Nothing to be crazy about. I got great customer service from the salesperson who gave me the quote and great price. The reason I went with them. Which later made sense. I found out she was from an office in NY. New Yorkers are hustlers/go-getters. So she did everything she could to earn my business. I m not from NY by the way.I got to the place about 20 minutes early. They weren t that busy. The lady who helped me was very nice and professional. She told me we ll get you right in. I thought this was great. I can get it done sooner and go about my day. Not! About 20 minutes later, a man came to the waiting room and asked to speak with me. He told me they only had two of the four tires that I gave a deposit for to order. I explained that someone called me 2 days ago to tell me that my tires were in and asked if I wanted to come in that day to get them done. I couldn t because of prior plans. I had an appointment.This made me feel uncomfortable. The guy now is trying to sell me other tires and saying that he would give them to me for the same price. I did research on the tires that I ordered. I didn t want to make a split decision on brands and models that I hadn t researched. I asked to see one of the tires he was trying to sell me. He went out to the shop. In the meantime I was just ready to tell them to put my car down and cancel the whole thing. Then he comes in and tells me that they found the other two tires. Wow, I thought. I already saw a level of incompetence that could have cost the whole deal. Or a bait and switch routine that perhaps they are used to doing here. At this point I m like, well, I m already here and invested time (by now I m 25-30 in), let s just get it done and over with.Note; when I was in my 20s, I worked for Sears Tire Center while I went to school. I could ve done 4 tires (balanced and mounted) in 30-40 minutes. That s with washing the tires and using a torque wrench to make sure the lug nuts were to the proper torque. So, if they had my tires ready, technically, they should ve been almost done by the time that they notified me that they couldn t find my tires.I had asked that they do the alignment and add it to the invoice but with the show of incompetence or bait and switch attempt, I asked for that to be taken off the invoice. After all, I was only going to do it because they matched what I got quoted at the dealership. In this case, with what had transpired, I d rather take it to the dealership.To end, they completed the job with no further hiccups. It did take almost an hour and a half in total (from the time my car was in the bay). I noticed that they didn t wash the tires. Also, they didn t use torque wrenches to make sure they were to the proper torque specs. Take it for what you may. The techs were on their phones in between and the supervisors were not supervising. Thus, why it took so long. They do have a clean shop. Including the bathroom. They had a TV. I ve been to worse shops. Despite the shot of anxiety, they were okay. Shot out to the big girl who will probably be a manager in the future. She did what she could to make me feel at ease. Because of her and despite everything else. 3 stars.

Orange city location is my go to place for oil changes and tires. I purchased a set of Michelin tires early this year and receipt two awesome rebates. Oil changes are quick. As a woman I dread coming to a car repair place but Tire Kingdom never tries to push services on me, make you feel comfortable. Brittany is amazing & very friendly will make sure you don t forget the online coupons and gets you checked in quickly.

The staff there are always very nice. I did not have to wait to get air in my tires. I was in and out quickly. Several friends highly recommended them and they are great! Another time I was there for a flat tire. It was an hour until closing on a Saturday and they were packed! They made sure my tire was fixed and on my way before they closed!!

My daughter had an appointment and made her sit for 1 1/2 hours and took cars that came in after her. She got mad and told them she was leaving. They never even said they were sorry. Ended up at Firestone and even saved $200.

Discovered a large screw in my tire on Sunday morning and called the Orange City store. James reassured me they could get my car in and my tire plugged with immediately. He was very courteous and the repair was done quickly. I would highly recommend Tire Kingdom in Orange City!

I had the best experience right after the worst here. So my car battery died and almost blew up the fire rescue team had to come out. My tow truck driver was the beat called ahead to make sure I was able to be seen the same day because did I mention I was out of town? Anyway got there the service team helped me calm down and created a calming environment. I was in and out for less than an hour.

Their customer service is second to none, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable and there was this Young gentlemen at the front desk I believe his name is Abdel he was extremely nice and very polite and he helped me with everything I needed he was pretty helpful.

Best service this 67 year old has ever had. My car needed a battery...the Manager Kenny immediately said he could test it...yep...needed a new one. Kenny was professional, polite and so knowledgeable. He installed a brand new Interstate battery in very little time. The shop was slammed with so many vehicles. I understand why, this was 1st class service! It's hard to find a trustworthy car shop...I did!!!

Missed an appointment last week which was my mistake. Rescheduled last week for an appointment today. Unfortunately they couldn't find my appointment but they still got me in and out pretty quick for my tire rotation. EVERYONE was professional and did their best. I will be back again! Thank you all !

I had another great experience at the Orange City Tire Kingdom location today. Kenny and Daniel are the best of the best. Kenny has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I met Daniel for the first time on this service trip. Kenny and Daniel greeted me and each customer with a hello and a smile. They make you feel like your issue is important. They are very interested in helping their customers. Kenny was very helpful in helping me select the best tires for my F150. People like Kenny and Daniel shows what customer service is all about. The entire staff has always been very nice and respectful to me while I am there. Hold on to these two!!! They are great for the business... Thank you Kenny and Daniel...An2net Wms.

Wish I could rate zero or -100 stars. This shop installed two wrong tires on my car when I bought two tires and an alignment. When I was driving in the highway it would not accelerate past 60. RPMs going crazy and slippery when wet light popping up. I immediately went back and told them they must ve did something incorrect to my car. They took me on a test drive and checked the vehicle over. They told me it must me a coincidence and it s my transmission. I had to take my car to the dealership and didn t have my car for over two weeks. It cost me another almost $600 at the dealership/rental car (rented from a friend) only to find out that after they tried everything it was my two tires being the wrong size!!!! Brought the car back to tires kingdom same day and they fixed the tires. When I asked to speak to a management about reimbursement for my new fees I was told they were out of town and to wait a week. I waited and called back and was told to call the mavis customer service line (why did I have to wait a week to do that?). I was then told to send them receipts from car rental and dealership. Several days later they told me they wouldn t accept my receipt because it was typed on a computer (for rental car only). They offered me two free oil changes for the inconvenience of not having a car for two weeks due to their negligence of installing the wrong size tires and secondly not diagnosing the cause when I brought my car back to them to check it. They acted like I was trying to scam them stating you have the tires . I wouldn t trust them and I wouldn t wast your time. They finally stated they would refund what I paid them for the original install. It didn t come for over two weeks. I had to call them multiple times just to get that. Very disappointed and will never frequent a Tires Kingdom or Mavis again after their flippant behavior, negligence and disrespectful offer of two free oil changes.

I have been a client of this shop for the past 7 years, taking 3 different 100,000 + miles cars to be cared for there. Despite staff changes, this store still has my business for one very important reason: they are always going to be honest. They tell me what I need to know, even if my wallet does not want to hear it .Today their Honda & Toyota specialist spotted 3 of my dashboard lights on & immediately raised the red flag. I had read stories online about how this particular combo of lights sometimes occured for no apparent reason & mechanics had not been able to address them being unable to find the codes. It turns out this combo does have codes. Their specialist was able to find them & warned me regarding important fixes I need to have done shortly. I greatly appreciate this team's help & will be having this work done at this store as soon as I can afford it!

The man with the two teeth at the front desk had the worst attitude. I did not feel valued as a customer.When I called the number on Google for Tire Kingdom, the nice gentleman over the phone told me that they had room to patch a tire and that they could get it done within 45 minutes, so I proceeded so once I got there to tire kingdom, the man at the desk acted like I was bothering him, stopped assisting the nice customer lady, and told me that it was going to be a 2 to 3 hour wait. So I told him the person over the phone told me that it would be a 45 minute wait.He then told me, "The person you spoke with is probably our call center". So when I told him it was a local number, he became a hostile with an attitude and listed all of the people that were before me, so I asked if he wanted to complete his transaction with the lady that was in front of me and he left me alone.I then called the same number and told the guy on the phone what happened and he told me that tire kingdom is fully aware that their number is mixed up on Google's directory and that he should've just routed me there. He said that they would be waiting for me, so I left tire Kingdom and headed their way.It was a really nice experience, so on the bright side, I'm glad that this happened.Check out my review for Big T's Tires.

We called and was told our car would be put in immediately because there was no one there and we got there to get our 4 tires and an alignment and waited an hour then we talked to management and they told us after they get the next customer in it would be an hour so we left and waited, an hour later we called and have been told that our car still isn t close to being worked on and they are still waiting on the appointment before us to pull in, so we have been waiting for a total of 2-3 hours and our car hasn t even made it on the lift yet to be worked on!

All employees but specially Kenny, the manager, have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. More interested in helping than making money! That s what made me a Tire kingdom customer. I would only seek him wherever he works at. People like Kenny make the difference. Don t ever lose him!

This WAS the only shop in town I trusted. I was told my brakes are severely bad and the metal on the pads are scoring the rotors and I needed complete new front brakes, rotors and all! $700 for the brakes! As you can see the pads are less than half worn in. Extremely disappointed with this store. I will go back for my tire service because I hate Tires Plus even more but I will be on guard with whatever they tell me.On another note, they said I needed an alignment but they drove my car on the alignment rack and turned the steering wheel so the tires were not straight which would obviously show it is out of align. I know this because after their first attempt they had to do it again because the steering wheel was no longer straight. I really think they should refund my alignment cost which I didn't need.

This is the absolute best place to go for tires. I have bad luck with tires and have been there several times. Twice they were able to fix the problem for no charge!!! On the occasions when I needed to have a tire repaired or replaced, the service and price were excellent. Both Daniel and the manager are friendly and professional.

Dropped my vehicle off today for oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wipers. Was charged almost $40 for windshield wipers that were never replaced, didn't notice until I had gotten home and they were closed!"Update" as of August 2nd, 2023 I have yet to be contacted to have a set of blades shipped to me. Companies need to understand how important Google Reviews are!

I've been going here for over 10 years now, and will continue to do so as long as I can! I have only had the best experiences here with both staff and service. They're honest, and know their stuff. For both scheduled and emergency service, these guys have consistently saved the day every time.
