The staff was very courteous, my wait time was no more than 5-7 minutes. I am very pleased with the alignment and the overall service. I had my alignment done elsewhere and was not happy with it. For their excellent service will refer my family Tire Plus. I am a satisfied customer

Where do I start.. After I paid almost $400 for an oil change and an alignment they decided they weren t going to do either, didn t even check any of the items they were supposed to like washer fluid or coolant levels and on top of all that my still crooked steering wheel was covered in oily handprints when I picked it up the first time. I immediately go back inside to let them know that not only is my steering wheel covered in oil, but that without even touching the vehicle I can tell they didn t do the alignment. They apologize, pretend to work on it for about 2 hours and then call me again to pick it up, NOTHING WAS DONE. Today, after taking almost a week to cool down, I go back to get things fixed. When I get there the manager spends 10 minutes making excuses for why they took my money but didn t do any of the work that I paid for. So unfortunately someone at another Tires Plus is going to have to redo their work, all because doing the work you get paid to do is just too hard for some people.

The team at this place was AMAZING!!! They put 38's on my F-350 it was a fight until the end, but they hung in there and pushed through! Got it done quick and Very Professional! Did a Great Job, my ride is smooth and perfectly balanced! I will definitely be back!

Due to our schedules, I always have to wait for the vehicles. I ve tried just about every shop in the area and this was by far my best experience. I ve sat in places for four hours just to get tires , over two hours just for an oil change, etc. and all of these, an appointment was made. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and fast service. This will be our shop moving forward and I appreciate finding good customer service these days. Thank you.

Tire Plus in Orange City, Florida was awesome!! They got me in and out with no issues and were very understanding. I like that I can make an appointment ahead of time. I received great service for a great price than other shops. Thank you so much!

My vehicle was returned when promised, they were ready for me at my appointed time, and there were no unexpected upcharges. The work was done correctly the first time. Prices were 30% less than my dealership. Would recommend this location.

Tires Plus caterer's toward women especially, They are fair on the prices and explain all the details and recommendations. I have and always will recommend Tires Plus Orange City, Florida. Jose and all of the staff are truly a team..

I have had the privilege of doing business with this establishment recently. They more than accommodated me on a Sunday and I can honestly say I have never had a more professional experience. I would rate them ten stars but Google only allows five. If you need anything automotive within the scope of their services, do not hesitate to go there!

Used Tires Plus for years with my parents and now will never go back. Would not recommend any female to go here. I took my jeep to get a routine oil change and asked them to look at my check engine light to clarify what I had already been told at O Reilys. Was NEVER told that it cost ANY money to look at the check engine light until after I came to pick my jeep up. I should have NEVER paid that money because I was never told how much it would cost. I feel they took advantage of me as I am a young girl that was alone and I do not have a lot of knowledge on vehicles. I will never use a tires plus again and would not recommend to anyone.

Another mechanic at a different business had told me the timing chain was broken but it was not broken.This place saved me from spending over $7k on a rebuilt engine. Ended up with around $1700 for new plugs and wires and ignition coil and ignition modual, oil change, new distributor cap and more. (2003 Astro van)I took one star off because I had to strongly advocate for what was needed to actually make sure the van was fixed, not just band-aided.(The place who misdiagnosed it gave me a refund when I called them).

Knowledgeable and thorough, I highly recommend coming here for tire needs. They were able to locate small screws that 2 dealerships failed to find. 2 new tires, in and out in under 30 minutes from start to finish!!!

Kyle responded quickly and helped get our fleet back on the road promptly. The manager went above and beyond with helping email additional alignment paper work to my fleet email straight away without delay that I have seen at other establishments.

I made an appointment to have my taillights replaced. When I arrived, I was advised that it should take about an hour and 10 minutes, but it ended up taking slightly over 2 hours. The cost of the taillights was $13.96 (before tax etc.), but the labor was over $200 to put them in! (Admittedly, I saw the job as too complex for me to do on my own, even if I had the tools, but that still seems like a very high charge for a professional with the right tools to change some bulbs.) Also, they charged me $21.99 for a vehicle inspection that I did not request and which was not disclosed up front. But the job got done, which was my reason for going there to begin with. The gentleman who checked me out applied a $20 coupon (I had already downloaded it on my phone, but he applied it without knowing that), so that was a positive aspect of the visit.

If you want your car fixed right the third time, this is the shop for you. Only don t expect them to take care of you when it s not done right the first time. You will be paying every time for them to keep guessing at what s wrong. Service times are never as promised. Communication is terrible. If you don t believe me, then why did one of the managers leave a 5 star review, as if he were a customer, just to boost their score? Avoid this place at all costs.

Took my care for an oil change, and had my engine ruined. Now they are charging me $14000 to replace it. I have never had issues with my vehicle, not one. One month after an oil change by them my engine is done.

always pleased with the service ,doesn't matter if I'm buying 4 tires or just getting one patched they take care of me like i was their best customer ,i can send my employees in to put tires on my work trucks on Saturdays and they get them in and out with no issues , i cant say enough good things about this place.....

I'm a teacher and i woke up to a flat tire. Fortunately, the morning crew remove a screw from my tire and had me on the road to Daytona making it on time to teach! Much appreciated!

Absolutely the best place we have ever taken our vehicles. We have been a customer of this location for years, except while out of state. Now, even though we are just a bit over an hour away, we still take our vehicle here. The staff is polite and courteous. My husband and I are always welcomed, and all of the work and recommendations are thoroughly explained, as well as sent via email to help keep us on track. The crew work hard to get the job done, especially in this heat! Thank you all for caring for us as family and making sure that our vehicle runs safely. May you all be blessed and know that you are all appreciated!

Gave 5 stars s few months back but things change. I took my truck in last Friday and picked it up the next day. My father actually drove it home so he didn't realize but the check tire pressure was flashing. It's been flashing cause there's 2 nails in one of the tires. When I dropped it off Friday I told them exactly that and how I needed an oil change and tires rotated. They literally rotated the tires, didn't even notice the nails right next to one another and obviously didn't even check the tire pressure nor even realized it was flashing when you get into the truck.I have a national account and I bring in my truck at least once a month. Can't bring it back at this point cause this isn't the first time. It is what it is.

The minute I walk in felt like I was at that time a bother(short stocky guy red emblem on shirt) one of the most unfriendliest person I met understand he was busy and annoyed he had to deal with me when I went back other 2 guys I dealt with were friendly and took care Brought car in had a blowout on rear driver side tire (bought last year at your location) asked if tire would be prorated don't believe it was was gonna go back and asked didn't want to be bothered understand your in fixing car business but guest satisfaction shouldn't be lost by the Initial greet

I have been coming to this location for quite some time and today I brought in my Honda CRV to get an alignment after replacing some front end parts. At first my CRV was giving the new mechanic guys a hard time untin Kyle Doski the Service Manager came in like a champion and gave me the best alignment ever. Even after he was done he decided to check it again and he tuned it further to a perfect alignment...Kyle went above and beyond to make sure my CRV was safe for my wife to drive.. Kyle deserves a raise for his unmatched level of dedication!!!!!! Like i said before i have been coming here for a while now but Kyle Doski brought Tires Plus customer service to a new level!!!! THANK YOU KYLE

I ruined a tire and wheel while traveling home on I-4 and the crew at Tire Plus were absolutely amazing! They worked with me to find a solution after we were unable to find a matching rim, helped me to get to the rental car place and communicated with me throughout the process. The new wheels look great on top of it.

Came in at almost 6pm with a nail/screw in my tire. They got me taken care of and out the door very quickly. 1st time at this particular location but if i ever need them again i would definitely come back and also will recommend to others.

My appointment was for 1:00pm. I showed up at 12:45 and was told they were a little backed up. I am still sitting here at 2:15 waiting for my car to be finished. Mind you, this was for 1 tire change. Also I was quoted about $75 online but when I got here it was almost $100. I'll post the receipt when I finally get it. I know I'll never come back here.UPDATE: the price came down to $85 randomly, which is good, but still almost and hour and 45 minutes for 1 tire is ridiculous. Especially with an appointment at 1.I state again, I'll never come back here.
