Tammy, my service consultant and Alejandro, my car dealer were absolutely incredible, I came in feeling that I was in a terrible position and was about to be put in an even worse one but Tammy and Alejandro took such good care of me I walked out with a newer better car than the one I had and my monthly expenses barely increased. After a couple of conversations with Alejandro he picked out the perfect car for me, he didn t miss a beat and Tammy was honest and straight forward with me and helped me strategize properly. 10/10, they made a new loyal customer out of me. I m going to them for every single one of my car needs. Walked in worried, walked out relieved and happy!!

Outstanding customer service! I can t recommend them enough . I was dealing with Matthew via email a few days prior to my visit as I was out of town . Once I arrived back to Orlando I meet with Matthew for a trade in . His professionalism and knowledge were took notch he was not pushy or persistent I looked at several vehicles before I made my decision . Matthew and team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . So much so that I ended up walking out of there with 2 vehicles. Great Experience and Highly recommend!Overall a smooth transaction and coverages/fees are throughly explained unlike other dealerships. We ve had our fair share of bad experiences but salesman Gilson made this transaction seamless. Amazing service 10/10. My dad was happy with his purchase!

I came to this location hoping to find a first vehicle for my son, probably the best decision I made. As soon as I walked out of my car, I was greeted by Gilson. He was so patient with my son s questions and went over inventory options until we found something we loved. The transaction was smooth, easy and my son left with a huge smile in his face. I ll recommend AutoNation Chevrolet Airport to all my friends and family. Make sure to ask for Gil, he s amazing.

I purchased a vehicle this week and was impressed by the level of service provided at AutoNation Chevrolet Airport. I spoke with Kenny in the days prior to my visit and he was incredibly helpful and kept me informed through the entire process. The car was waiting for me when I pulled up and the vehicle tour and test drive started immediately. I never felt pressured on any aspects and was given plenty of time to sit in the car and make my final decision which was important to me. I can t recommend them enough, everyone was wonderful and the process was simple and relaxed. And an extra thank you to Kenny for all of his help and patience! The car is beautiful and was detailed before I was on my way home. I m thrilled with my decision.

They took my car right on time at 7:00 am to reprogram a key fob. I feel confident when taking my car for service here. These guys are professionals. You won't receive your car back with scratches on the front fenders or wrecked rocker arms from lifting it without pucks (Corvette). They get an A+ as usual.

Recently bought a new 2023 Chevy Bolt EV and the process was relatively painless. Jay was a great salesman and very polite, making it a point to never speak over me. It took almost 3 hours which was surprising since I had been there a few days earlier and already had my trade-in appraised. Overall, I didn't feel overly pressured to buy anything extra and am happy with the car!

Almost a month of us purchasing a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo & I couldn t be happier.Let me tell you from the minute we walked into the lot to day after that I had to pick up my vehicle the treatment was A+ Ziad Dabbas was quick to show us the vehicle without pressuring us, once talking it over with my husband, I decided to go take it for a test drive with Jesus Rubio(used car sales manager) I was sold the vehicle drove great & negotiation started, Andris (Finance) came in & ask all of the questions & got us a great rate.After finalizing all the paperwork it was late & I didn t want to deal with insurance at that time. I told them I would pick up my car the next day in which I did. The entire process was such a breeze. I would definitely recommend this location to the fullest. Made an appointment with this dealer for a fuel evap issue. I called the day prior to confirm they could diagnose during the day of appointment and they said they would call me. They didn t. Showed up to my appointment and my service advisor Liz was not available and they will need 48 hours just to diagnose my car and of course then some to fix it. Wasted my time when I could have found another service. Gave them 2 stars because even though my advisor was not available, someone else was kind enough to tell me about their time frame and that there was nothing they could do about it. I don t live in this state and needed to have the problem fixed before driving back home.

Jose Godoy sales consultant was very professional and knowledgeable, and there was a lot of obstacles with the sale and he and his team made it happen. David Davis, the senior, financial manager, connected us with the best lenders and locked in an attractive interest rate. Andris Barrera customer financial service manager made the signing a breeze. Like I said, I had two trade-ins and there was a lot going on and they made it happen. I would highly recommend. The Auto Nations team for buying your next vehicle

My sales rep was Yoshi and as expected he was on top of everything to get things done. It was after I purchased the car that I had issues. I got a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo from Auto Nation. Before driving off the lot I noticed that the touch screen was not working properly. I told this to Yoshi and I was assured that it would be fixed since I was buying the car. I was told the parts would be ordered and I would receive a call when I could come back and get it fixed. I went back and forth with Yoshi and the used car manager OB for a whole month and they kept telling me it wasn t there yet. It wasn t until I went there in person that I was told that the part was canceled and never re-ordered. I was very upset about this because it prevented me from swapping out my car for a better one because the 5 days had passed. At this point, I requested a check so I could fix it myself since nobody told me anything for one whole month even though I was constantly calling and following up with my car. I also had an issue with my car key and key fob. Shortly after I purchased the car the key fob battery died and after trying to use my manual key I found out I was provided the wrong key for my car. So not only did I have to replace the key fob battery but I had to get a whole new key cut. I also had one of my lights go out shortly after purchasing this car. After purchasing new light bulbs I went to my mechanic just to find out that the connector piece had melted which is what caused the light to stop working. I also had an oil change done and replaced the whippers and cabin filter which were both old and needed replacing. The car also needed an alignment because the steering wheel was off-center, which I also had to get done at my mechanic. I also had to fix the calipers which had started making a rubbing sound. I ended up finding out that the caliper was frozen. I am very displeased with auto nation and I am likely never buying a car from them again.

These people personify used car salesmen . My wife and I paid cash in full for a used truck in July 23 . We moved to Utah in September and needed to register the truck there, but strangely, Florida didn t have our title on file. We tried many times to contact AutoNation for answers as to why they never filed the title. I've made over forty calls to this dealership and left 12 messages with the manager (Obi) and the titles clerk (Charlene). I received ONE PHONE CALL back from a sales guy who s solution for me was to just keep calling the titles clerk. This treatment was beyond unacceptable.We later found out through other channels that there was a previous lien on our vehicle that was not settled. That was why AutoNation couldn't file our title with the state of FL. AutoNation was okay with taking our money, but refuses to settle the lien. I was shocked that they wouldn t even return our calls, or offer an explanation as to why the title was not filed. I had to learn about the lien through other means. It's been 7 months and we still do not have a title for our truck and can't register it in our new state. We have filed a documented complaint with the Florida Division of Motor Services.

I visited auto nation for a trade in . Prior to arrival I was emailing with Matthew Caroll .as I was out of town . Let me tell you hands down the best customer service I received in any car dealerships EVER ! Matthew and the team were amazing very knowledgeable and patient. Needless to say I originally went for one car and walked out with two ! I ll definitely recommend to all my family and friends . Thank you Matthew for making this the best experience possible I have to also give thanks to Sammy and Bruno for there excellent service as well . Auto nation you have definitely earned my business .

A friend of mine took my pickup truck to get a quick oil change. They first told her she could not get it done because the truck was not hers. When I initially made the appointment I informed that person a friend would be taking, said that was not a problem. She arrived at 2pm, the appointment was at 230pm. They took over an hour just to move the truck into the garage just to even look at it. After they got it in it took according to my friend, about 20 minutes . They supposedly apologized for the long wait. An expedited oil change is not at all the case at this place, it s not the first time I had that issue with them. They obviously forgot about the truck and serviced other customers. I definitely won t be taking my other Chevy vehicles to this location anymore.

Great experience with Liz. Quit going to another Chevy dealerships about 3 years ago, because the customer service was so bad. Being upfront, wasn t planning another dealership repair, but this repair could not be completed outside the dealership.The experience was great and I am glad I went to this dealership.Based on my experience, I will return and begin doing my routine vehicle service with them.

I had a great experience with AutoNation! Kenny Tillman was the rep that I was lucky enough to have and he made the buying process incredibly easy (it was my first time purchasing a vehicle)! He answered all of my ridiculous questions and made sure I was fully aware of what was going on. I will definitely be back for future business. Great dealership and great prices as well. Got the vehicle I have always wanted as well!

After having a bad experience at another dealership, working with Gilson from this AutoNation location was a welcome relief. His communication, both written and verbal, follow through and seamless management of the process helped us trust him and drive two hours to see and buy a car the same day we called! In fact, our entire experience was a pleasure as everyone else we connected with, especially Ishmael from finance, was super kind, genuinely helpful and not at all pushy. Staff appeared to have a great camaraderie and it was clear that they work together as a team and we felt the positive impact of that. Highly recommend this dealership!
