Minutes ago I stopped by this Auto Zone due to a Car battery Core confusion.Id like to give a shout out to both hispanic managers on duty, I cant remember the names. But I can say I was helped well by the store clerks. One of them was a tall guy with glasses, the other guy was a hispanic male managing the store front, both seemed to be grey shirts.They were busy running to catch up with the phone and attending a busy store.

Victor and Ej store 6725 helped me more than I can ever expect from any store I go to. My car literally died on the entrance of the plaza and they came out helped push my car before closing 9pm on Sunday! They swapped my battery and checked my alternator while staying after closing time by 10min. I m grateful for the amazing customer service they provided and hope they get blessed one day too for the help provided!

Went in for a battery and got a good price with 2 years warranty. One of the guys quickly installed the battery and made sure it was working properly before leaving. Awesome service and very friendly.

Battery died. I came in to get a replacement under my warranty. Juan the sales part Manager took care of me very fast and efficiently. Customer service was exceptional. Thank you Juan!

It is so awesome to know that there are extraordinary individuals that are still willing to help us in our very own community.Right as we came into the store, an associate quickly found the part that was needed for our car. But here s where the awesome part plays in .another associate by name of Edgardo E. [without hesitation] installed the part into my car. I mean, who does that anymore?!! I stopped in on way home to get a windshield washer sprayer for my 20016 jeep, although the distribution hub couldn't seen to ship to the store one of the employees was able to get one picked up by the driver and brought to the store... that is above and beyond. this location is the best in orlando

Bought wiper blades here and thankful to the gentleman at the counter who was very nice to help us install the blades in our car outside.

Spent 15 minutes as the second person in line before giving up and walking out.There were other workers doing inventory who could have came to help when seeing that the 1 person at the register was spending 15+ minutes on 1 transaction.Wont be trying again.

Recently posted a review stating this autozone didnt have the things I needed but it is actually very nice to be heard and have changes made for the better! Thank you for now having a full stock of euro stuff.

I would like to thank Sarah. She was very helpful and honest during my visit even giving me some advice on where I could have my car checked over to address my concerns better. Customer service is so important and she has it. Great job and thank you for what you did.

This is my first time writing a review but it was necessary. The service I just received was amazing. I stopped their to replace my windshield wipers and air filters. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My experience was so smooth sailing and pleasant. I had to be work in a half hour and didn t even have to tell them because the service was so quick. I ended up getting to work on time and starting my day on a positive note just from my quick stop at this autozone location. Jaideel (I probably spelled that wrong) was amazing. Thanks again autozone.

Super expensive at least 3 or 4 times more expensive than Amazon on just about everything a $6 sway bar bushing on amazon at Autozone was $32. I quoted 3 other parts same story several times more in cost AutoZone will not price match. Unless you need the part right now go online. These retailers are getting greedy.

I have always dreaded going to an auto parts store because it takes forever to cash out because of slow moving lines and I have had many negative experiences in the past until today at this store. Your staff was very attentive and helpful to me and another customer before me. I had an issue trying to get my new steering wheel cover on. It was veeeeery tight and I thought that it was too small. The staff member came out and put it on my car for me. He went above and beyond to service this customer's needs. Please keep that service attitude and I will be your loyal customer. Thank you for the awesome service that is a rarity these days in this area.

Very happy with the service of Sarah (hopefully spelled right) and Hector! Better than I had expected it to be! I needed a jump start and after a very busy & hectic day they closed and both went out of their way with their jumping cables to help me get my car going on the road. Angels!

I came in to get lightbulbs and wiper blades.. Marcos was beyond amazing with the customer service he delivered. He ensured I had the correct items and even took the time to install everything for me, even when he was busy. It is hard to find someone who has customer service these days, this place gets it! Thank you!

Disrespectful people they don t give you the information that you need, and they treat you with attitude. I went to advanced auto part ( a different auto zone ) because how bad they treated me, when I entered the store I was happy and I left in a bad mood.

Went to get a new battery today and Jahdiel helped me out . He went above and beyond with helping me find the right batter and change my break light. If I ever need help with my car I ll definitely go back to auto zone and ask for Jahdiel.

My car battery died after 2 1/2 years. Took it back to AutoZone because of the 3 year warranty. I was given a replacement quickly once the old battery was checked and verified as dead

I came today to this Autozone in Leevista boulevard, Orlando, Florida with a car issue. Keith was able to identify my car's issue and helped to replace the old battery for a new one. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Because of his great costumer service, your store is getting this 5 starts rate. I will continue to shop at this store and highly recommend it to anyone out there!

For some reason, I find the Lee Vista Store to be more at ease with customers than the ones at Pershing and new one in Lake Nona. This is good. This is the store I come to.

Honestly, i ve been through many auto zones in my lifetime, The team really defined the management . Fat and lazy . I couldn t find my oil nor my filter and they want to sit behind the counter and point directions without showing no type of initiative to make sure our experience was smooth . Never again will I shop here .
