Daniel went above and beyond on 12/18 for my friend and I. They hooked up our battery, but when the car wouldn t stay on, they continued to assist us. We believe the alternator is worn out, but he spent over an hour adjusting and replacing the battery terminals so the car would run as long as it was moving. His knowledge was solid and his customer service was amazing!

This is a very good store with a large inventory. Some attendants are a little slow, but they treat you very nicely. I sure recommend this place.

Our car battery died from the excessive heat and when we tried to reach out to PepBoys, they were less than helpful. Told us to come in and they ll maybe fit us in without asking any info about our car/battery. We did some research online and found Advanced Auto Parts had the battery in stock, ready to pick up within 30 mins with availability to help install/replace. So we called back PepBoys to confirm that they even had the battery in stock, they said no. So we would have gone there just to have been turned away. Immediately we went right to Advance Auto Parts website, bought the battery and went straight there. Unsure of the employee s name who helped us install/replace the old battery, but she was incredible! Super knowledgeable and helpful. Absolutely will be back when needed!

Steph was super helpful, friendly, professional and made sure I got the correct stuff I needed for my car. My power steering was whining when I turned the steering wheel so I went in to get power steering fluid and said let's just make sure your car takes power steering fluid for that so she entered my car into, 1997 Nissan Sentra actually uses, Automatic Transmission Fluid or ATF instead of Power Steering Fluid. A friend that's worked on my car previously had used power steering fluid, I sent him a pic of the bottle of ATF, that Steph rang up for me. I had asked him before going into the store if I needed a certain kind of PSF, but Steph was on top of things and I was in & out in no time. Thx for having someone Amazingly Helpful, Friendly, Knowledgeable and Professional like Steph on the Advance Auto Parts staff, makes me feel more comfortable as a single woman not knowing much about cars that Steph is there to help me.

Had to go to 3 diffrent shops to get help.The shop I bought the part at, couldn't issue me a return and sent me to the one I pick it up at.Erick (store manager) quickly took ownership and assisted me quickly. Miguel/rep also showed willing to provide service, not just do their job.Will drive extra to come to this store and have this level service.

If you need help finding a part our just someone to assist you, this is the place to go. 9 times out of 10 someone here knows something about cars and your not sent to an isle on a hunt.

Seem to be ran racist Hispanics. They didn't wanna help me, just ignored me said "oh one second" and stood there doing nothing but assisted the next Hispanic that walked in the door. I left them and immediately wrote this review. I don't stay where I'm not wanted or wait around last, this guy was new, cuz i heard him, he wasn't already there.

I came here 30minutes before the store closed and even though they were packed, running everywhere helping their customers they still took care of me very quickly. They checked the battery in my car, sold me a new one and also installed it for me. I wish I would ve asked the gentleman who helped me for his name but I forgot. He was a Hispanic man with light blue eyes if I m not mistaken. He was very nice and made sure to help me with everything that I needed. Great service!

I had an excellent experience with an associate named Steph. She was kind upon my entering the store. She immediately helped me look up my wiper blades for my vehicle and even helped me put them on. Service is everything and this girl is a shining example of that. I can tell she s the kind of person you want running a store of her own. Thank you

Advance Auto Parts website states that a part I need is in stock at this location. It would also be available to order online and pick up in 30 minutes if I like. Went to store to check part before I purchased in person in stead but when I arrived they in fact didn't have the part as stated in stock. All I know is that I drove 45 minutes across town for nothing. Thanks for nothing Advance love the incredible good for nothing website , great job !!!!!

Love the staff . But this is one busy store. If you want online pick up or curb side your COMPLETELY out of luck. I order once a week and the best I've ever gotten was when i arrive they will do there best to scramble for itWhen it is your turn.

Service attendant treated me well got me a discount I got my part all is good great place to get parts. You can also be out as fast as you want or you could take your time and walk around the store and shop. I'm satisfied, and so will you

I needed help with brakes for a buddy. They were very helpful and took the time to talk me through the entire process and what I would need. I liked that they didn t try to hard sell me on the most expensive pads and rotors and a lot of extra stuff but instead educated me and just let me decide. I ve been to plenty of other places that didn t help you half have much.

Fw my dawg, Pablo. This store always has friendly employees that greet you as soon as you walk in. Pablo helped me save $200 today by giving me some great advice on the problem that I had with my car. I appreciate that so much because it proves that they are not a company that wants to just take your money. They actually want to help and assist you! I appreciate the great customer service and the help! Would definitely recommend!

This place is a joke. Selling parts online they don't have in stock. No management on site. Waited 30 minutes and left without parts and my card was charged. Insane. Robbed...

Miguel is the beginning and the end of life. Miguel is the reason I had a good time in an auto parts store. Miguel is the only reason this particular auto parts store is open. Miguel and I understand what it means to have a " Tell no" body. Five star experience.

Excellent service! The general manager, Bill, knows what he is talking about. I have purchased many parts for my two vehicles from these guys. Hint : (if you want to save some money, order the parts online, from advanced, enter the promo code that they give you. Then pick them up at the store) I saved 38% on my brakes and rotors, using this method!

I had some issues with an employee not testing the battery correctly I had to buy a unnecessary part Didn't fix the car I went back many hours later and the nighttime shift Miguel and Michelle were absolutely amazing literally they got me all fixed and corrected Unfortunately I had to call corporate to tell them about my situation everyone was super nice super helpful they refunded me what I spent and I would definitely definitely recommend coming back to this store it stinks I had to waste my Sunday my gas my time but they did the right thing 3 different managers had called me to make sure I was OK And I would definitely come back thank you for all you guys help
