Just moved back to Orlando and I was a bit hesitant going there after seeing those 1-stars reviews. I really wanted a black on black BMW X5 and this is one of a few places that had it.I was greeted immediately when I got there by a nice tall black fellow who help me. I didn t want to spend more than my budget and after discussing with the owners Joe and Zee, they helped me get the car I ve been wanting.Also, one of the key fob didn t work and I went back the next day to complain. The problem was a battery and Joe ran out to get me a new battery and installed it for me.Maybe it wasn t much but I truly appreciated the fact that they care and were genuine in the dealings.Thanks guys and you ve got a customer for life .!

I gave this some time to write this review. But these guys are slum lords to the car industry. I am a young entrepreneur who purchased the 2013 Porsche Cayenne GTS for my family. I hit a bump in the rd where my business slows down in certain seasons of the year, and missed 1 payment I kid you not. I was not even 7 full days late on a payment, and my family vehicle was repossessed from our place of residence. Deplorable, no sympathy, emapathy, and very ruthless..I had this truck 7 months, and the fuel pump failed 2 weeks after having it. They will bread crumb you and stray you along with their word that they will resolve the issue verbally. So, make sure to get that in writing if you do business with them. The lies and lack of integrity are like no other.These are the corporations that give the Buy Here Pay Here industry a deplorable reputation.I would advise anyone not to work or do business with these guys. The lack of integrity and the way they value customers and business is insane. I feel robbed out of $6,000 hard earned dollars..Shame on you, Z, a young entrepreneur who was probably one of their most honest customers.

My experience with Auto Express was amazing. I see a lot of bad reviews, and I d like to address those, because i did not have the experience that others did. Maybe it s because I m practical in understanding that this is a used car buy here pay here lot, that offers traditional financing if you can get approved for it, IF NOT, they offer a down payment that fits your budget within reason of what you re buying.Understand that when purchasing a used car that things may happen down the line, and they clearly state that the cars are sold as is it s up to you to get the vehicle inspected pre purchase and up to you to do your research on what cars do what, and how much they cost to fix.I will refer everyone I know that needs a car, to come check them out for sure. My experience was smooth as butter.

I was quite disappointed after arriving to the dealership to test drive the red Kia Soul. It was dirty on the outside and smelled bad on the inside, with items left in the back seat and trunk. More pride needs to be taken into selling vehicles, like they do at the major dealerships. I should have been able to drive off the lot without having to wash a car or shampoo the seats.

They dont sell vehicle service contracts so now my son and I are stuck with a Hyundai Genesis with motor issues after 2 yrs of buying it its our fault for dealing with a used car dealership anyway never again!!!!

MILTILDA DADS SHOP!!! RUN AWAY FAST AS YU CAN!! BAD PPL THAT DO BAD BUSINESS!! THEY SELL NO GOOD CARS WIT BIG PROBLEMS!! CAR DOESNT LAST 2 WEEKS AND THEY EXPECT YU TO FIX A PROBLEM THAT WAS ALREADY AN ISSUE.. THEY HAVE REALLY BAD ATTITUDES, THEY ARE CROOKS!!! JUST NASTY PPL ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

My wife s car broke down while I was working out of town. She has purchased from this establishment in the past. I advised her to give them a call to see if they could assist. Her vehicle was repaired quickly. They charged a very fair price. For now, we are happy with our truck and family S.U.V but definitely plan on coming back when it is time to upgrade to a luxury vehicle.

Bought my Porsche Cayenne from them, all sales/staff were nice and took really good care of me. They promised me when to pick up the vehicle and it ready then, clean and complete maintenance was taken care of as well. I have purchased several vehicles over the years from this dealership. The variety of inventory is impressive. They were always helpful with financing and any mechanical repairs. Recently, my current vehicle ( not purchased from this dealership) was experiencing some mechanical difficulties. I decided to go back to Auto Express which has always served me well. They had my issues repaired and taken care of with in the same day.

2 SUV's 3 Sedans 1 Motorcycle that's what I have brought from Auto Express within 4 years already and truth be told not even my Range Rovers had issues I'm in sales myself and definitely understand customers frustration but I've also seen issues not be the dealers fault but the customers and yet out of retaliation all they can do is complain and write awful things which are not true. At the end of the day yes they are a buy here pay here and interest is high but you wouldn't be there if you had good credit and needed a second chance.... think about it.

I ve been buying cars from this family owned business for many years and my children now do the same. They have always helped with any financial situation I ve been in and are able to think outside the box to get me into the vehicles I ve needed personally and for my business. Great customer service , the girls in reception , the sales , the management very responsible and best customer service you can find compared to other places. Mechanics are also very good and always willing to help . I am very happy and satisfied I decided to buy vehicles from here. Recommend 100 percent .

Terrible experience leasing a Audi S Q5 2014 and has multiple issues. No oil inside the vehicle went back within 24 hours for oil change which should ve been done of purchase less than 72 hours from that the car shut down completely wouldnt crank didn t move too many issues, and now the car says that the oil remains empty, when we just received a full oil change inside, also had to tow the car back to auto express the car is a terrible vehicle with multiple issues and for the first time it was terrible customer service from Ron. I never expected that type of attitude because of the issues with the vehicle ron actions are unacceptable. I no longer want the vehicle. because of the multiple issues repeatedly occurring and mainly because of Ron attitude towards customers

�FUCK THIS PLACE, THEY ARE LIARS, AND UNSCRUPULOUS. STAY AWAY!Recently purchased a full size van from them. They said it was "road worthy" to make my 1800 mile trip back home. Their "mechanics" looked at it over, and stated nothing was wrong, and the AC works. According to them.They lied. They lied several times about the road condition of the van. I got the van from $11,000 marked down to $8500. That should have been my first clue. They wanted desperately to unload this van. That should have been my second clue. ALL SALES FINAL, TAKE AS IS! That should have been my 3rd clue.I had to spend $11,620.86 in repairs, 3 tows, and be away from my family for half a month, while Meineke had to order and wait for parts for the repairs. Bringing my total to $20,120.86 cost of van included. This does not include the costs of hotels, and meals...I was away from my home for over half a month, because I NEEDED to get the repairs done, to make it drivable.All new brakes, transmission replaced, and then front end, shocks, and brakes again. Why? Because the axel came off my front wheel, while I was on the interstate. Tearing up everything underneath. This almost cost me my life, and other's on the interstate.I should have done my due diligence.The salesman stopped taking my calls and blocked my number. The owners/management would avoid speaking to me directly, and would have the office ladies talk to me. Because I guess they were avoiding confrontation.Even my wife called to get answers, and they hung up on her and blocked her number.What are they scared of?Also they said I would get the title of the vehicle 4 days after purchase. Sent through FedEx. They lied about that as too. I barely received it today Saturday June 3, 2023. Through registered mail. Not FedEx. I purchased the van on May 19, 2023. I had to call several times to remind them to send my title. This has been my harrowing experience. Never again.

Bit challenging to find, this business is one of literally dozens of small automotive sales and repair businesses in a large industrial park. Very limited vehicle selection with everything sold "as is" so potential buyers should be mechanically savvy and thorough in their examination procedures. Pull a Carfax report on any vehicle you're considering. There is no sales staff per se, you walk the lot, if something catches your eye you walk up to a service window, fill out a release form, and they'll give you the keys for a max. 15 minute test drive. No sales pitch, limited vehicle info, and a cash-only operation.

Although the sign in front clearly says this place is open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, the gates were locked and chained at 2:05 when I was there. The large electronic sign displayed a time that varied six and a half hours from the actual time. It was a twenty-mile round trip to learn that these people are not taking care of business.

I've done business with with auto express a few times over the years the staff is great there always very helpful I don't have any complaints at all, especially Joe is pretty fair if there's a problem with your car they'll fix it for you before you drive it off the lot ,I'll recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them!

Theee worst seems you can only get things done when the boss is there he s never there actually got a car with a $3000 down payment got it in February by march is back where I got it from with he paper tag still on it they never offered my down payment back or for me to lease another vehicle was told it s too late and I had to call them about the update they said I have to pay 4000 for the transmission because it locked up so why not take it out my down payment and I pay the rest was told it doesn t work like that THEEEE WORST

The most disappointing experience I ve ever had I went to purchase an used car, spoke to the sales person and agreed on a price and asked to come back 2 days later because some things needed to be repaired before being sold. When I came back the sales representative said our agreed upon price would no longer be an option and the repairs hadn t been made. Instead of calling me before my appointment to notify me of this, they made me waste a long distance trip and were extremely rude when breaking the news. I would never come back here, even if my life depended on it!

RUNNNN fast away from this place. You are better off with a bicycle. Worst car buying experience in my life! We purchased a 2008 Expedition....that has had every single problem since week 2. We should have known when we went to leave the lot with the new truck all excited to find there was no gas at all in the truck. When we asked for it to be filled they practically laughed in our faces and saud the best they coudl do was take off $25 from some of the fees...2 weeks in the truck breaks down. The starter needed replacing then the belt then the radiator completely busted. The key to the ignition needed to be completely configured with the computer system. The shocks in the back are DONE and cost almost a grand to replace them ..Now the battery is done!!!! We've put so much money into FIXING this truck it's not worth it!!! And every time we call to speak to someone (after the first call being told there's no warranty bc every thing is sold AS IS)..WELL now when we call no one ever gets back to us!!!! But being a day late on a payment (due to expenses from constant breakdowns) they make sure to call you. STAY AWAY. BEWARE!!!!

We recently purchased a 2005 cadillac escalade from this place for around 13k 128k miles on it coming from jacksonville to see the vehichle we got a late start that day and barely made it before they closed they still welcomed us and even though we notified our bank about this big purchase and they said it was ok.... they wouldn't let our card go through and fought with the bank keeping them almost 1 hour and a half past closing not once did they try to rush us out they new we were frustrated with the bank making us drive 2 hours for nothing but we gave them $3900 cash to hold the vehichle for us until that Monday. We came back Monday earlier this time with the rest of the money and I brought them pizza and drinks as a small token for staying overtime the Saturday before. As a business owner myself I understand what a pain it is to have customers coming in last minute when your trying to get out.1. I was never disrespected2. They stayed 1hour and half overtime.3. They worked with us with a fair dealIgnore the one stars they either couldn't make their payments or just professional trolls not sure which.These one stars don't even sound consistent with my experience in fact I would be more inclined to say the customers probably had the attitude problem and you get back what you give bro.

Although we were unable to make a deal, Mark and all his teamnates were exceptional! They were willing to go the extra mile to try and put me in a vehicle. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the website. Almost every car shown on the site has been sold, and I wish that were made known prior to the hour drive!
