Scheduled an appointment for 11:00a.m. to get a simple first time 5000 mile oil change it took them until 12:20-12:30 to release the vehicle,on inspection of the vehicle there was oil markings on the door and center console,would not recommend

Finally after 3 visits, 5 1/2 weeks, 2 separate times and 4 overnights without a car the dealership was able to adjust the headlights properly! Just to be fair I did get other services such as 100,000 mile service, computer update of some sort and a few other minor corrections such as tire rotation. Outstanding service Guys

Had a appointment Friday am . Had to call 4pm for a update. They told me had to order a part so Saturday maybe Monday. Call Monday for update now its Tuesday it might be done SMH bought the truck from you guys and this is the service you provide?? Sent my car here due to hurricaneflooding by insurance, it has beensitting outside for a month now, hoodopen, spark plugs and claps laid out.They're done looking at it after I'vecalled a few times to relook over thecar in specific areas, they failed toeven, though they said they did. Theonly thing they did was check sparkplugs and tell me I have a hole in myblock acting like they can rebuild theengine. (You can't) I wanted to relocate the car but I have to pay 180 for their diagnosis . Got ahold of myinsurance company and they said Fordhas not once reached out to them withtheir diagnosis. I will never return to their collision center.Service: Auto maintenance

My car was done but they never called me. I stopped by, and noticed my car was done. What they did probably take an hour, (I'm sure is less) but I didn't have my car for the hole day. I recommend Toyota Parks of Deland but sadly my car is Ford and still under warranty.

I call 3 times to get my Ford in for 4 new tires and a oil change, got VM, I bought them from good year, got a great deal,top of the line, with alignment in all tires in tax out the door $680,, they called me back 3vweeks later, I asked how much they told me $1600+ and that was just tires, I would have payed it too!!!, I bought my truck new there the A/C WENT OUT WITH 12000, miles on it they changed me $1900, 4 months old,

Nice waiting room TVs drinks donuts quick service reasonably priced oil is less than most quick lubes places.

Service department did not communicate with me the status of my repairs. I left messages that were not returned. I was without my car for five days and was not told repairs would take that long.
