I have a 2018 Nissan Frontier and I had them to install some running board lights for me so my mom could see here she was stepping when she road with me and they did a great and professional job, so now I m back getting a upgrade on my truck headlight and changing them to LED lights. I m so excited and glad I came here. I will be back to have them installed my taillight next. Great job guys!! Happy holidays to everyone!

I went to audio excellence to have my daughters windows tinted and I was amazed at how quick they were able to get me in and do the tinting. Sammy was very helpful and outgoing. Would recommend it to go and get your windows tunted there for an awesome experience.

Hey guys, great job as always! I came in today, inquiring about an upgrade on my car door speakers. I've known Sammy for many years and he continues to uphold excellent customer service and knowledge. He gave me options on the products they had in the store and also went online to search for additional items that i might be interested in. Nice to see you again Sam, and I'm sure i will be seeing you again soon!

This place is upscale! These guys know their stuff and don't mess around. In and out service and good prices on labor and parts. I came to them with a spiders nest of wires and they assured me they could get the job done efficiently and quickly. These guys are awesome! Will be coming back to them with any of my audio issues. Tj and Sammy are the best!

My boyfriend and I were calling around all day trying to find someone to do his subs in his new truck. No one wanted to do them today because everybody was booked. We called here at Audio Excellence and before we had a chance to give up, Sam here called us back and offered to stay after they closed at 6:00pm to install my boyfriends subs because he respected him being a firefighter. So generous, hospitable, clean, professional, and effecient. 10/10 experience, definitely would recommend them!

I pulled up to Sam here and he welcomed me like I was there before, great service. I wanted to get a simple 10in sub set up and he gave me a great recommendation. Got it done same day, even stayed open late just to finish. I ll definitely be going back.

Sammy and TJ are the best. They hooked me up with a great system for my f150. I got all new door speakers, tweeters, radio, 2 amps, 4 8's subs in a box, and a backup camera all for a great price. Where as the local competitor's wanted almost double the price. I blew my subs 3 day's after install due to my fault and they replaced it at no cost to me. I would highly recommend them.

Just got my 2022 superduty B&O sound system upgraded. New speakers, amps etc, these guys did an amazing job. Very professional, very knowledgeable and stayed in contact the whole time. Very clean work and exactly what I was wanting. If you are looking for anything audio, you can certainly trust these guys. You want it done, they can do it.

What a terrible experience. Zero stars if that was an option. I had called over the phone the day before and spoke with Sammy about installing a high end head unit (ILX-F511) in my vehicle. He informed me to stop by the next day to see what equipment I had so they can properly quote me. I drove 1 hour round trip only to be disrespected by Sammy. I came in with a list of items that I wanted done. I kept asking how much labor would be given that I would supply most of the parts. Sammy responded "I don't know, it can be $500, $600, $700, $800. We charge $100 per hour. We start the clock and then end the clock when we are done. Then you get billed." It shocks me that a shop that "does so many installs" does not have historical data to leverage and say we normally take 5 hours on your vehicle but if we run into issues we'll inform you along the way and charge accordingly. Not only was I given vague information on pricing, given that I had most of the equipment on hand, Sammy was trying to squeeze any additional profits where he could. For example, I wanted to install a PAC TR-1 and did not have it on hand. Sammy said it would be $89.99. That part is $11.49 online. Other shops charge $20 for parts and labor. After 15 minutes of talking Sammy tells me, "dude you're doing way too much right now." I responded "excuse me?" Followed by "you want the install or not? We are the best in town and we've been open for 30+ years. I'm not going to waste anymore time." I had informed him that I would call and set up the appointment. I quickly got my items and walked right out. Needless to say, he did not win my business. Please please please take this warning. I've dealt with difficult people all my life but Sammy is up on the list. Unfortunately, he prays on customers that don't know much about how car stereos installs work and tries to extract as much money as possible with bulley tactics. He didn't know that I'm an engineer and design electrical systems for a living. I can leverage my experience to read the schematics and complete the install. I just didn't have the time to do the install myself. I even felt bad for the installer TJ who was trying to listen to my concerns. Sammy told him to stop wasting his time on me and get back to work. I'm sorry, if I'm spending $500-$1000 just for labor and 1 part, I would like to know that the job will be done correctly and we are in agreement with all requirements. Its the right thing to do by your customers Sammy! Let me guess, I'll receive a standard response saying "sorry for the experience you had, come on down to make things right" or my other favorite "it was the customer fault because he came in asking too many questions and wasted our time without buying anything." Please folks find a better business that will treat you with the respect you deserve especially when you work so hard to earn the money that you're spending.

AJ is a solid guy. Don't deal with Sammy. He's a fast talking slick guy...like a crook. He forgets what he says and is difficult to deal with. Anything Sammy says...let him put it in writing.

I already had an aftermarket sound system in my older super duty pickup, but I was looking for more bass. I spent a lot of time looking online at different audio shops in the area and decided to come here on a Saturday morning. Sammy and the rest of the staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They came out to my truck to listen to my current setup, talked to me about what I wanted out of my audio system, and recommended the perfect subs. I m very happy with the way everything turned out. They even squeezed me in the same day, had everything done in a couple hours, and were accommodating while I waited. If you re looking to upgrade your car audio, this shop is the place to go.

Sammy and TJ are the experts you need working on your car. I had bought a few audio speakers to replace my factory system. TJ was able to give me the knowledge I needed to purchase the remaining components with confidence. Audio Excellence is an all in one shop that you can trust. When everyone wanted me to pay crazy prices just for the install, I knew i could turn to Sammy and TJ to give me a good deal. I installed all new door speakers, tweeters, Loc, and an amp with it all looking like it was done by the factory. When I need advice on video/audio or lighting, they re always there. I highly recommend them for your next install.

Had some old aftermarket speakers that began driving me nuts in my car, called these guys and got a quote and they took me in the same day to get it done!! Sam and TJ were incredibly sweet and passionate about their work. Im happy with my new speakers and will be returning for future upgrades .

Sammy is the BEST!!! I had my coworker try and figure out why my back up camera wasn t pulling up the image anymore. He tried but unintentionally messed up the ability to control the radio through the steering wheel. I was STRESSED beyond words. I even took it to Best Buy the every next day which were the initial ones to install the radio and they couldn t figure it out. The best advise, I received from Best Buy and my coworker was, I needed to buy a new radio. I started looking for a place to take my Jeep Wrangler, I found a place in Lake Nona which very close to where I stay but they didn t answer the phone. My next call was Audio Excellence, Sammy answered as soon as I spoke to him I knew I didn t need to look no further. He gave me that feeling that they would figure it out and I would walk out of there with everything fixed! I walked out of there EXTREMELY HAPPY, radio stations work now, steering wheel and back up camera is back and I didn t need to spend more money on purchasing a new radio like everyone else had advised. Can t wait to go back and have them install Interior LED lights for me, NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE WILL EVER TOUCH MY TRUCK UNLESS IS AUDIO EXCELLENCE!!! That picture is the mess they had to deal with and fix Thank you guys.
