I'm so extremely impressed with the service. The efficiency is literally exceptional! They spoke to my elderly mom with respect and the cleanliness is why I'm leaving this review. Rugs were vacuumed, no oil spills, Tannis helped us, though young, super professional.

Thoughtful and friendly service, the wait was a breeze, the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to assist you.. Tannis was very patient with my multi-tasking a toddler, and generated impressive responses to my many questions. I'll keep making this my place to go, continue the excellent work guys!

Not only were Michael,Steve,Bran, and Tran the best with customer service I have received in a while but they truly do above and beyond. The Under crew are awesome and efficient but they definitely deserve all the praise too. Overall this is one of the best oil change places in town!!!!!

Quick, friendly people. Changing oil, filled washer fluid, filled tires and replaced rear wiper blade. For about $25 conventional oil, plus a few for the blade. I ve told multiple people already. Much more convenient than to save changing it myself, however little it would be

I needed some fluid changes done that Ford quoted me $289. I brought my own fluids & Victory Lube did it for $100 less. With all the specifics they have for lubricants these days I m going to make this my preferred way of doing scheduled maintenance. I waited less than 10 minutes & through in a few filters they had in stock too. Employees were happy, efficient& clean.

Best oil change place I have been to yet. They were very friendly, quick, efficient, and provided a lot of explanation upfront. I was in and out within 25 minutes, highly recommend!

This is the only place I go for oil changes I drove over from Daytona to have the oil changed. These guys are awesome fairly priced. And always do a good job. friendly And professional It's nice not to feel ripped off or angry. My impala Is happy so am I Thanks you guys

My parents have been coming here since I was a kid and now we come here. The crew that is on now is the MOST polite group of young men! They keep you informed and always explain and are sooo kind. 10 stars they earned it! Tannis went above and beyond!

I came in for a routine Oil change with my girlfriend almost four months ago. I asked if they were hiring. I started working about a week later and it is honestly the best job I have ever had. All of the guys working with me are great. My boss has to be the most understanding and outgoing man I have ever met. In the time I have been working there he has done nothing but help guide me in the right direction. Chris and the team has taught me so much! The guys working always try to go the extra mile to make sure the customers are satisfied! I'm truly grateful for the opportunity Chris gave me to work for him and his team! I can not stress this enough either!! I am not saying these things because I work at the establishment!! I truly love this job and this team! This operation and team is like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). I was so impressed with my visit recently and will absolutely be back. I do wish I had thought to remember names since everyone was so kind and courteous. I pulled up and was greeted warmly, asked a few basic questions, and then given direction on how to proceed. It was clear each member of the team had their own roles and are in a routine of working quickly and efficiently together. I was very pleasantly surprised with how short my wait was and at how affordable their services were. This is one of the best oil-change experiences I've had and am thrilled they are close to home.Service: Oil change

A big shout out to the guys at Victory Quick Lube in Orange City, FL for doing such a thorough job on my oil change and lube service. They greased all 26 grease fittings on the chassis and drive line, offered a higher capacity oil filter, and corrected my tire pressures. All for a very fair price. I have used them exclusively for over 15 years.

I am very moved to write this. If anyone is thinking about going to another franchise place, stop and make a U-turn. Victory Quick is the best value and their service is unmatched! I called around for pricing. Their fee was the most affordable for synthetic oil and service. The team that I met, Michael on the phone, Nate and the staff onsite really nailed it. They came up to my car and asked would you like me to clean your glass, and put air in your tires? Not assuming, just being ready to assist and make the trip worthwhile. So polite! The big thing is they do not have sales breathe trying to upsell items to extract more money from the customer. They did pinpoint an issue my vehicle had with tire pressure and I am glad we discussed it. Like others on Google, I was so impressed with the way they handle their business and I will absolutely be back. The best part is that I no longer have the desire to call around:-) It was clear each member of the team was on it! They provided STELLAR service. They warned me on a Saturday it would take 40 minutes but it went like 25 minutes. This place is the real deal. I was very pleasantly surprised as they made it affordable and comfortable. This is one of the best oil-change experiences I've had, and it's so very true. They are setting the bar! And customers like me are thrilled. I guess I should have taken a picture of my experience, but you can tell it rocked and I am happy.

Everything was Fantastic!!Jimmy, My Navigator got all the information. He has a wonderful personality & is timely & efficient starting the whole, but Quick process.The professional, attentive staff went to work at lightening speed, both under my hood & under my car. They educated me about future steps to keep my car in Tip Top shape!!!!Way to Go for the entire Team

Best oil change spot I have ever been to. I will NEVER go anywhere else. The price on the Amsoil oil can t be beat. Would pay more just for the oil at the auto parts store. Take my diesel and gas vehicles here. Fantastic reliable and efficient !Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Normally I go during the week and get in and out fast. Went on a late Saturday afternoon and there was a long line. They had a "greeter" out going to every vehicle getting paper work done, washing windows, spraying hinges - he was very pleasant & freindly. Considering how long the line was and how hot it was - every staff person was friendly & pleasant - even fixed my windshield wiper that my hubby put on wrong. They alway listen and use the correct oil too - which hasn't been the case at other locations. This is my "to go" place for Oil Changes!

Absolutely great! Years ago they didn t have a great rep but now things are different. I haven t been in years but the difference is mind blowing. Great staff and best prices around. In and out with a lot of insight on my truck. Great job and very professional.

Super friendly and quick better priced then anyone else. I called around! Clean window lubed front doors and filled all my liquids in my engine! As a female driver definitely will be coming back

Very reasonable price on an oil change and they got me in and out of there very quickly! I arrived and there was quite a line built up. I almost turned around but decided to give them a chance. I was out much quicker than I thought I would be. The staff were also super friendly.Just make sure if you have a coupon you print out a physical copy! :)

Took my high mileage 2007 Honda CR-V in for an oil change today. Danny and the crew were prompt and efficient. I was in and out in less than 11 minutes, including paying. They checked all of my fluids and tires while also performing my oil change.

Great experience! Quick testimonial. Most express oil and lube businesses will not touch transmissions in any way shape or form. However, Michael, Steve, and crew went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only did they change the fluid but replaced the transmission filter and gasket! Going to a repair shop, or worse the dealership, would have cost a fortune and taken all day too! Victory did the work while I sat in the car and did it for a great price! Highly recommended their services.
