Bill was amazing! I walked in, told him my concerns and he got right to work on checking my battery. He explained everything to me and didn t make me feel pressured when it came to choosing the best battery for my current predicament. I appreciated his positive energy and desire to help me get the situation taken care of. He was also super efficient when it came to installing the new battery. I will surely be back for future car maintenance. Thanks Bill!

The most weak/unprofessional employees, very dissapointed with this location.They sweat to sell you, but when it comes about returning everyone hides and find stupid reasons like register is not opening .

They weren t really helpful when trying to find a new battery for my partner s key fobs. We had to Google it ourselves while we were there. They also were not able to replace the battery for us because the only employee who knew how to do it was off that day.

Noel was extremely helpful in troubleshooting our truck's battery issue, and getting it replaced in an efficient manner. The manual said it would take 45 minutes, he had it done in 15 minutes and had our work truck back on the road and didn't miss any shift time. Very courteous, communicative and professional.

About 3 months ago I had purchased a battery I needed for my car, it was one of the more expensive models to guarantee myself a reliable good working battery. Throughout the usage of their battery my car continued to have starting issues so I did what i could to avoid anymore car troubles such as buying a new starter button a new starter relay etc. One day my car wouldn't start, so I had to spend money to get it towed and serviced at my dealership spending about a total of $2000. The dealership informed me it was due to a faulty battery which autozone had sold me. I have no other way to fix it but to have the dealership install a new reliable battery into my car. I had called autozone regarding this situation. I knew it was past 3 months for a refund so I was willing to accept store credit. Autozone informed me that they would not do store credit. Autozone has cost me about $2000 in expenses due to their faulty battery not accounting the money I spent in attempt to rectify my problem. So instead of making it right with the customer autozone chose to leave me in the cold and I believe store credit was a very reasonable thing to get in return to the headache their battery has cost me. It goes to show you can't trust autozone to make it right with their consumers when something goes wrong. And I been going to autozone for years for various needs for my car with absolutely no problem. This is enough for me to not want to continue to do any future business with autozone. Extremely disappointed in their customer service since they have no will to rectify a problem caused by one of their products.***EDIT***An autozone was able to assist so I change my review to 5 stars, not only did Autozone assist with my store credit refund but they helped showed I was defrauded by my respective dealership, I will continue trusting autozone and my business will always be with this establishment thank you for your honest business!!!!!!

I will recommend this location to anyone. Danny Avila, from Commercial goes above and beyond to make sure i walk out with everything needed. Even when something isn t at their location or not available right away, he manages to find the best option so i can provide the best customer services to my own clients even if it takes to deliver the parts to me directly. I Don t even bother going anywhere else, i will never find the customer service Danny have provided me for over a decade. A+++

Luis Q is amazing! my battery needed charging he took take it out for me Which in itself wasn t an easy task. He told me it would take about a hour to charge so I went to get something to eat. I moving so fast left my keys and my phone And didn t even notice until I was headed back . He grabbed everything for me, he s very polite respectful and professional it s refreshing to know there are still good people out there fantastic service!!

I drive a Chevy, this staff was the most helpful and lifesaver I ve encountered, very professional, and friendly. I needed a new car battery, Luis helped me take it out and and then install a new in a swift. Then I thought I thought I left my phone at the store and Leandro helped me call it immediately. Can t believe the sales manger doesn t know how to test a bmw battery. He looked and the battery and straight up told me to take it to bmw and that he is not a mechanic. Not so helpful at all

I went in to get Fix-a-Flat, but had struggled to do it myself. William came outside and put it in my tire and then got an air compressor to fill my tire up for me. He was very kind and helpful!

I came only for battery check, but as soon he saw it he knew that the battery wasn t the right fit, so he recommended me the right one then he told to check the filter and also recommended me to get one. The customer service in this store is wonderful! I was traveling with 4 kids home from Orlando and we were in need of a hitch hauler. I didn t have any tools with me to put together and install the hitch hauler, so Freddy, a manager, took his time to help us assemble it! He also showed us how to use a ratchet strap correctly so our items would be secure. We were so thankful!

Outstanding customer service. Melvin Soto did an extraordinary job replacing my battery that needed immediate replacement. I feel that he went well above and beyond to get me back on the road. I greatly appreciate Melvin s efforts and would return to this location for future automotive needs.

Very helpfull staff...(edit) 2/8/20. Came in today looking for a part , this young girl at the counter wow " had so much energy" not !!Had this kind of attitude that makes you want to stay away from coming into this store at all .I've worked on customer service for over 20 years and the way she treats people you're better being a pig at a slaughter house

I went to pick up a buffer and polisher machine, and also some extra buffer pads. When I got in everyone said Hello.. And then nothing. I went and got the buffer and extra pads, there was 3 people behind counter with one checking people out. No one helped me and another person was helped instead of me standing there waiting to go next. I just left The 28.99 Buffer and extra pads 6.99, on counter and left... Could have gone to O'Reilly right next store, but went to Home Depot and got a better price on pad and a machine. Just said...With competition all around you think they have there game up. Oh well.

Nearly every visit the staff were helpful and friendly and the items I needed were located with ease. I recommend auto zone over any parts store but have to dock a point due to feeling as though I was warranty scammed. It seemed like a corporate policy but nevertheless it cost me more money then it should have.

OMGI am currently in the parking lot writing this review because I was so happy with the service and help that I received from Luis Ortiz today. He made my day. I went there to purchase some windshield wipes and oil for my car. As a female I went in there off course not knowing much and he really took care of me and made sure he explained everything. He did it with pleasure. Thank you so much Luis. Happy holidays

I would like to give a big shoutout to Will at store #6240!!!! Who you know at auto zone that will change your tire???!! NOBODY!!! I was distraught when my tire blew out yesterday and I asked him for the nearest tire shop. He saw that I had a spare and changed my tire with no hesitation. I truly appreciated that from the bottom of my heart. That was above and beyond the BEST customer service I ve ever encountered!!! Thank you Will!!! You are outstanding and very helpful!!

Brother by the name of Melvin S. just helped me out with a front headlight. Haven't touched the thing in years, dead of night, can barely see what I'm doing...I go inside and ask for help and, without hesitation, he's walking me outside to take care of it with a smile.20 years in customer service...this is how you do it, ladies and gents.
