After going to three different stores (one of them an Advance Auto I was mistakenly sent to), I finally made it to the one store in my area that supposedly had the auto battery I needed. A very nice and knowledgeable young man by the name of Clem Garcia met with me and actually recommended a different /hopefully better battery, and accompanied me outside to change it out for me. I always tip, but unfortunately was on my way home from the gym when my car wouldn t start and had only the bare essentials -no cash- with me. He said that it is just a service Auto Zone provides, but as a woman I really do appreciate it and wanted to show it. So, the best I can do is give praise to Clem, and hope that the powers that be realize what a valuable employee they have. Thank you, Clem, for saving my day!

One of the batteries on my Toyota had been acting up, quickly took a drive to auto zone and Jacob was very helpful and assisted right away. He was able to check the battery without having us wait and replaced it in no time.

I walked in and was greeted by everyone in the store. I had explained to Richard, the store manager, that both my brake lights were out and asked if he could replace them. He did not hesitate and replaced them for me. I was so grateful! His customer service was a 10/10! I will definitely be coming back here.

As soon as I walked into this establishment I was not only greeted with happy employees but also quite knowledgeable people. Its a win win for me here. I have an old Volks bug and Richard the store manager knew exactly what I needed, point sets and plugs..amazing insight thank you so much for your sincere help..I am now a loyal Autozone patron!

This location has always been my go to for all my car part needs for the past 10+ years..The staff here are always friendly and very helpful.My most recent experience began as a headache after I purchased the wrong headlight bulb. But Chris P. went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct bulb and made the exchange process a breeze.I sincerely appreciate his efforts and great customer service!!

The store manager Richard was AMAZING!!! His customer service is A+!!! He was so helpful and so kind in assisting me with getting a new battery for my car. He saw me stressed as it was almost 8pm and I was with my young daughter and our car wouldn't start. Definitely recommend this AutoZone. He was a blessing right before Thanksgiving!

My family and I have been coming to this autozone for years! Every time we come the staff is always helpful and nice. My recent visit was for checking my battery since I was gone for two weeks and the house sitter (aka little sister) forgot to crank the car while I was gone. Richard was the lovely gentleman to help me out to determine my battery was bad and was due for a new one. He told me my options and inputted his professional opinion on what would be best for my car and I m very thankful!

Joshua went over and beyond with his helpfulness. I came back to this one because I went here and a guy named Christopher helped me about 2 weeks ago with a gasoline cap for my car and his service was extremely over and beyond. I live downtown and drive way over to come see them. The service is always worth the drive. So good to see kindness while the world is in such a crazy place.

I have been a long-standing customer and have always enjoyed my experience with AutoZone. I shop at AutoZone because I know the brand and culture operates on a good mission and has always been a reputable company above their competitors. Unfortunately, my most recent visit at this location was an unpleasant experience. I had purchased some engine mounts a few months ago for my Toyota Camry, after later learning that getting the original Toyota parts would resolve my issue. After the Toyota parts were installed, I immediately, visited this location to have the Duralast parts returned for a refund. After speaking with Richard about my reason to return the parts, my interaction with him made me feel as though my reason was not valid although my order history was evidence of the parts ordered. After being humiliated, he finally offered to provide a store credit, instead of doing a credit back to the card on file from the original payment. I knew he could have returned the parts and refund me back the money as I had already returned one of the parts through a previous transaction. So I declined his offer for a store credit. To avoid causing a scene, I politely left the store and visited another AutoZone who was able to fully assist me with returning the parts and refunded me back the funds I paid, with no problem or hesitation. I do understand that every experience may not be perfect, but I believe, Richard could have resolved my issue, but he chose not to.

Merain was a God sent concerning helping me when I was stressed about my battery problems and installment. He was professional, knowledgeable, willing and able to assist. I ve been to AutoZone a few times over the past few days for different issues with my car. Richard SM has been there every time and he is super helpful, and he will make sure that you are satisfied with whatever purchase or help you need. I highly recommend!

Chris replaced my Hyundai battery in like 8 minutes tops. Super nice guy and efficient work. Far and away the best Autozone I ve been to and the best repair service I ve had.

The only reason I gave it 1 star was to leave this review. Gray shirt manager is cheap with his returns. I guess it's best to shop at other autozones nearby.

I came to autozone to get help with recharging my AC. Richard, the store manager immediately knew what kind of refrigerant my vehicle needed and the hose needed for attaching to the low side pressure. He checked out the car, gave me a few tips of what it could be if it didn't work and was so helpful. Will not go to any other autozone. I could be in Kissimmee, wouldn't matter. There's something called trust, I should be able to trust my car to get me from a to b, and I should be able to trust that the people at store know what they are doing and will be honest and helpful. So now that I trust this store, this will be the only one I'll be coming too.

Earlier this evening I was at AutoZone looking for Spark Plug for my car. The moment I walked Chris P, knew that I needed help. He gave me options and showed me different spark plugs that was meant for my car. I trusted in Chris P and picked the one that he suggested that was the better choice. Even when I forgot the name of the aint-seize lubricant and spark plug boot protector , this man just knew what I was saying even though I couldn t remember the name lol. Just to double check that I got everything, I called my mechanic and Chris P, talked with him and walk him though everything that I was about to buy. Loved it and I was in and out less than 5 minutes. Definitely my favorite store and today made it clear why I always go to this Auto Zone only. Thank you Chris P, truly helped me a lot. Store 2433. The best! Oh thanks Bob as well when I went there the day before for your help.

Christopher P, the assistant manager, helped me choose the best product after asking and understanding what I needed.They then taught me how to perform an installation on a hot, Labor Day afternoon. Then provided great information on my follow questions.I had a pleasant, polite experience and received everything I need and more.

This AutoZone location is always been more than happy to help me with any problems that I've experienced with my car. They have always been courteous and willing to go the extra mile to ensure any of my installations or troubles are answered in a professional manner. This is the only auto part shop that I trust and rely on. Christopher, in particular, is a great worker and he made sure that I was properly taking care of. I appreciate my neighborhood AutoZone.
