Having a reliable mechanic is one of the most important people you can have in your life and thank the lord I have these guys at Action Gator Tire! Emilio and the rest of the team are kind, hardworking, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, they are HONEST! They talked me through a stressful car situation, offered me complimentary battery and alternator testing and when my issue turned out to be outside the scope of their service they hooked me up with a great referral (most shops would ve banged some wrenches against my engine and called it 700 bucks)!So thankful for these guys! Really and truly, they are honest people that just want to get you going and on your way. Thanks again guys!

We used to love this place. It s had so much turnover I don t think they re doing well currently. I have brought my vehicles here for a long time but I ve had to have so many parts replaced repeatedly the last time I had work done, they replaced it as warranty work bc they said they put the wrong parts on it (I think we replaced those parts 3X). They removed and reinstalled a step side so I could get it repainted and it was so faulty putting back on that I had to have another garage redo it. I brought it in today for ABS lights and squeaking. They told us the rotors were warped and that the struts were leaking. They just replaced the struts a year ago. They also told me the truck wasn t displaying any dash lights. I have a photo of me picking the truck up. Told me the squeaking was the brakes. The truck squeaks constantly. Just know what you re getting here. I think they know how to do a couple things and will repeatedly change out things they ve already replaced.

This was a great experience! The techs Kenny and Zack were thorough with communication and service. The store manager Jose was very accommodating with making sure I had an appointment for service. The Assistant Store Manager Emilio took extra time to explain the services being done to my car, suggest recommended services and answer all of my questions (I had many). Emilio was especially pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and patient. I came for an alignment and my car is driving beautifully! Thank you to the staff of this Action Gator location. This was my first experience with Action Gator and I will be returning for future service.

The team here at Action Gator Tire have always been quick at diagnosing and fixing issues in my 2015 Honda Fit. From simple tire patches (with a great road hazard warranty) to an almost total suspension replacement, every interaction I ve had here has been professional, attentive and personal. I have appreciated their help here now for about 5 years, and have only ever come home with my car in better shape than when it rolled in. I ll be continuing to come here for my maintenance needs.

I took my car in to Action Gator Tire on South Orange Avenue to have my brakes checked as I was hearing a noise and wanted to be on the safe side. They did a complete check-up and determined that the brakes were fine and there was nothing to worry about. They didn't charge me a dime for this. I really appreciated the level of honesty and professionalism displayed here. Some places would have replaced the brakes needlessly to generate a sale. That didn't happen here. Because of this, I will always take my car here first before going anywhere else when something actually does need to be done. Thanks again!

I woke up on a Saturday morning and walked out to my car to be met with the unexpected surprise of a flat tire. A quick call to Action Tire, and they told me I could bring it in right away. Frank and Jose were amazing to work with. They quickly got it up on the rack, and explained the issue. I asked for a specific replacement tire which had to come from their warehouse and they had me back on the road in no time. Great place!

Listen this place right here is the bomb when I say the bomb y all just have the be there.they take care of me like I was the only person in the place. My car stop in the middle of the road and no one was there to help me but I went there the gentlemen help me so much Frankie was the best plus his guys omg he need a raised ASAP

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to Action Gator for most all of our servicing. This past weekend, the a/c in my car went out just in time for the weather to get warmer. I brought my car in this past Saturday afternoon and Emilio took all the details of what was going on. I dropped it off so the can diagnose. Within the hour , I received a call that all I needed was a freon charge. It would have been ready in an hour but we were out enjoying the day and I picked it up Sunday morning. Emilio and crew are always professional, courteous and friendly. Thank you Action Gator!

2 star review based on the red head mechanic that can't keep his thoughts in his head. I wasn't trying to " cheap out" on anything. I was told by another shop to come here for an alignment. I have the means for the service, but i guess he didn't want to touch my vehicle. The guy working the counter tried helping me he was very decent, sad that this business has people so different working together

Friday morning on my way to therapy, my dashboard states I need air (but I put air a fees before). Well I stopped again for the first time Friday morning but the air gauge didn t move (assuming the air wasn t work I left). I drove by passed my therapy location to the next gas station put all the change I had into the machine but no air because I just read Quarters Only . Wow!!! My third stop and panicking was the BEST experience at 9am. I had stuck in the air valve (it was taken out) now I have a tire that s inflated and no tip give. I thank the gentle so much, I was told I can did my review online. Thank you crew of Action Gator Tires on Orange Avenue and Holden!!!

I was going on my busy day when out of nowhere my tire pressure declined.. of course on the day where I m busy as ever, I get a nail in my tire. I called 30 mins before closing and was greeted by the nicest man who said it was alright and that they would take care of patching it. I arrived and was greeted by the team who jumped right in and told me it was going to be all good. Great prices as well!! Would definitely return for service like this

We have been taking our car here for years and I have always been impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Honest advice and fair prices. Jose was so helpful in helping us figure out what was wrong with our Nissan Rogue, and it ended up being a lot less expensive than we'd feared. How often does THAT happen at an auto repair shop? Highly recommended this Action Gator location.

Went in to get a tire fixed and they said they could do it in an hour. After an hour and a half of waiting I asked about my vehicle and they hadn t started on it. Thirty minutes later they told me after looking at the tire they realized they couldn t fix it. They were able to put my spare on for me so I could go somewhere else but I was disappointed with the customer service, lack of communication and disregard for my time.

The guys here helped me in a real bind today, they took excellent care of me while they dealt with my flat, punctured tire. Frankie, in particular, was so kind and polite. He offered many helpful driving tips and he found my spare I didn t know I had! They were extremely quick and the whole process took minutes and I was able to get on with the rest of my day. Thanks so much, guys.

I bought tires and paid for an alignment last week. The alignment was off, the truck was pulling to the left, and my gas mileage was 3-5 MPG less. I was told to bring the truck in at 4:00 the next day. I showed up a few minutes late due to traffic, and the wheel guy wasn't even there. He was on his meal break. No one bothered to tell me that as I was there an extra hour.The alignment was supposedly fixed, but the truck is still pulling left, and on the highway if I go 50 MPH or faster, the truck shakes like it's on a washboard. I called them back as soon as they opened and got a guy who gave the impression he worked there, but it was a call center.The call center guy puts me through to a regional manager who says he's forwarding the message to someone to get back to me, but four hours later I still hear nothing.I call the branch where the work was done back, and the manager at that branch says to bring it in first thing in the morning. I had brakes and other repairs done in addition to the tires and alignment to the tune of $2,100. I think I should be satisfied the first time I leave the garage and not have to take it back TWICE. I want what I paid for.

Went to find out why my tire was deflating and to fix it or replace it depending on the problem. In 20 minutes the staff figured out it was an issue with the air valve, they switched it, problem solved. Also gave me advice on what to look in the future to take better care on the tire. Very good experience

I stopped in to Action Gator Tires on a Sunday at 1:45 pm. I asked how long to fix a flat and I was in and out in 45 minutes. The service is excellent and the price was right. Under $30 to plug a tire with a nail in it. I was grateful that Gator Tires was open on a Sunday. I highly recommend Action Gator Tires

The staff are amazing! Jose and Frankie took the time to advise me and educate me on what my car needs. They were very polite and welcoming. I will be recommending my friends and family to them. The service did not take to longer either!

I have been coming to this place to purchase service on my car for 3 years. I own a salon across the street from them . I purchased 4 tires for my suv and they only put insurance on one of my tires! Then when I get a nail in a tire from driving from Davenport to Orlando everyday , They said I would have to buy another tire because there is only insurance on one tire smh I spent over $600 for these tires and now you asking me to spend another $150 for another tire !They always switching management! It s been less than a year since I bought these tires! They were closing on a Saturday and didn t call to let me know I should come pick my car up! Being that I m used to them closing at 6pm during the week. They closed at 5pm on weekends! IM RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!!!! JUST CALL PEOPLE TO LET THEM KNOW YOUR CLOSING !!!I had to figure out a way to get home an hr away from Orlando! They re only nice to police and city personals and state company cars! They can care less about you!

I came here a few months ago to get new tires after having tire rot. The technician who helped me out was very polite and upfront about the costs. I have been given nothing but excellent service whenever I come here and am happy to have found a place I can trust my car to.

Had a flat tire due to nail. Tire could not be patched. Rare tire size, Dorman and Monalisa were truly one of a kind. They literally were calling other local shops near by asking if they had my rare tire size. They finally found a good year that was able to accommodate. I haven t experience this type of customer service and satisfaction. Although, they weren t able to accommodate due to rare tire size they went above and beyond to help me find a shop at 6pm (closing time). I live over 3 hours away and would ve been difficult driving home on a donut. Thank you Dorman and Monalisa, 5 stars!
