Carlos and the staff at Calderon definitely took care of my car for me. I had been riding almost on the ground due to my air bags in my Mercedes going completely out on me. I finally had the means to get her off the ground and they did just that. They even threw in courtesy services like topping off my fluids and cleaning her up for me. The price was reasonable for the repair I needed, and everyone there was willing and kind. Definitely going back if I ever need repairs!

This family own shop has been a lifesaver for us for years. They always taken great car of our vehicles and always upfront with everything. Even if they themselves break something during repairs they notify us and let us know they fixed it at no charge while other places will not say a thing and charge you. They have even delivered our cars to us when we only had one and was not able to pick it up. That's Customer Service We Love this Place. Blessings to them All Service: Electrical repair

It's hard to find a shop genuinely looking to do business with you and not just swindle you out of money with repairs you don't need (like at big Dealerships). I'm 22 and own a fiat 500 and the owner working on my car even taught me how to check my oil after they finished with some cosmetic repairs. It was such a kind and genuine gesture to try and teach me about my vehicle. As someone who was never taught about cars it was really nice he took the time to show me that. They are a family owned business who treats you with that kind of personal care. I would recommend to all my friends. It's a small place and a little hard to find but I would choose them over a dealership to take care of my car 10/10 times. They know what they're doing and care about getting the job done in a TIMELY manner. Amazing staff.

I took a vehicle here to be inspected before I purchased the car. Within an hour they were able to assess that the vehicle had issues that were not disclosed by the seller. They were honest, gave me the report and treated me professionally. I am thankful and appreciative they were able to advise me. In the end I did not purchase the car which I think saved me lots of time, money and headaches.

This is my 2nd time coming here, and I still would highly recommend! They know exactly what they are doing and not trying to BS you. I received a breakdown of things that needed fixed along with pictures and a phone call to discuss it. The items were ranked in importance of fixing immediately or can wait until a future date. Carlos is always amazing in person and on the phone. Just great customer service. The techs and Julio are also amazing and pleasant! Look no further for a reputable and HONEST car mechanic.

Very informative and educational.The technicians took the time to provide a thorough inspection of the car and completed a detailed report supplemented with photographs and video of things that we should be concerned with on my son's older model car. While the quote was a bit more than anticipated, it did come with a 3 year warranty. I would recommend their services to others, simply because I was confident the job was completed professionally and they stand behind their work. That in itself, is something you don't often get with many repair shops and the peace of mind that comes with it is totally worth it!

This is my favorite mechanic to date.They are very humble people and transparent with what is going on with your vehicle. They communicate how your car works and the issues you may have in simple and relatable terms. They are excellent with communicating estimates, timelines and preventative maintenance. They also don t pressure you into coming to them for every little thing. I do basic maintenance myself so this is an extra bonus.I would hands down recommend them to anyone. I like the fact that they send text messages and emailed links to review diagnostic results prior to the work being performed. The link describes the level of attention the issue needs (immediate, moderate or not needed). It also has accompanying photos where you can see what parts were faulty. Finally you can electronically provide approval for items you would like fixed.The folks there are very personable and know you by name.This is an excellent business good mechanics are hard to come by. This one is a keeper.

Took our money to do a diagnostic. Figured out the problem. Told me it would be fixed the next Tuesday. Ignored my calls till Friday. Said they would get right back to me and now says their shop is changing and maybe I can get my issue fixed in a month. Fine there s some big shake up in your business, but stand by your word to your customer or refund for the diagnostic that will now have to be repeated elsewhere.

Took my car here after a shady diagnostic at a car dealership. Thoroughly diagnosed my car problem and were honest about problems that needed to be addressed immediately and repairs that could wait. Kept me informed via phone and text and didn t just let my car sit for days. Fair price for repairs and returned my car clean! Highly recommend!

Just used Calderon Automitive for the first time and my experience was Fantastic! Extremely professional and very thorough when performing repairs to my vehicle. They document everything they find and take pictures to show you everything they find on your vehicle. They keep you very well informed and don't start any work until it's given the go ahead by you first! There prices on parts and labor were extremely fair and I definitely feel like my dollar went a lot farther with them then it would at most other repair shops. I highly recommend Calderon Automotive for all your repair and preventative maintenance needs!

Hands down one of the best mechanics in Orlando, Florida. I have a Pepboys across the street from my house and they always quote me very high prices because I m a single lady so they take advantage. Calderon automotive is very honest and reliable. I trust them with my car and I know that when I use them I m getting a fair price and a good job. They go above and beyond and I m happy I found this repair shop.

I've never received such amazing customer service from a repair shop in my life. Every person you interact with is incredibly transparent and friendly. They don't seem to consider the job done until all your questions have been answered, you know exactly what they did, and what to expect going forward. They even offered to drop me off down the street and use it as a chance to understand my car before working on it. Super impressed!!

This shop was one of the certified approved places my insurance would tow it to. From the very start they were helpful and professional. They did a full car inspection and they send you all the information they find including pictures and what they recommend needs fixed and what can wait. Prices were fair, I highly recommend this shop.

My experience with Calderon has to be one of the best I ve had in dealing with mechanics. The service was excellent with both quality parts and professional, honest staff. This is by far the most honest mechanic I've found. He is polite, humble, patient, knowledgeable, and even let me stick my head in the engine with him as he explained everything to me. He let me provide my own parts for the repair too. His costs are reasonable and his work is detailed and honest. His wife runs the office, his kids are present after school as well. This is the kind of environment an honest man would run. I feel lucky I discovered him as he doesn't really advertise.

I read these reviews and felt comfortable taking my Rare Completely Original 1960 Cadillac to this shop. BIG mistake. I drove my vehicle in and explained that I had just purchased the classic car and wanted them to remove the engine and transmission to reseal and replace all freeze plugs. They sent a quote and I agreed. After many months I get a call stating they had side swiped my original paint Cadillac against one of their lifts. They delivered the vehicle to me and sure enough large rusted gashes on the most iconic part of the car, the back fin. Being an original paint car it s not as easy to say we will paint it. On top of all this the engine and transmission had never been removed even after I called numerous times and asked if they had pulled the engine and they stated they had. That night my garage floor was full of coolant, transmission fluid and oil. I messaged the Owner, his wife and called the office and I have not received a call back. It s been almost one year since this nightmare began with Calderon. The position themselves as a shop that takes care of your vehicles and boasted that they deal with exotic cars so my classic car would be taken care of and not sit outside. I wish they would have taken care of my issue by submitting the accident to their insurance company and refunding me for the deposit I Pasi s. My vehicle sits in my garage while I continually call their office and wait for a return call from the owner. Complete lack of respect for their customers vehicles.

I am a lady who has had my car since purchasing him brand new in the Year 2002. I moved to the Orlando area in January 2014 and no longer had my trusted mechanic anymore and my trusted advisor whenever I visited the dealership. After explaining to the dealerships in the Orlando area that I needed my rotors machined, they told me I also needed new brake pads. I told them I only needed my rotors machined and didn't need brake pads. They told me whenever rotors are machined, you must put new brake pads on as well. As I stated, I have had my car since 2002 and knew they were lying to me. I know my car.In my search of finding a mechanic since my car desperately needed the rotors machined because he was shaking so badly when applying my brakes, I came across Calderon Automotive Repair Service online. I explained what I needed and made an appointment for May 23, 2015 after they did not try to up sale me on the phone. When I went in for my appointment, my car was checked and I was told how much it would cost for them to machine my rotors and without mentioning anything to them about my brake pads, they told me my brake pads were in excellent condition. I was VERY pleased with the amount they told me they would charge to machine my rotors. After they completed the service and I paid the bill, I went to get into my car and he was clean. I was AMAZINGLY SHOCK!!! My car had not been washed since moving to Orlando in January 2014. I NEVER ASKED them to wash my car and clean & shine the tires BUT THEY DID. That's what I'm talking about; THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I found my new mechanic. To date, June 26, 2015, my car is still stopping nice and smoothly when applying my brakes. I thank Julio and his wife and their great team.

Lucky I found them twice now, once for a repair for an oil leak (gasket) and then an alternator. They are honest and don't try to sell you things you do not need but they will tell you when you really do need something such as brakes. Great family owned local business, I will not take my car anyplace else. Highly recommend them.

Calderon automotive repair services is by far the best shop I've ever seen; both here in Florida and Texas where I bought my first Infiniti. I've always enjoyed their friendship and high quality service, ever since my first visit here, two years ago. You will receive no better service anywhere and you will be pleased. So glad I found you Calderon; and thank you!

My son lives in Florida and I m in NY. My mechanic up here found Calderon s as they are both Napa dealers. I had a great experience. Carlos kept me informed and did all he could for us. My son got the car back as expected and they now have a new customer. Thanks again!!

Calderon Automotive is FANTASTIC! Julio is amazing! He diagnosed the precise problem with my AC and replaced only the part that was faulty. My AC is blowing ice cold air and it cost a fraction of what I had been quoted at big chain repair shop (where they were going to replace the entire system!) If you are looking for quality work by honest people with excellent service, Calderon Automotive is the place to go!

My wife has Known Julio and Nancy for 20 plus years . I was introduced about 5 years ago . they did great work on my 88 pickup. and am super pleased. the price was more than fair and the operation was professional.

We love C.A.R.S! Their staff is always so friendly, honest, and helpful. I trust them to give me honest and expert recommendations and suggestions. I never feel like they are "upselling" me or talking me into unnecessary services. The emailed maintenance reports and estimates are wonderful!

Carlos and the team at CARS are nothing short of professional! Fair prices and quick service.Only downsides for me are the distance and location. I say location because it s a building shared with a car rental and car sales place.
