My car was shaking terribly. I went to the shop for a new front tire just before they closed. I ended up purchasing 4 brand new tires! Eric and Natalie were awesome and even offered financing. Eric didn t have my size the night of but he put on a spare and told me to return the next day for the new tires. I purchased new tires with mounting and alignment and he repaired my headlight for a price that was so low I m too scared to mention This place is my new go to for any of my car s needs! THANKS GUYS!!!!

Went in asking for my truck to look a certain way they delivered. Worked with Eric and his customer service with me was fantastic. He kept his word and guaranteed his work. I left happy and recommend Best Buy Automotive. The team members take pride on doing great work.

Worst place to bring your truck or car. Bring my truck to install lift kit and they didn t put the entire kit.now my truck cv joint boot keep braking

Since they opened, I have been bringing my car here. My family and I have received assistance from the owner, Eric. The staff is excellent and will look after you. They can handle any problem, no matter how big or small. From a simple oil change to replacing my transmission they have given the best service to me. My car had leaks in both rear tires. I was immediately greeted and after explaining the issue asked to pull in by one of the bays. They were busy but still I was waited on quickly and the cost was extremely reasonable. Wow great service and a great price as well!

I brought my car in to get my brakes replaced. As soon as I parked my car I was immediately helped by the staff and I was told that I had nothing to worry about. I was having stressful day up to that point but the best buy auto fam made me comfortable and secure that the job would be given importance. Not even 20 minutes later I was out and back on the road. I can't recommend this shop enough. They treat you like family and get the job done in a timely manner.Service: Brakes

They charged me for my alignment and didn t even do an alignment. Car came out with a whole different problem ! Took my money and said they couldn t do nothing about it. So if you guys ever need something fixed don t go here. Your car will come out more messed up then what you took it in. Bad for business

As usual i went in for tires && an alignment && was greeted by erick whom i came to realize was the owner told me his employees would handle my car with great service?! My technicians were Jordan who did my tires && Jeanpi who handled my alignment both men were focused an attentive && also handled my vehicle with care!. I was in && out before i knew it!! This was my 1st time coming here today i got recommended by friend of mines && had to take up the offer!. Definitely will be coming back again!. -Thank YouServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Don t alignment with this people, is a fraud...(I went to get an alignment, they did it but the car wasn t Aligned and they charged me anyway, I did the claim and the office approved a new alignment, They approved a new alignment but first I needed to change some parts of the car, I returned after changing the parts, they agreed but in the same way the car was not aligned I asked the operator of the machine and he said that the tires looked crooked, he told me It was because of the weight of the trunk, when I took the weight off the car, the tires looked the same inclined inwards, I returned to the place to try to get an explanation since all the parts were new, I changed them with the same reason that everything remained Well, I get aligned again and this time if I look good but they wanted to charge me $ 100 and the first time I paid $ 85 it seemed unfair since it must be the guarantee for this reason I go to you so that more people do not continue to fall in the trap of these people)

This company is great, fast, friendly and affordable. I first came here to get new tires for my car. They gave such a great price and did the service so fast that ever since then, I ve always gone back and now I bring everyone I know here for tires as well. These guys always take great care of me and do a great job too. I will continue to come here and bring all my people here as well.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! My father took his truck here about three weeks ago for some minor repairs and informed one of the managers that he needed the truck repaired before going on a trip if not he wouldn't be able to pick it up after a week. It wasn't repaired in time so he would have to pick it up after a week. After my dad returned from his trip he heard a voicemail about needing to call back urgently. The point is that the truck was stolen before my father left on his trip and was only called while on his trip (3 days later) when he had specifically said he wouldn't have communication. Now the managers are claiming to not be insured an unable to assist us with something that was clearly the repair shop's fault.And to top it off, it is the same pickup that they are promoting in their business pictures. Which we have kept for our records.

My uncle took his car here for some repairs, he advised the owner that he needed the vehicle prior to him going out of state and being without communication. The vehicle was not ready by the time he specified therefore my uncle had to leave said vehicle in their care. Three days after my uncles trip they called him saying that he needed to call urgently, once he was able to gain communication he was advised that the vehicle was stolen and that they were not going to take any responsibility for it as they are not insured. I recommend zero stars but google won t let me do zero

The service and experience I had was fast and very welcoming. I explained what issues I was having and within a few minutes they had my car in the shop and fixed my problem. I was back on the road without a huge impact to my pocket. All and all I d recommend the shop and will return for more work on my car.

Best buy automotive LLC is the best tire shop in Orlando!! I have been a long time client for years. Eric the owner and his wife Claudia are some of the Nicest.. Honest.. People I have ever ran across. They take care of you like you are family and they keep good quality tires at affordable prices!! Keep doing what you guys do and providing Orlando with quality customer service!!

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THIS PLACE. My husband went to this place to get our 4Runner aligned and they did it, my husband immediately noticed that the suv wasn t aligned correctly so he told them and they said he had to change some parts for it to be aligned correctly, which means they knew before they did the service that it wouldn t work. He changed the parts on the suv and went back for warranty and they did it wrong again and wanted to charge him again for the service. He ended up paying for 2 services that were done incorrectly and had to take the suv to another place to get it aligned again and pay again!!

I ve been there 2 times so far and I will keep going there as-well as I sent friends and family there, Eric and his staff are awesome!! I took brand new 26 wheels and I was scared like at most tire shops I ve been to scratch my wheels but Eric and his staff did a wonderful job no scratch s no issues just perfection great experience they have my business for now on!!!!

Purchase and installed 2 used tires on the front. They do not check used tires the way they suppose to. One of them was broken on the side and I notice after installation. Then they left my all of the nuts on one of the tires completely loose. Had to backup the car from the exit. Totally incompetent people!!!

Well they broke my control arms by letting and inexperienced kid do the alignment on my truck and after I asked him why he was using a 5 ft cheater pipe for leverage on my cam and caster bolts he said he had no idea what he was doing and his boss just told him to do it. Costs me $700 to repair the parts THEY BROKE and still refuse to take responsibility for it. Completely disgusting and sad
