Thank you to Ivis, and Cynthia! Ivis was training Cynthia and did an amazing job in helping me get my battery replaced and pointing out anything that I may need help with in the future. Ivis always takes such amazing care of me and is very informed and professional. She deserves everything and more!!!!

The manager Ivis is the best part about this location. She took care of my battery needs and was friendly and polite while doing so. She went above and beyond for me and I wish every establishment had staff with work ethic like hers.

Ivis A. at the Colonial Dr location in Orlando, FL is a prime example of EXCELLENT customer service! Very knowledgeable and confident in her work, and very respectful. She explained everything to me as she performed the repair and was transparent about what she was doing. I was most impressed at her speed - she works like she s on a mission! Very impressed and satisfied with her customer device and technical skill.

ANDRES TORRES was absolutely amazing! Took his time to help me find the correct products I needed and even noticed one other small thing that needed a small refill. I m so appreciative for him. Jose Carlos (apologies if name not spelled correctly) was the best. Was having a bad day and in a short time he had changed the battery in my vehicle and key fobs. Great customer service and he cheered me up. Went above and beyond.

Came into the store looking for an air filter for my truck. Ivis was amazing! She helped me quickly find and replace my air filter with a K&N Air filter. Her expertise were very much appreciate. I will certainly be back for more auto parts from this store! Thank you!!

Alexia is absolutely incredible. She took her time and looked into my warranty battery issue with absolutely professionalism. I lost count on how many avenues she explored to try and get my battery replaced under warranty. She must have been there 1hr trying to fix this issue for me. Then when it was finally resolved- here I am happy customer and on my way again with a new battery. I'd love to have a worker like her on my team, so hard working, professional, detailed and by far very advanced in her field on anything customer service related, mechanical, store related.Thank you so much for your help

I didn t end up getting a battery from here, but would still like to share my exceptional experience with you all. Ivis was incredible; prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. My car required a battery smaller than anything that they had in stock and she went to the ends of the earth to make sure I would get one.. at the end of her shift, mind you. Checking local stores, suggesting other franchises that might have it in stock, and even offering to install it for me if I were to find one. These guys are awesome and I will definitely check here first if I ever need anything in the future.Pictured: trying to squeeze in the battery that *almost* fits.

I came today stressed over a battery and the cost. Ivis was super helpful and reassured me that even though I didn t come with the receipt, all I needed was my phone number. She replaced my battery and along with going above and beyond to even cleaned the area of the battery for me. I appreciate all the work she helped me with today. Definitely gonna come back for her every time.

Ivis In the front was more than accommodating actually moved a very large line and handled it efficiently. I have to say I tip my hat to her for handling a very large line on a busy friday. I was about to walk out until she seen how frustrated I was. And help me out thanks again

Ivis was great! She immediately came to me, was very nice. I was very stressed and she calmed me down and assessed the problem in a professional manner. She was one of the ONLY people up front, quickly solving everyone s issues and was very busy. HOWEVER! When she asked a co-worker for help, he was very disrespectful to her and it was hard to watch. He mouthed off and just went to the back, mumbling all the way. When I asked for his name, I found out his name was Taylor. Not a good look for AutoZone.

I was just in your store 0419 it's 6021 East colonial drive in Orlando Florida and I want you to know that Ivis Agusto was the absolute best employee that you have in that store the guys were having a hard time functioning my return she came over while assisting other customers on her register while helping the employee that was assisting us processing the return for my battery because it had gone bad she was quick to help everybody who was there, there was a line when I walked up and by the time I could turn around there was no one in line she is an exceptional gift to your store and you should be extremely lucky that you have her. She was running that store and I am sure she could have done it alone. I don't normally visit AutoZone's because of the poor treatment I've received in the past from male employees but if ivis is there I will most definitely make an exception.

I went to buy some air fresheners that was on sale 2for$6 Cintia was counting the register wile she was calling Abraham to come and help the other sales person was calling him to at the end the sales person went to return the items to the rack and Abraham went to talk to him wile I was waiting no one in the store and I was waiting for more than 7 minutes.then I call and Angel answered instead of simpitice with me he makes me feel that I was making up the story thank goodness I show the ad to orailly and they match the price I live in Winter Park but I work in Kissimmee the auto zone in academy drive and 192 is the best David the manager,Angel,Jessie are the most friendly and professional auto zone have but I am not in Kissimmee all the time when I need something close home I yes O rally
