Very friendly owner and staff. Went above and beyond to make sure I get the best prices for my car s parts. Nelson showed and explained every detail to me, so I felt like an expert after it was all done They offer the best prices for tires too! Very much recommend this shop!

I've reach out to them several times for proper documentation. I have proof of attempt. They have neglected to provide what is needed. I will be now contact an attorney and file every complaint possible and dispute what I need. ***update, issue resolved, contact was made***

I brought my truck to this shop with a loss coming from another shop, they made everything right and more! The shop that did my work prior did not bolt up my rear end leading to further failure of parts. The owner made the decision to help me and quoted me sooo generously. This shop is highly recommended by me and will see my business in the future!If you're looking for an honest mechanic this is the company!

I have used this business happily for years. Anytime i have had an issue with my car , i take it in and the staff knows exactly what to do to get me back on the road asap. The business will treat you like family and i have always been drawn to that quality. I referred them to my cousin who came in with no idea what was wrong with her car. The owner , Sookie , personally took time to stop everything and help my cousin get back up and running quick and let me tell you - at an EXTREMELY low price ! I myself have had a bunch of similar experiences but this instance with my cousin getting the same princess experience with no prior relationship was what prompted me to write a review. Do not hesitate to stop in for any maintenance or any issue with your vehicle. 1 stop auto shop truly lives up to it s name. LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE SERVICE! awesome all around!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am extremely happy I found 1Stop Auto. My family and I only go to them for car repairs. What I love about about them is number 1 they are very honest, this is so important to be able to trust your mechanic shop. I ve had several repairs on my car because it is a old car. They always have solutions and if it s too much for me to pay at the time they will offer temporary fix until I can go back to have it fixed permanently. Just enough time to use my car until I get it permanently fixed so I don t have to be without my car. When they repair I never have to go back, it s always done right the first time. They always have good mechanics! They are very fair with prices. Do yourself a favor and try them out, you won t be disappointed!!!Services: Electrical, Brakes, Oil change

Suki and nelson are amazing! I always dread going to the mechanic because I m scared they re going to rip me off and because I don t know much about cars. Not here, they re always so kind and helpful and it s ALWAYS the best price! They really treat you like family, I m so glad I found this place! Do not recommend this location. I gave my car to these people to fix and they starting performing tasks that I did not authorize for a larger pay some. Mind you they kept my car for over a month and gave me no updates on what they were doing. I was given an estimate prior to retrieving my car, but once I arrived they tried to charge me 2,000 dollars more. When I tried to pay for it, they wouldn t let me use my card but tried to take me to an atm or to use cash app. This shows a lack of paper trail and professionalism. I will be reporting this business to officials and BBB.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

This place is amazing and professional. The dealers wanted to rip me off to change my transmission fluid change, he was kind and caring and extremely professional. Nilson and his mechanic were amazing! I went in for a a tune up and came out a happy customer! I originally had a few problems with my car and wanted to trade it in BUT, I found them in my neighborhood and asked their opinion, had them service my vehicle and now I fell in love with my car again! They really made me feel comfortable with my choice to have my Civic serviced and keep it for at least another year! Thank you guys!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

Stay far away from the place of business very Crooked!!!!!!They fix my water pump two weeks later my car ran hot. Not once but twice. I take my car back with the right thermostat to have them switch it out advising me that it s the wrong part. I will be reporting this business to BBB.

Great customer service Sookie is absolutely a god sent any time I ve had and issue with my 2012 Ford Fussion she and her staff has always went above and beyond to get the issue fixed. If u ever need a repair done to ur car this is the shop to go to u definitely won t regret it!
