This Company over charged me for a job that wasn't even needed because the employee said to me today 3/22/24 that they can t determine what my problem is because I have no warning indicators on. So what did you charge me $560 for? I picked my car up on 3/08/24 and was guaranteed that my car was fixed and I would not have any problems I paid $1500 and on 3/10/24 my car was doing the same giving me the same problems from the reason of me taking the car to this company to be fixed. I feel robbed and taken advantage of because I am a single lady and I would like my car to be fixed or half my money back.Moving forward to today, April 9, 2024, again I showed back up because my check engine light and every other light on my dashboard came on. I was rudely welcomed by some men that told me to leave because I was trespassing. When all I wanted was for them to once and for all fix my car. To date, even after they had my car for multiple days in a row, they stated, Nothing was wrong. The car never acted up while they had it .The humility that I went through this morning by them was very demeaning towards ANY woman. Names like the B word, and they made fun of how I spoke. Yet they didn t hesitate to take my $1500 initially though! And even when they speak of a warranty on their service, they won t let me on the property.

The team at Atlantic is exceptional! They are knowledgeable and fairly priced. They do exactly what they say and do not price gouge. I trust them with my vehicle and have referred many others, and they, too, are more than satisfied with their service. If you have a foreign vehicle and want exceptional service, Atlantic is the answer! So glad I found them!

I cannot stress enough how helpful Ran and his team were. We ve been here a few times before for various small issues, but this time we had to get an entirely new transmission installed into our car. We were so worried about who to trust and our financing options, but Ran offered us various options and worked with us during difficult times. Atlantic Auto World is perhaps the most trustworthy and reliable auto shop in the entire area. I can swear by these guys. We are so appreciative of their help and hard work. If we ever have issues again, we know who to come to. God Bless them all.

Back in April, I was in a pretty bad accident. My car was totaled, and I came to Atlantic Auto World not long after and purchased a 2015 Chevy Sonic from them. This was probably the worst purchase I have ever made. Within two weeks of owning the car, I had to get one of the tires repaired because it had nails in it, and in the 7 months that I have owned the car, I ve put nearly as much money as I spent on it in repairs for problems that weren t listed in the CarFax. I was sold a car with a clogged catalytic converter, and three different coolant leaks, and things have onlycontinued to get progressively worse. I feel like I was lied to, and taken advantage of at a time where I really needed to get back into a vehicle. At this point, I just want my money and my time back.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. My wife and I were looking for a used car, and they took the time to help us and guide us to ensure that we got the best deal possible.Highly recommended

Honest, friendly and reliable, family owned and operated, best service in Florida, I drove all the way from Palm coast to buy an automobile from Atlantic Auto World, it was fast,easy and painless, if you need a ride call them, Lucas and David will get it done, they don't play games, they got me lower interest rate and 2 year extended warranty, within an hour I was out the door riding in the wind, definitely will do business with them again. WIN,WIN.

Went for a test drive, great test drive. Within less than an hr I was driving my new car home. Very fast friendly, knowledgeable, and exactly what you'd hope for in making a big purchase like a car. Couldn't believe the prices.... as marked! No BS great place. Taking my mom next month.

I finally found a shop that I can trust. I own 2010 X5 Diesel. I bough this truck last November. The truck had issue with starting, it will crank but no start. I had the truck towed to BMW dealership twice. I also had the truck in another shop for couple of months. The mechanics there replaced bunch of parts but the truck couldn't start. I was running out of options when friend of mine recommended this shop. I towed the truck there and within few days the mechanic called me and told me what was wrong. After replacing the parts they recommended the truck started right up. I couldn't believe that it took them only few days to figure it out. The truck was at different shops for months and no one could figure it out what was wrong. I honestly can't thank them enough for what they did. Highly recommend this shop. Very knowledgeable mechanics, great quality work at very affordable price.

I brought my Mercedes Benz C300 to them last week because the engine was leaking water, and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately. Since I had an extended warrenty, they reached to out to them to fix it. I didn t have to deal with anyone else other then them, they did all the phone calls necessary from diagnosing the problem, to fixing the leak. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the result. All the technicians were very helpful and nice to me. I will be back for sure

Did not really have any issues with my E350, but was traveling back to Texas and wanted to make sure everything was good. Mr. V and his staff at Auto World was the best ever. I will make sure that I spread the word to all my friends that this is the shop to go to. See you guys again when I come back for servicing to my vehicle. Thank you guys for giving me the best service ever.

5 Star Service and Diagnosis! Absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Ash (the owner) Really passionate about cars and has 30+ years working on European. I trust them with my BMW more than a dealer. If you are looking for a reliable mechanic in Orlando PLEASE do yourself a favor and go to Atlantic Auto World! Thanks guys! I will be back!!

After owning my 2014 BMW 328i for about a month I got grinding when I pressed the brakes, looked, and my rear rotors had scratches on them, so I knew I needed pads, rotors and possibly calipers. I called Atlantic Auto World and talked to the Owner Ash. As soon as I started talking to him, I knew I found my new mechanic. As soon as you start talking to him you know he's a European car guru. He ended up telling me the calipers were fine, and did the brakes and rotors for just a little more than I had paid for the same service on my Hyundai elsewhere. Couldn't be happier with the price, service and quality of work.Thank you Ash!

So Ash the shop owner basically knows me and my car literally when I pull in to tell you how much I have had to take it in to get serviced. Literally I would never go to the dealership ever for a repair, only Atlantic Auto World. He gives you a no bs assessment on your car when you bring it in and is passionate about fixing the problem. If he happens to find another one that can be put off or needs to be fixed right away he immediately notifies you on it. I only trust Ash and the mechanics of Atlantic Auto to service my BMW. Prices are reasonable and turnaround time is quick (depending on the repair). A must go to for all things BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche and etc.

Gave me an estimate of $300 for replacing my power steering pump. I agreed with the price and scheduled a date for the job. I came back there four times for the service. Each time, Ash the owner came with an excuse to postpone the service. A waste of my time. I had the impression he did not want my business. Frankly enough, unprofessional attitude. I found another MB mechanic, Euro Motors, who did the service for $155 in less than 2 hours as scheduled.

This is the absolute best place to have your car repaired in Orando. Period. Ash and his crew of guys are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Fair on price and always quick to respond over the phone. These guys are a class act. A true gem in Orlando.

Best place in Orlando to take your BMW. Called up Ash and told him over the phone what was happening with my 335i and he immediately knew what was wrong. He was able to get me in the next day and had it done the following business day. Fields would have taken over a week just to get in. I might no longer have the Fields barista make me some eggs while I wait, but I'll take a quality service at a reasonable price and quick turnaround any day. Office manager Matt is also on point and will keep you posted on everything happening to your vehicle.

When I was stationed in Germany having issues with my 2008 535i BMW that I had purchased there, I took it to BMW where they diagnosed the problem and told me that I needed to replace all of the fuel injectors at a cost of 1200 euros. I shipped my vehicle back to Orlando and took it in for repair at the local BMW dealership. They diagnosed it as the fuel pump and replaced it. The issues with my car continued. Hesitation, power, and starting issues. Through the recommendation of a good friend I brought the car in to Auto World Atlantic. They quickly diagnosed the issue, and at a cost of under $500 they left me with my BMW running like new. Having it less that 1 day had me back on the road. To this day I have not had any issues with my car. I know that they are the European car experts in Orlando. Highly recommended!

I finally found after 7 years of owing my 2006Maserati Gransport mechanics (other than Ferrari Maserati)that can work on my car. Rem the manager very friendly and professional was able to fix my car at a fraction of what Ferrari of Orlando. charges. I've had trouble out of my 745 Li that i purchase over a year ago, discovered many problems with the 745 Li that you can imagine. Those who own a 745 Li knows exactly what I'm talking about. Until i ran across an highly experienced mechanic. Ash has saved me tons of money and even fixed my car right. He's a very honest man that will only help you. Trust me I had nothing but great things to say about doing business with him. I even wanted to sell my car many of times.....but he assured that he will make me feel at ease....SO THAT BEEN SAID I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!!!!!!!

When searching for a reputable mechanic for my classic BMW I did not find what I needed right away. I called around to a few shops and was disappointed by people who did not have any knowledge concerning my car, or were not willing to give me a minute of their time. When I called Auto World Atlantic things were different. The person who answered my call actually took the time to explain to me what might be causing my difficulty. I brought the car in for a diagnostic, parts were ordered and installed, and my 30 year old vehicle is running like new. Thank you Auto World for your knowledgeable staff and expertise in what you do. I won't take my business anywhere else.

Bought a car from Mario at Atlantic Auto World. I couldn't have been more happy with Mario and his authenticity. The entire process was seamless. I can't praise this company enough! The car runs fantastic!

@deme kir I am with you if want to take them to court. They have my car for over 2months now after so called getting fixed 3 months later. They dropped it from the lift an damaged it on too of it. If you are interested I would like to go and file too. WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!!

Had some issues with a vehicle I purchased from the auction. The shop owner Ash was extremely knowledgeable and able to diagnose and repair the problem the same day. Ive found my mechanic and will continue to bring every vehicle I purchase to Atlantic Auto World..

I was referred to Atlantic 2 years ago by a friend, from day one Ash was honest courteous and knowledgeable. Atlantic is operated with honesty and integrity if your car doesn't need the work Ash won't do it. My daughter lives in Tampa when a problem occurs with her car we have it towed or she has to bring it to Ash for service. I'm not sure why Lexus repair is not advertised by Ash but he does an excellent job.Anytime friends or family need car repair Atlantic is my first recommendation no matter what type of car they have. If you take your car to Ash at Atlantic you will not go wrong. Just to let you know he even repairs delivery trucks I send my companies 2011 ford 650 to him for service.
