I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at the Audi service department, and I cannot express my satisfaction enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel valued as a customer. The service advisors were knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns, ensuring that every detail was addressed. The technicians demonstrated professionalism and even sent me a video on what was done and suggestions, I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The facility itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment while I waited for my loaner while my car stayed overnight to be serviced. Overall, my experience with the Audi service department surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch automotive service.

I recently became a first time Audi owner and coming to this dealership and working with this staff was an amazing experience. Andrew Rath was wonderful to work with. He was patient with us and was well informed on all the vehicles. He understood what we wanted and help match us with the perfect car. The sales manager, Frank, was also such a help and got us the best deal possible! Both of them made sure my significant other and I were comfortable and happy with our purchase. Thank you!

Great team and great customer service. Clayton was very helpful throughout the entire processing and kept the communication with me open during the entire time my car was being serviced.I appreciated the courtesy loaner, and the complementary wash and vacuum of my car when I came back to pick it up! No complains whatsoever!

The service department was fantastic. I was in town from out of state to visit Disney, and had a check engine light come just before making it to Orlando. I made an appointment online Sunday morning for the following morning, and dropped my vehicle off using the overnight drop box. Someone contacted me the next morning about inspecting my car, which I authorized, and they quickly found my issue after a very thorough inspection. They sent me a video of the inspection results from the technician, which I really appreciated, and communicated with me thru text afterward about making the repairs. I appreciated the text communication as well as I wasn t interrupting my time with phone calls while trying to enjoy our vacation, and was able to respond when I had a free moment to do so. Parts were ordered, they set me up with a complimentary loaner vehicle that matched mine, and we waited for the parts to arrive. I was worried that they might not arrive in time and I would be stuck in town with my family longer than we planned, but Austin assured me the parts would arrive as soon as they could, and they would make the repairs as soon as they had them. The parts showed up just in time, and my car was fixed the afternoon we were originally supposed to leave. I couldn t be happier about how it went, and I m positive that if I ever am in town again and need a repair I wouldn t hesitate to bring my vehicle in. For those locally, I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

These guys has always been exceptional, professional and friendly. They take care of me and my 13 A4 as if it were new. My only issue - the service tech was talking really fast on the inspection video. Had to watch it twice. Not a bad issues to have. But i liked that i saw the issues he advised me about. He also noted future issues that i will have to deal with. They also cleaned it up before they returned it to me. You are not going to get a $19.95 oil change. You get great service, and you pay for great service.

Audi South Orlando provides the best car service I ve ever received. The environment is relaxing, clean and comfortable. The technicians are thorough and provide a detailed video walkthrough of your vehicle. The service advisors are knowledgeable and helpful; I can t recommend Derek enough.If you re looking for a car service experience that doesn t feel like you went to a car dealership, Audi South Orlando is for you.Keep up the great work!

2/1/2024First, I pause to give a super LOUD Shout Out to Kory, my current Service Advisor. Wait! Let me back up just a little to say Austin in Sales, Christopher, my initial Service Advisor, and now Kory are, without any hesitation, the BEST South Orlando Audi has to offer. Kudos to you three!!!These Associates, to be honest, are indescribable. I purchased my Audi A3 Convertible in 2018 and all my services, to date, are done at this location only because of these Associates: Christopher, Austin and now Kory. With every visit, including this recent one, I am always greeted by Christopher, no matter how busy he is he'll find a second to say hello. Then he'll ask "Does Austin know you're here"? and before long here comes Austin to greet me. All of our personalities are super contagious. I'm 72 years old, so I, truly, appreciate and admire these three for their professionalism, candor, personality/pleasantry, patience and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I understand every aspect of my visit as it relates to what's being done and also what needs to be done, going forward. Kudos, again.I give this location 4 Stars only because I'm totally disappointed with my last three visits of how my car was returned back to me. I keep my car impeccably clean and it's always like that on every time I took it in for service. Yet, when it's returned back to me it's disgustingly dirty inside and outside.Last September it was returned with greasy front passenger seat (it took me a very long time to get that grease out). My next visit to change a tire it was returned with water on the driver's mat. This recent visit there were dust all over the car. I could hardly see through the driver's side door window. That's super disgusting especially considering that the car is white and black.I understand that not everyone takes great pride in their Ride, but I certainly do. So, I believe that every Service Technician, based on a specific vehicle's cleanliness, should have the ability to discern that that specific Owner does take great pride in his/her Ride. In turn, that Techncian should take the extra time/care to make sure the vehicle is returned to that specific Owner, in the same manner, if not better, in which it was received.Well, this is just my honest opinion and observations. No harm intended. Hope it helps.

Audi service was great. I had a warning light come up on my car. I sent my service advisor Derek, a photo of the warning light and he got me an appointment right away. I brought the car in and he handled everything top rate. I really appreciate Derek s help and his attention. 5 !

Good quick service and provided a loaner car. I did have a small issue with an out of balance wheel after picking it up. However, they said bring it back as soon as it was convenient and we will take care of it. I appreciated the quick response.

This was my first time ever servicing my vehicle at a dealership and the experience was honestly great. Austin, my service advisor, kept me updated on my cars service throughout the time it was in the shop and I never had any questions that went unaddressed. The dealership gave me a loaner vehicle over the weekend as they couldn't get to my car until the following Monday which was great as well!

Austin at Audi South Orlando took great care of me during my service visit. He seamlessly scheduled a ride to take me to the mall instead of waiting there and I really appreciated that. The technicians shared a video with me detailing what was going on with my car and left me with zero concerns. I fully trust these guys with my vehicle, which keeps me coming back to them!

Always great service when I bring my car into Audi of South Orlando. Brought my A6 in for an oil change not realizing it was time for the 40k mile service. Richie did a great job explaining everything. He was not pushy with the other recommended services. Vehicle was ready on time. Great job!

Richie, my service representative, is phenomenal in the service department. He got me back on the road at the exact time that he estimated for my oil change, windshield wiper change, etc. Service department is very professional and shows you everything that they do and have done, and its all sent to your phone via video.

Overall, the experience was very good. I expected to wait 2 hours for an oil change and it was 2 hours, which also included a review of the car and a car wash. I wish they could carve some time off the wait time.

While the Audi Roadside Assistance Program was an Epic Fail, I was able to have my two week old vehicle towed thru my auto insurer, USAA. Gio at Audi S Orlando was incredibly supportive during my moments of frustration with getting the vehicle transported. Once the vehicle arrived at Audi S Orlando, the Service Department made it a priority to review and resolve the issue. Shy delivered a loaner vehicle to me late at night for which I was grateful. Once the issue was promptly resolved at Audi S Orlando, they delivered my vehicle to my home. Audi S Orlando did a very good job turning around the awful roadside assist. Experience.

Audi South Orlando is the only dealership I would go to service my Q5. The service dept is very courteous and very efficient. I especially like that they send you a video inspection and don t try to sell or push other services on you. Their recommendations are based on the vehicle mileage as it should be.

Arrived at the Orlando Audi South showroom for scheduled maintenance and was immediately greeted by one of the technicians. He checked me in and took e immediately to my advisor, Austin Mura. The ensuing services was expertly explained and Austin guided me to a place I could work quietly while waiting for my vehicle. Austin made sure to check in with me and let me know where they were in the process as well as ensuring I had anything I needed. Austin exceeded my expectations.

I live in Melbourne and it come to this location for service, I have a 2018 Audi S4. Richie was my advisor and he is on the ball. He kept me up to date on everything that was happening to my car and even things i didn't mention to him, he gave me updates on, out of every car I owned and service center I have been too, this has been the best experience, hands down! Anything I need done to my Audi I will use them!!

Completed the 125,000 mile service with my advisor Romin. The mechanic identified a couple deficiencies that would need my attention an I was given a written estimate. However, everything was completed with excellent attention.
