Helpless Dansel indestress . Break Lights out in my Hyundai Sonata today . Had no idea until a driver warned me ! So I come in to the store on Edgewater Dr and this helpful gentleman Aregelio helped me by checking my backlights and replaced them for me!! Single lady here and I work from 2-10 pm ! I am so thankful and appreciative ! God is great ! Thank you for hiring exception talented and caring staff

I went thinking something different was wrong with my car and came out super educated thanks to Ben! I can t even put in words how grateful I am for his knowledge and expertise .instead of dumping tons of money into what could have been the problem. He assessed it accurately with his expertise and even gave me some tips on how to keep things working smoothly and with longevity. He was very welcoming and super professional .this man deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond the call ..This company needs more people like Ben! Thanks again my man, I know where I ll be going from now on!!!!

To begin the story, I am from out-of-state and I had come to Florida for unexpected personal reasons, so my car breaking down on the side of the road was the tip of the iceberg.Luckily, a wonderful man named Oscar had decided to pull over and help jump start my car. I was extremely thankful for his amazing service during such an emotional time.Afterwards, he had informed me he worked for Auto Zone and could help me out. I followed him to the store and he helped me buy a new car battery after examining the problem.He had great customer service...he seemed to have incredible knowledge...and most important he took his time out of his day to help someone in need! He is the epitome of the workforce we both need and desire!I thank him everyday for feeling kind enough to stop to help me out! He had helped more than he may ever know! Great Worker!

Ben was fantastic!! I was treated with great respect and honesty when I had my battery changed. Ben and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to assist. Camryn quickly installed the battery. Thank you very much!!!! Excellent customer service!!!

Adrian helped me out with testing my battery and replacing it - I was in and out in under 30 minutes. He was so polite and quick, really everybody there was very pleasant to deal with. thank you guys so much!

If could leave 0 stars I would. I got a battery test today. I asked for pricing on a new battery. I was given a price of $240. I asked if they have coupons, I get a chuckle from the gentleman who helped me with a follow up response of "no". I immediately just took my business to battery plus & not only did they quote me a lower price of $195 they mentioned I was quoted for the wrong battery! Then to make matters worse, I did research & Autozone actually has coupons for batteries! I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. If you can find a more professional Autozone. They are out here, its just not this store! I wasted precious time!

I was having problems with my car starting so I brought it to Auto Zone to see if it was my battery. Ben came out and check it for me and said it was low and that he could charge it for free. So we waited and let him charge it. My car seemed to work fine and we went home. The next day my car would not start again so we called Ben and he came to our home to check the battery again. This time he said it was dead and I would have to replace it. So he and my husband went back to the store to get a new battery. There battery cost $180.00 for my car which I thought was high, so I declined to purchase it from them. I was able to get a better battery with a longer life guaranty for $120.00 from Costco. All this said, I want people to know how Ben went out of his way to help us and went above and beyond! I wish their battery had been less so I could have bought it there because they were so helpful. Will definitely go back to them if I need anything for my car in the future! I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Ben for all your help and assistance!

Let me tell you, if you enjoy great service and someone who will go the extra mile for you, then go see Ben at AutoZone. Excellent service, timeliness, and courtesy. Ben checked out my battery for me and even replaced a light for me. Anytime I have to get something for the car, I ll be coming back here. Thanks Ben!

Got in the car during Hurricane Nicole to head to work and the warning came up "Headlight Low" checked my left light and it was off. Fortunately this AutoZone was open and this amazing awesome dude called Ben went in the rain, checked the light, turned it a little bit and it came on. It was a connection issue and Ben just made my day. Thanks Ben for the best care and customer service I've ever got at AutoZone.

Very friendly girl and another young guy told me there was no carbon fiber tape for when I went and looked at another aisle they had two selections of carbon fiber tape. I think the manager should take the employees through a walk so they can see what they carry are not carry

I Usually like this location, but today they seem to be full of Turkey, because I stood in line for 20 minutes without any acknowledgment that I there...there's no one saying we'll be with you in a moment..one guy is helping two clerks that don't know what they're doing so I left my merchandise on the counter and went make my purchase elsewhere wherethe customer service is better...I'm sick of Lockhart businesses these days.

Roman Serrano is the tech that did the battery. He was amazing!! He took his time during the battery Installation. It was extremely hot outside and he didn t rush the process. The manager is great! She has helped us several times. Each time she is able to answer the difficult questions. She has taken her time to look at my car. She is exactly what a manager should be. Thank you so much!

I called this location prior to visiting to ensure the part I needed was in stock. Joshua was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. He quickly assisted with exchanging my battery and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Honestly, I will pass several auto parts stores to only shop at Auto Zone because the customer service is always quick and professional. Keep up the awesome work Auto Zone crew.

I came in this morning (Sunday) to this location because my car was having problems starting. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I told them my problem and right away, Allen B. went to my car and tested my battery. Sure enough, I needed a new one. Dominic was also very friendly and installed my battery. I didn't have to wait long at all, and no one tried to sell me more expensive parts that I didn't necessarily need. These sales reps were funny, friendly, honest, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable and have years of mechanic experience. The battery I also purchased has a good replacement and service warranty. I left a very happy customer! Thank you guys for your excellence!
