Bobby has been our family mechanic for many years. We live in the neighborhood. I needed a car in the worst way as my 2005 Chevy trailblazer was in sad sad shape. Bobby found me a wonderful car with the interior in perfect Condition that was affordable. I am very grateful. Bobby has consistently been very fair and so helpful and giving. Over the years there were so many times I would stop by and he would check whatever I was worried about on the old car and 9 times out of 10 he would not even charge me. It was the kindness in his heart. He is an honest businessman and I cannot say enough good things about him!!

I always pass this place on 441saying to my self one day I'll stop and see if they have any thing that I liked, and I did stop and I got 4 nice Chrome Rims with Tyres for my car and they look awesome on my vehicle, they are not expensive , so if you like just pass by and see if there's something for your car.

A very nice guy. Bought 4 tired after 2 week I had a nail and one of them and I come back he fix it for free and check the air and all four tired best service ever. I well recommend others to come.Service: TiresService: Tires

Didn't take (owner)his advice and a few situations on a rim damaged and continued with jiffy lube, however his advice that he gave me was 100% right. Didn't have any hassle from him. After I contacted him about the rim issue once again he didn't have any problems he handled everything professionally and the service was extremely fast. Everything is transparent with his service, he will not give you the run around but honest feedback.

This was some of the worst customer service I've ever had. This man is the rudest business owner I've ever met. He accused me of being racist, entitled, and disrespectful. I happened to break down on 441 right near his shop so I pulled in for some help. He assured me that it was an easy fix but made me beg him for help even though I paid him. I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time and I would never come back here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, ESPECIALLY WOMEN BY THEMSELVES.

THIS WAS THE RUDEST, MOST PREJUDICED "BUSINESS MAN" I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!!....I purchased 2 used tires from this business and then left town for vacation for almost 2 weeks (not in my vehicle). When I returned and started to drive my truck, it was shaking really bad. I had my brother check it out and he said that the tire pressure was very low in both front tires (the right was worst than the left). We put air in both and a couple of days later, the same thing started happening. Because I get home later than what his business stays open, it took me about a 1.5 weeks to make it to his shop. I told him what was going on and his response was, "You know the difference between black people and white people is white people would have come back before now". What does that have to do with you selling me 2 bad tires? He came outside to look at them and accused me of over filling them and warping them, then said that my rims are corroding and causing them to leak, and then he said that I must have hit something. None of those things are true. When I didn't go for that, he said "because it took you so long to come back, there is nothing I can do for you". Because I was alone with this guy, I just left. The $100 I paid him is just lost but he will lose so much more because of the way he treats people.

This guy is terrible, if you want good customer service don't go to this shop. It doesnt matter what happens to your tires but in his mind he is always "right" and you are "wrong" i told him he put my tires on wrong but instead of him being a simple business owner and asking to check on it he wants to give me a hard time and be rude and tell me im wrong. HE IS COMPLETE TRASHHHHHH!!!!!!

I went to different tire shop the told me 150 for tires and the man, was unkind to ,so I left and went to 555 auto mall ,that gentleman gave two tires for 100 I save 50 box, and it was quick and kind .I will definitely go back to Mr Bobby, thanks for your service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Oh my god.. I am a caucaisian woman and I went to Bob. It doesnt even matter that I am a caucasian but the racist reviews I read really had me shocked. Bob is one of the sweetest souls I ever met and I reccomend all my friends to him who are also caucasian and they fell in love with him too

Man, I didn't even go here and I don't think I will... I call asking to see if they had some tires in stock and the guy that answered the phone was rude and I felt like he didn't care to help at all...

Bad business.... do yourself a favor and don't even chance it thinking you'll be the one out of many who gets outstanding service. Unprofessional, fraudulant, and overly used materials that are priced unfairly.
