Mariano looks like he is been in customer service industry for quite sometime but hasn't learned a thing. Terrible attitude , my guy if you dont like it in there, LEAVE !

I really had to share this photo. My visit was this morning and I found the store in these conditions, all well organized and clean, easy to find any item. Excellent customer service, especially the manager, helped me with each of my questions and helped me with what I needed. Definitely, this is the Autozone store that I like and I have felt better. I will tell my friends about them. 5 stars.

Stopped by to get a steering wheel cover I saw you had a lot on display for one dollar. I took one to the register. The lady said it was not a dollar it was probably miss place. I went back to get another one. The lady said this one is not a dollar either I said which one is a dollar she said I don t know you have to check the part numbers She tried to come and assist me. She looked at the display herself instead of offering me one of them for a dollar because maybe they all were miss place or somebody is not doing their job and putting them in the correct spot none of this happened I am very dissatisfied.

Was helped right away by luis, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Quickly found the right battery and windshield wipers for me. I didn t have to leave the counter. It was a great experience!

One of the best auto parts in the whole area. The team they have is very professional. I was buying a new battery for my car and they gave me the installation service totally free. New airfresh, I can t wait to try them. I recommend this place 100%. Thanks Autozone.

The worst experience of my life I ve never been treated so horrible I was literally recommend to this autozone by the mechanic shop down the road I was just looking for help with my e bike I wanted to see if I could use a fix a flat or something to help me get the rest of the way home supervisor/manager immediately told me to get out and to put my e-bike outside all I wanted to do was show if they had something that could fix my tire to get me home their was literally no compassion or help for someone that was stranded 5 miles away from home I pleaded that I was just looking for something to fix my tire and if their was anything just pointed to isle 6 and said maybe you ll find something there manger/ supervisor told me to leave my bike in the corner which was understandable but still very rude about it like I was unwelcome in the store I didn t find anything to help me so I left the manager/supervisor gave me a look like If was stealing something I ended having to get a Lyft home because of the almost 100 degree weather and I couldn t walk 5 miles with a flat tire I already spoke with the district and waiting for the regional manger to contact me you don t treat people like this especially people that are just looking for help I ll never step inside a autozone or will do business with autozone again in my life I ll speak with the regional to remove any information from me that I ve used in the past and rewards

Hope I have the right location. There is a new asst mng or mng that was so Good to me. I was in a very bad spot and he took his family time (twice) to make.sure my battery was taken care of as I was in an emergency state. He Always makes me feel safe and protected. Like everything is going to be ok. Please acknowledge Freddy for me as I have left the area and he made All the Difference! Thank U Freddy for saving my baby luv(car) and sanity and safety. Freddy U r da Best! Blessings to U and your familia and your az team. I am forever grateful

This AutoZone did a quick and professional job with a battery replacement. However, what got them the 5 stars was their willingness to look past a RIDICULOUS company policy to replace my battery that was under warranty.The Policy (as stated by the employee): They can replace the car battery under warranty, but the driver has to take the battery out themselves. Then they test to see if it's bad or not.Like, they would end up taking the battery out if I bought a new one anyway... So why is that a thing? LolFortunately, they decided to remove and replace my battery anyway which was great customer service.Thank you for being awesome. I hope AutoZone corporate reconsiders that ridiculous policy.

Juan was amazing! When our battery died on us one afternoon, it was a stormy rainy day and he still diligently helped my husband and I! He was very courteous and professional. Thankful for the kind crew. Brandon, the manager was super helpful and even got a lil dirty when I dropped the cap to my oil things to the engine. He offered to handle it but i insisted too do it on my own. Thank you so much. Great staff!

Yovanny and Marcus were amazing! Great customer service and very professional. They were so attentive and friendly to my needs and went above and beyond to help me with my car concerns ! Thanks to Yovanny , I was able to remove majority of scratches and scuffs and paint transfer from a minor accident I had earlier in the day .Soo thankful for his help!

I really had to write this review just because I experience the best customer service ever! I purchase some wiper blades, they went to look for them, offer me the windshield washer fluid, asked if I want them to be installed and they put them on for me. This is gonna be my next store for my car needs, great team thanks Steven and he s team for that.

This is a typical auto part store. Can't expect too much, but should not settle for anything less than good. The customer service was good and the person was very nice, the problem was getting the help. It was an early morning visit and only one person in the store (I guess) I had to wait for about 10 minutes to get my FREE battery check and find out that I needed a new battery cause it was bad. I had warranty somewhere else, so the guy gave me a quick jump and headed to the other store.

Michelle and crew knew their stuff. She was great. I was looking to restore my headlights to make it look newer and she help me out with lots of info. With many products to choose from she lead me to the right stuff. That s reminds me, Michelle I have to go back for the headlights. Thanks Michelle. She s awesome.

Went here today to purchase a spark plug for my lawn mower. Customer service was top notch, they definitely had everything spaced well for social distancing and even the other customers were nice. This location isn t the closest to my house but is on the way to and from work. I will make it a point to shop here when I can!

Alfredo truly saves me today! After visiting another Autozone and a mechanic s shop, he was the only one who took the time to figure out how to install my new car battery. He was extremely helpful and kind. This store isn t super close to where I live but it will be my location of choice whenever I need anything related to my vehicle.

Parts are ok. Went yesterday and today very displeased gave wrong filter on buy oil and filter for one price. Gave me wrong filter and went to exchange and tried to charge me more. I couldn't believe it. They gave me wrong filter. Had to drive down there waste my time and gas. Need better employee training. Customer service dismal. They should hire me to improve that place.

I just my headlights replaced at store #6358 on Danube Way in Orlando Florida. It was essential for me to get them replaced because I drive a lot at night and wanted to avoid a ticket. The associate named Yoan(Joan), was very understanding. She replaced my headlights (which were not easy to replace) and she was patient and courteous throughout. I appreciate her for all her help and excellent customer service. I will return to this store for all my auto needs.

Good place to buy car utensils and more. I went in search of some windshield wipers and manager Steven voluntarily offered to put them for free. I ended up buying more than I was looking for because they have good offers . 100% recommended.

Not the greatest selection and if you are down an aisle looking for something, you will go unnoticed or they only care to take care of those who come directly to the counter. On my way out the door is when someone asked if I needed help. Ugh, yeah! But I chose not to continue and left as opposed to showing any displeasure I try to take covid situations in to consideration but there were 5-6 people behind the counter and 2 guys filling those very aisle with stock and not so much as a hello till I'm leaving?

My car didn't want to start this evening, so of course I had to take a trip to AutoZone. Upon arriving, Carmen quickly got with me and tested my battery. Luckily, that's all that was wrong. We went back inside and the store manager Steven helped me check out while Carmen installed my battery. They were both amazing, and the service was so friendly and quick it didn't even feel like I was waiting on a repair, not to mention the fact that there were other customers with associates helping them as well! This isn't the closest AutoZone to me, but I will drive out of my way to visit the next time I need anything. No more wandering around looking for help. Thank you guys!

Everything but the manager was excellent. After the recipe printer badly but the bar code on it looked good he offer to print a new one. However it was a duplicate recipe which was quarter the size with no bar code. He had already threw away the orinigal recipe which I might have accepted seeing the duplicate. Also he had issues bring up my account on my 2nd purchase after I forgotten to get an item. For some reason he told me I had to get a new card? Now I have two rewards card and was told to call number to combine them. He also seems frustrated with me?! How was this my fault? I'd be happy with both recipes given the choice. But he just right away threw it in the trash with a frustrated look.

The service was so bad I stopped to buy an AC refrigerant and I asked Matt if he could explain to me how the AC pro refrigerant they had there works and he told me that I had to go to the Internet and see the explanation. wowwwww
