitted once GM gets them in stock? Other than that, we had a great experience even though we had to drive two hours to get the vehicle from Carl Black. I might not refer them for the drive but I would for the great service and for the quickest car buying experience I've had in 30years. I worked out my deal online and via text message, when we got there, I actually got a higher trade and lower OTD price. Usually, Dealers raise the trade-in allowance, but stick you with a higher sales price. We got $1000 more of the sale price when we got there and they gave us a HUGE increase on our trade and since we brought our own financing from our Credit Union, our monthly payment was considerably reduced. WOW!! Thanks Carl Black Orlando.

Have bought two cars here in the past year and both very positive experiences. The salesperson I worked with (Jackwon) was not pushy, listened and answered all of my questions easily. Everyone who works here seems to want to "get the deal done" vs finding ways to irritate you as a customer. Will do business with again as long as I'm in Orlando.

Arrived late to the dealership on a cold night. Larry greeted us and even tho our dream car that we were there to see and possibly take home had a sold sign on it he checked with the manager to check the status, much to our delight it turned out to be availableLarry quickly got to work on makin our deal go throughWe got all the numbers set and Larry actually stayed late to get our vehicle deliveredOverall just a great expierence thanks mostly to Larry s helpThanks for makin our dream car a reality

I took both of my older kids in the past month to get vehicles at Carl Black. Both times we worked with Jack in sales and Hector and John in finance. All three were super great to work with. I went in for an oil change and new tires. This was my first time back since the remodel and it was impressive. They have state of the art equipment to service you and keep you informed. They also were very communicative throughout the process and helpful.

Carl Black has no customer service. My car has be waiting on parts for over two months. I asked to get my car back until the part came in. They gave me the car torn apart, and with a check engine light on and grease on the passenger side seat. I ve been trying to get a manager to give me a call to get this resolved four times I have called they have never returned my calls.
