Cindy and Denise did a fantastic job guiding me through the process of getting my vehicle repaired. They were easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable and kept me updated me throughout the process. My experience was beyond a 10 and they are the true face of the company. Thank you ladies, you are AMAZING!!

Outstanding service. They took care of my car really well. Cindy was amazing always communicating and keeping me up to date on the repairs. My car looks like new. I'm so glad I chose to take it here to get it fixed after my collision. I totally recommend AutoNation Collision Center. Cindy, Katherine, and the whole staff will take care of you very well. Incredible customer service all throughout the business, but Cindy and the office manager in the front were the best! Extremely welcoming and accommodating from the time I brought my vehicle into the shop (and spent hours dealing with my insurance company), Cindy went above and beyond to keep me informed and updated as my vehicle was getting fixed. Very happy with the customer service and the atmosphere of the shop. The entire experience (although having my vehicle involved in an accident was not fun), was made much more comfortable due to Cindy and the rest of the staff I encountered!Also would like to shout out the mechanic Steve as well. I am very impressed and he did an incredible job with the repair. The turnaround time even with the Thanksgiving holiday was very quick and painless. My vehicle looks like it was never in an accident and drives like it s brand new. I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone!

The quality of the repair is awesome, and my repair was completed on time. Cindy, the estimator that handled my repair was great. She kept me informed throughout the process. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming, and treated me like they have known me for years. My neighbor backed into my vehicle as she was reversing from her driveway. It took a month of visiting the state farm approved collision recommended facilities until i found one, Autonation, where i was not treated poorly and they were truthful. I wish they had been the first ones i contacted to mitigate lost time and having to take off work for an estimate. My point of contact at Autonation was Tom. His efforts in treating me with respect and honesty were exceptional. When he was with a client, the other two ladies in the office were ready and offered to help. The office was clean and professional looking unlike any of the other 5 repair facilities i had looked at prior to coming to Autonation. Autonation collision was absolutely amazing and i will definitely be referring others. Thank you Auotnation collision team! Wendy

Tmr was great I was a little hesitant to picking a shop to fix my car but this place was great. Tom guided me though the whole thing and kept in contact with me via email and would update me all the time. I got my car back in less than a week and a half. Thank you!

Do not use!! Run away. Paid $11,000 for backyard shop work. They said it would be $6,000. They damaged my car and want me to pay for my own rental to fix. The associative screamed at me when I pointed out the horrible work. I took it immediately back and they refused to take pictures. Door window doesn t roll up, broke handle piece, scratches on my window, no bumper bracket ( they glued it on.), touched paint while wet and tried to say it was like that. Do not use this horrible company.Chipped paint on my door and handle. They did not paint my emblem. They do not know what they are doing. Horrible customer service. I even talked to Regional Manager and it has been over a month. Please listen and do not use!!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Avoid if you have the option to take your car somewhere else.Really do take your car somewhere else if you can. I don't even know where to begin. Customer service is nonexistent and the repair times are excessive. I had to be super proactive with getting my car repaired because there was no urgency on their behalf to get my car repaired in a timely manner. It took almost a month to get my bumper repaired, with multiple at stories along the way - most notably after 10 days of waiting for the bumper, they then find out that they actually have to go pick it up from the distributor. Really? It seems like something you should know when placing the order for the parts. Anyways, call again after a week of actually repairing the car, and now they forgot to order another small part. At this point it has been a month already, so I just pick up my car and tell them to call me when the part is in. Two weeks go by and I have to call them again to finish the repairs because they haven't called me. What do you think? Still no part of course. At this point I ask to speak to the manager because it's unacceptable. Manager gets the part within a day and has me bring in the car the next week. Car gets fully repaired but now one of the mud flap guard things that is screwed onto the bumper is loose because whoever removed the bumper didn't put it back together properly. I'm going to try to fix it myself because I don't even want to take it back to this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did sloppy job in our vehicle. Door handle left with scratches and unpainted. They said we have to claim it again in our insurance so they can fix it. I can see some swirl on the body paint too. I would not recommend them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

PLEASE READ THIS- I am currently writing this review while waiting for the Police to get dispatched so we can file a police report on their abuse on our property.Audi referred them to us for our car that needed slight body work. Not only did they have our vehicle for almost three weeks but also when we picked it up the check engine light is on, someone has been smoking in our car and the biggest thing is that they drove our car and 1800 miles that's driving two states and back. There's holes in our moonroof net.

First experience having my vehicle repaired and it was great. The communication with Tom throughout the entire process was very detailed. The body work and paint looks perfect! They took care of everything with my insurance claim. Got estimate. It was expensive but wanted to go ahead with the work. Told them date I would drop off. Called the day of to figure out what time they wanted it. Told me not to bring in because they were too busy. Made another appointment and they called 2 days before asking if I wanted to go ahead with repairs. I said well I had an appointment. They replied once again they don t have a record of it. I said I will be dropping off Saturday 12/3 before close. They said that s fine. I showed up and once again no record of an appointment. If they aren t competent enough to make an appointment can you imagine what type of work they must do? Took the car back home and I m finding another place to do it. Autonation dealers and collision centers use to be good, now they re just ran so poorly I don t trust them.

Customer service was great. This is not the first time I've dealt with them just not this site in particular but I still have problems with my car now. It's a simple as an alignment and also have a new issue that they're trying to say is not pertaining to the accident but I definitely did not have that issue before. Had a pretty bad accident some states away from where I live... They sent a tow truck to pick up the car within a day and gave me a timeline of when they would be able to take a look at it. They worked on my car so well and so quickly, it even drives better than before the accident and looks great. They even washed the car and cleaned up the interior without touching whatever was in the cup holders and the like. They communicated well throughout the entire process, and when I had an issue after picking up my car, they were quick to tell me to come in so they can take a look at it!Overall, I m greatly satisfied and recommending them to friends and family. This was my first time using AutoNation Collision Center Airport, and I have to admit they did a great job. The receptionist lady was very nice and the moment you walked in the members would noticed you. Steven was the person who helped me with my car, and he made sure I did not leave without any concerns and worked with my schedule. When I picked up my car it looked brand new even the inside. They fixed the damage and vacuumed my car as well, which was appreciated. The downside only would be the location of the shop. It is very small and barely any parking. I was lucky enough to grab some before it was occupied, so keep that in mind when arriving to the location.

Everything started out great. They had my care over the holiday of Christmas and New years. 20+ days. I was kept up to date on all work. The work was GREAT! (so far) My car looks good and they fixed what they were supposed to. However! ***WARNING TO ALL*** make sure to take a picture of your dashboard with your mileage on it when you drop the car off at the place. Make sure to have a worker in the picture or the building or something. My mileage was up a lot. When I questioned them they showed me pictures of where they wrote a mileage on my window, not my actual dashboard. So they could have put whatever they wanted. But from the time I had insurance look at it and dropped it off there is no way I drove 240 miles... Maybe 100... So where did the extra miles come from? Also there was a tag left in the back of my car for brake fluid, and they did NOT work on my brakes so why was that tag left in my car? when it had nothing to do with why my car was in there. My car was also smoking like fluid had been added somewhere and was spilled and burning off or something. So be warned, while they did GREAT body work on my car and customer service was GREAT until the Manager came out, get the pictures of your mileage so there is NO question about them driving it or not. The manager was rude and said we all drive really nice cars why would we drive customers broken cars. Then informed me that my car was without doors for 20+ days in the back of the shop... During rain and all kinds of other things. Told me that my car was very dirty before they cleaned it out. Not sure how they can leave it with no doors that long during rain and such. He then told me that if he had a dollar for every time a customer said they drove their car he would be rich, he said he had a customer that had a car with no CD player then they got a rental that had one and came back to get there car that did not have a CD player and asked why they had stolen the CD play out of their car. WOW! really, I felt like he was saying I am an idiot for thinking they drove my car. So get that picture so you don't have to be questioned like an idiot!

When it comes to auto repair and such, I rarely would give out 5 stars but have to say that customer service is what these folks are all about. Never did I feel 'out of the loop' or unsure of the process and what to expect. In fact, they set my expectations and then went on to exceed them. The final repair had my car looking as good as it did the day I bought it from the dealer. Yes I do recommend them highly.

Our Service Consultant was very nice and explained the work that would be performed in detail. When a piece was removed from the car they found additional damages and again the consultant called us to explained all the damages and costs and sent images over. Only complaint was that the car was not ready when we were told, but it was just that it was not washed. overall they did a great job

This was at least my third experience with this business, each time a pleasure. You can expect excellent, timely, and courteous service from these professionals. They recently replaced a broken door handle on my Rav4 in a few minutes while I waited. Plus, at my request, they performed a diagnostic test on my low tire pressure system at no charge. You can't get this level of service at a car dealer, so I come here when I can. I highly recommend this business and service advisor Stephen Cimino who provided the ultimate in customer service. Worst experience ever. They hold your vehicle hostage, with ZERO communication. You call to speak to Scott, and they send you to his voicemail. Never any call back! The worst customer service ever. Spoke to the manager, Clayton. Even more of a joke. Excuse after excuse. Stay far far away from this place! Amateur operation, at it s best!Service: Body & Trim

While no one wants to use this type of facility, you may find yourself needing their services. I had that need and was pleasantly surprised how easy they made my experience. Having a rental car agency attached to Auto Nation was excellent. I was pleased with the work and if I ever need to would definitely use them again.

Steve kept me informed about my vehicle. My vehicle was done in the time they said it would be done. I had no issues or concerns with them taking care of my car. The manager Clayton and estimator Scott go above and beyond for their customers and do a wonderful job of keeping you updated and aware of what s going on during the repair. The quality of the repair was very good and their wonderful customer service made the experience even better. My car looks beautiful! They did a great job and from the first time I called them til the day I picked up my car, they were so nice to me! If I ever have a need for body repairs, I will definitely go back! Another plus, right next door to enterprise car rental!

I had gotten into a car accident and they were very much on top of keeping me in the loop. They called me with updates just about every week, letting me know what got done, and what parts they were waiting on. I recently got my car back and it looks better than I could have ever imagined. It s been a great experience for sure.
