My son and I were looking for a couple of pitbikes and we stopped by Deland Motorsports. The shop has a great selection of toys and gear. We ended up buying our bikes elsewhere but we came back for gear and Nick and JJ hooked us up. Even though we didn t buy our bikes from them, they still treated us great. When we are ready to buy more toys; we will definitely be coming back.

Jonathan and his team delivered excellent customer service. I m extremely satisfied with my equipment purchase from Deland Motorsports. It s made my jobs move quicker with far less labor. I recently purchased a Honda Grom from Deland Powersports with the help of JD and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, JD specifically! The purchasing process was smooth and efficient, and I felt confident in my decision thanks to their expertise.As for the Honda Grom itself, I absolutely love it! It's the perfect combination of fun and practicality, making it a joy to ride around town. I've already put several miles on it and every ride is a blast.Overall, I highly recommend Deland Powersports AND JD, to anyone in the market for a new motorcycle. My husband and I bought two waverunners from DeLand Motorsports. They exceeded our expectations. The salesman JD was knowledgeable, friendly and worked quickly with the manager John to work us a deal without all the back and forth. The manager John was amazing as well. JJ in the parts department worked to get all our accessories at price we thought was fair and had everything ready to go when we picked up our ski s. We will be purchasing all of our toys here in the future. Thank you guys!!

I just purchased an Xtown scooter and could not be happier with the bike and the sales process. JD was my sales rep and he is excellent in his role. Very helpful but easy going and easy to talk with. He is a real professional as were the rest of the team. Great start to what I hope will be a long business relationship.

I had a great experience at Deland Motorsports! JD was great! He showed me several bikes I was interested in, answered all my questions, went on a test ride with me, and gave us space to talk about the purchase and make a decision without feeling like we were pressured. We were under a time crunch and everyone respected that - arranging to finish up the paperwork & purchase process by phone & text, and then deliver the bike to me.I have felt valued as a customer - before, during, and after the sale. Everyone (JD, Ben, Nick, Ryan) has been friendly and upfront - providing the information I needed without being pushy, and never making things feel rushed. Even Ryan, who delivered the bike, spent time showing me how to strap a bike safely. Many guys would have been in a hurry to drop off their delivery and rush on to something else.I highly recommend Deland Motorsports if you're looking for any outdoor equipment!

You must understand this dealership has a process. It works to their advantage.It involves layers of DeLand employees aimed at screwing you. It starts with advertise vehicles at a price. And then refuse to sell them at the price offered. They tricked me. I live in the Keys. Flew up, rented a truck. Went to go buy it And then discovered they have a wear you down. Charge you hidden fees, forget the advertised price game.Filling out their financing and getting pre approved is another joke. They ll claim that they don t even have that information, and you don t have any preapproved offer. After being there hours you ll find the vehicle doesn t even run. They say, don t worry It s all part of the process :)

I was very pleased with the service that was performed on my 2005 VStrom at Deland Motorsports. I haven't had a lot of full services done on my vehicle's and had every little thing taken care of. I was surprised that no items were missed in the service. Right down to the cleaning and adjusting of my chain which I have never had a service department take the time to perform before. if they take the time to do simple things like that, I know I can trust them with all of the other jobs. They have an excellent service department and excellent technicians as far as I am concerned. It was great that the technician (David) took the time to talk to me and explain what he performed, and what he found during the servicing. I am grateful. The bike is running smashing!

This was without a doubt the best dealership experience I've ever had.I was interested in the KTM SuperDukes for the last year or so and finally decided this summer I would purchase either a 1290 SDR or a 890 Duke by year's end, but would likely wait for the 2024s. While doing regular research and comparison shopping I had noticed a substantial end of model year sale from DMS that definitely had my interest. I contacted via chat bot and email about it first as I literally live two+ hours away and had no interest in traveling all that way to get some surprise inflated number once I got there.This is where immediately I knew this was likely to work out. I spoke multiple times via email with the Internet sales via Kaylee who was friendly and very accommodating. Explaining my location and need for some hard numbers before committing to the drive she was able to explain what costs I could expect and get me a solid number to expect before the trip. This alone is a stand-up move. SO many dealerships won't even consider talking numbers without being in person to flush out tire kickers it was refreshing to have someone take you seriously on your word. I'm very easily put off, something as simple as refusing to commit anything without being there is enough to make me just go to another shop.So with good info in hand I trekked out on the ~150 mile drive, arriving about 75 minutes before closing. I was quickly greeted by two friendly salesmen who introduced me to Kaylee who then handed me off to salesmen Austin.Austin was very friendly and attentive and not pushy at all. He answered questions I had honestly and if he wasn't sure of the answer he let me know instead of freestyling which was comforting too. At no point was he distracted by literally anything, never looked at his phone or did anything but work my deal and engage in conversation with interest. Austin is awesome.Deciding on the SuperDuke as expected and looking over the numbers, everything matched what Kaylee had proposed, fees to be expected were there and ones that were waived were waived as implied.Financing was a breeze and I was able to get a rate I liked with a local lender I'd dealt with before. They were able to fine tune my loan to where I wanted to be even if it took a few different tweaks. The finance officer whose name sadly escapes me was also incredibly friendly and relaxed, never pressuring me at all. Both he and Austin did not even flinch at staying a good 30-45 minutes after close to make it happen.I drove my car home so that the next day they could upgrade my tech pack with all the software goodies KTM had to offer.A day later my bike is delivered to me... 150 miles away! Ryan brought the bike and was friendly as I've come to expect from everyone associated with DMS. He kept me up to date on his departure time and when nearing arrival. Once he made it to my work he unloaded and showed me around the bike, he didn't at all seem like he'd just been in a car for two hours and it was basically quitting time and hours from home. You'd think he just showed up to work fresh from the weekend, super cheery and talkative, a great employee again.At this point, while I don't see another new bike in my immediate future of course, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The motorcycle dealers around me (at least of the types of bikes in interested in) are just so generally unpleasant I kind of forgot there are still great people out there, just sometimes you have to search them out a bit.Thanks so much to everyone involved.

What an awesome dealership. Deal completed in less than 2 hours and the new Bobcat was delivered the next day. Nick was a great sales guy and very knowledgeable not to mention I saved thousands of dollars from other dealers.

I am in my mid 70s and spent my business life working on the premise that your goal was to satisfy as many people as much as you can. Knowing your product is important, but knowing how it will fill a need is more important. The only thing you really have to sell is TRUST and VALUE.In the course of buying my bike I dealt with the Sales Rep, his Manager, the F&I Manager, and the gentleman that delivered my bike.I felt trust in everyone I dealt with and they gave me great value without having to fight for it.

I bought my 390 Duke about 2 months ago. I walked in and Nick greeted us like he new us. I bought the bike from him not even an hour later. Awesome customer service and also understanding the byer. I took my bike in for service and the whole team did an awesome job. The service manager Joe makes you feel at right at home. Zac, who was right there from the beginning was a professional. Hospitality and customer service perfected. I've been a GM for Hilton and Marriott, I started from the ground up and i know great customer service when I see it. I highly recommend you by your motorcycle, jet ski, dirt bike or whatever you need from this store. I'm going back in a few months to upgrade. I want to thank all the staff there. Bought a new HayaBusa with Deland motorsports and everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I was about 7 hrs away and John got all the paper work done and ready for when I arrived the next day. They were awesome to deal with. Definetly will be buying from them in the future.

Nick was awesome! This dealership is really enjoyable, great atmosphere, the sales people are super nice and not pushy, the parts department is extremely knowledgable and my whole experience of purchasing my jetskis was great! Definitely recommend

My husband and I went to several dealerships near our home..we were not happy with the process..we decided to travel over an hour away to Deland and this dealership..it was well worth the drive! Everyone was helpful and best of all not pushy..we bought that same day..thank you again Josh and Mike for a seamless process..highly recommend you stop here for your next toy!

Jesus and Ben were both great. They went throught options, platforms, features, great sales and finance knowladge. All team members were welcoming and professional. Buy your power and motorsport equipment here. I came from North Alabama to buy a bike. It was worth the drive.

Amazing management and sales team. Another vendor refused to work with me on pricing, so I made a call to the team at Deland. Deal was struck over the phone for a good price, had the paperwork ready by time I got there and was out of the door in 45 minutes on my way home. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the experience as everyone involved were upfront with all areas of the purchase. Went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the bike and any future requests. No BS encountered. There was a minor glitch that had no bearing on the process and, really not worth mentioning. Kudos to Jason, Kaylee, Brent, Nick for being real.

Was in need of a right side view mirror for my KTM RC390. After calling several places from Cali to local here in FL I decided to order it locally. Call Deland as they are listed as a KTM dealer and the girl on the phone greeted me and placed my order. Waited a week, called and my side view mirror was in! Picked it up and looked at some of their selection of bikes. Decent selection, they let us be and walk the showroom floor without hounding us as if we were prey. Would definitely visit again!

Nick helped us purchase a new motorcycle. He was very helpful and friendly, we never felt pushed, and we were happy with the deal we got.
