I've had such a GREAT experience with AAA Forklifts. My driver bought my forklift in thinking that we would need to have the hose replaced due to leaking. They looked at the forklift and noticed that the hose just needed to be tightened. How many companies do that? Most places would've proceeded with replacing the hose and overcharged me. They tightened everything up and send me on my way with NO CHARGES. Well after this experience, I'm trying to find ways to give them business because honesty is the best policy. Tonya who I worked with from the beginning was very professional and walked me through everything. I highly recommend this company to every one.

After doing extensive research, we're so glad that we decided to go with AAA forklift for our business. If you need a lift or service work look no further. AAA Forklift sold me a used forklift at a very fair price and after the sale a couple small issues came up that they promptly took care of and now I have been using it for a year now with no other problems. Honest, dependable businesses like AAA are hard to find these days ! You won t be disappointed!

We found AAA Forklifts on Google and wow what a find!!! Not only are they quick to answer and schedule, but also bringing in outside parts when needed. We have 2 forklifts and they're team is always on it and ready to solve what ails them.The people in the office are absolute SUPERSTARS . They have answers to questions and will work the phones to find out the answers they don't have. They're so good at what they do that we even signed up for their maintenance plan.

Where do I begin with this company.First, I am a part-time building inspector. when I was inspecting this building, they happened to be forklift, repair parts and service. Since I work for a fabrication company in Sanford, Florida full-time, we had a 17 300 combilift that had not worked for a year and a 1/2 even after we sent it to the manufacturer. Based on my experience with AAA forklift when I conducted their building inspections, I felt they would be able to help us. So i reached out to them to see if they could come and fix the combilift 17300 at my job. I spoke with Kurtis, owners son, and he promised he would be the one to get the forklift up in running. Low and behold, they made good on their promise. We are absolutely thrilled that this company. We now have our major equipment repaired and is now fully operational. We've moved away from any other forklift company to do any type of repairs because of what this company was able to pull off. Thank you thank you for all you have done for us. Production is up because of it!

Kurtis and his team @AAA fork lifts are fantastic... I called -They came- The conquered. Just an FAST efficient and reliable operation. Had immediate forklift needs and they were on the location providing amazing service. As a Sr Operations Manager in fulfillment and manufacturing I am grateful for AAA. Awesome Job!! Simply Outstanding Service, Extremely Competent People, Incredibly Low Rates. They provided the Forklift, the Operator, Delivery and Assistance. We had multiple 3,000 lb packages that exceeded the shippers lift gate capacity.

This company is amazing. The customer service provided by Tonya is simply top notch. I would recommend their services to anyone wanting prompt replies or service needs that are last minute or just normal service requests. They do great work and the customer service is out of this world, all thanks to Tonya! The service technicians are very thorough and inform you of any other problems they find. I would recommend their services to anyone in the Orlando area even as far out as Bithlo. Thank you so much!

David, the tech, was very thorough, professional, and laser-focused. He went out to find parts locally so that that we would not be down an extra day and wasn't even phased by having 3 extra issues to deal with than what was scheduled. Highly appreciated. Thank you ,Tonya, for staying on top of things! Honest relationships between small local businesses is an awesome thing to find. Highly recommend AAA Forklifts!

Do not hesitate to do business with this company. I recently bought a forklift from them a little time later a few issues came up and the boss man had his team come out and fix the problem faster than I would ve expected. Amazing company!

Ok, I don't normally do reviews, but sometimes you need to let people know. This company bent over backwards to assist us with renting a forklift and providing a qualified driver on less than a day's notice. They were honest about what they could do, followed up and very professional in their follow through. If you need assistance with a forklift sales, service or rental....there's no other choice in the Orlando area. Thank you AAA Forklifts!

I could not believe the level of professionalism shown by AAA Forklifts. From the first phone call, quickness of response, paperwork efficiency and pricing. They did it all with genuine care and kindness.I don't heap praises on companies but this company went that extra step.Thank youDan

AAA forklifts just recently repaired one of my Toyota lifts. They did an awesome job, got it back to me in a timely manner and you cant beat their rates.I have had their service techs out here PM'ing my other machines, super nice guys, they do a great job.I will definitely be using them moving forward.

AAA Forklifts, Parts & Service gave use the best service. Tonya in service is awesome!!!! She was very helpful and friendly!!! She got us the parts as soon as possible and got a technician out to us sooner than another company could. I shopped around and no other company could beet there prices and time frame. Performance Air Mechanical is pleased to have them as a service provider. Technician Sean came out and did the repair. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and what was done when the job was complete. It has been a couple of days and our forklift is back in full service. Look forward to working with them in the future. Highly recommend!!!!

Last week I had the pleasure of talking to the folks at AAA Forklifts parts and service. I needed a part and information on a few things. They were happy to answer every one of my questions With no hesitation. They were very knowledgeable and made is very easy for me to understand. (I had no clue what I was doing at first) Mrs. Tonya was so sweet, it was refreshing to get not only good but great customer service!Will be recommending them to anyone in need of services they offer. I've worked with countless forklift companies around the U.S. and this was by far the easiest and most proficient office I've dealt with. I submitted an inquiry online and the very next morning had a response in my email. Tonya is an absolute gem. She genuinely understands and reinforces customer satisfaction. Kurtis was prompt to answer my questions and send my estimate over. They were flexible in accommodating our scheduling needs and stayed in communication throughout the entire process. Did I mention I'm located across the country in Arizona? Typically its more difficult to arrange certain things from so far away, but AAA made it a true breeze. I look forward to working with them again.

Bought a forklift a while back at a pretty good price. Had a couple minor mechanical issues shortly after, and these guys did the repairs at no cost. I would def recommend buying from this company. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the machine.

I have been using the AAA Team for a couple of months now and have nothing but good things to say about all of them - Tonya (the best and the most patient person in the whole wide Orlando area), Nate - always responsive to the max, and Kurtis - the man with the plan to ensure that my forklifts are all intact. Whenever I need them, they are there taking care of my equipment. They have that "mom and pop shop" type feel, but can handle any size job. What I really like is that they are not trying to nickle and dime every minute on each job. They come out and service my lifts, let me know what needs to be fixed and we come up with a plan and execute it. If I could put a crown over their heads full of diamonds, I would. These guys are the best. I will be using them from now on for all of my forklift needs.

Great, fast and honest service. Gave us an estimate to repair our newly acquired used fork lift and when it did not take as long as they originally thought, they actually charged me LESS!! than the written estimate and even hauled off our old used POS old forklift sitting on the back lot that had not moved in over 2 years. Highly recommend!!

This place is amazing. We were moving out of our second story building office ( moving heavy equipment) needing a forklift that could handle the height and on short notice because no moving company would move the equipment. Sean,Curtis and the staff made it happen and are pleasant to work with . If I ever need a forklift or heavy lifting equipment I know where to go and so should you, highly recommend.Thank you AAA Forklifts

Would recommend AAA forklifts to all of my Clients that are looking to repair or maintenance services for their equipment. They brought back our old Forklift to life. They knew what they were doing and costs were right on the money.
