I am very impressed with this shop.The owner, Steve is a great guy. He is honest and caring. The timing for work to be doneand the quote he gave were both exactly as he said. The bumper replacement looks great and I was impressed that the car was clean inside and out! I highly recommend this body shop!!

I stopped by earlier today and spoke with Mr. Steve, regarding my F150. Mr. Steve provided me a instant quote and was fair pricing. Even though I decided not to move forward with it, the hospitality and courtesy of Mr. Steve was phenomenal! Will be bringing my vehicles there should anything arise. Thank you again sir!

I reached out to Crossroads when my Chevy Trax was rear ended. It was a mess. But today I picked her up and she is new again! Easy to work with, honest communication. Not only was the body work perfect, but it was detailed inside! And my temperature adjustment knob was working! So I just think they are great. Very easy to work with. Very simple drop off pickup. Great job on repairing my car. Got it done just a little bit less time than they actually quoted Carla's. Great! Would definitely recommend. Seem like very fair. Nice to do business with people

Had my car repaired there twice. Always friendly quicker getting a quote. Quit quick at getting you in and out. Great place. Couldn't think of anything bad to say about the place. Just overall awesome

Steve and the staff at Crossroads do excellent work in a timely manner. We recently had to use their shop as we were rear ended while stopped at a red light. The rear facia and underside of the car were damaged which required new parts and painting. The car was repaired quickly and professionally. This is the third time we have used Steve and this shop. They have always treated us fairly and honestly. The work is of the highest quality and the customer service is outstanding. Great people to do business with.

The manager gave a fair a d reasonable estimate to repair and paint my 2006 Scion XB hood which was badly chipped and rusted. He went above and beyond the hood and repainted sever scrapes and scratches on the rest of the car and fixed my dentedoose bumper, for free. I can't say enough good things about this business a d its essence a d professionalism. My 16 year old car looks new!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed some tailgate work done after the Ford dealership did me wrong and this place was AWESOME. Their work ethic was top notch and the job was well done!!! I found a great place to fix the dents and scratches when those unforseen things happen!

My Aunt backed into my car one night and was told by a few friends that this was the best place in town to get my car fixed. So I called and made an appointment and was told I would have my car back in 3 to 4 days. Well 9 days later I finally got my car back. I was happy with the result and could over look it taking 5 days longer so I asked to get a quote on some other body panels I wanted repainted not once, not twice ,but 3 times and was told he would contact me in a day or so with the quote. That was months ago???? The work is good , but the customer service side is a reason I would look elsewhere. Not very organized

I've had 4 vehicles repaired by Steve and his guys at crossroads between my dad and me. Always near perfect when finished. You may have to wait to get your vehicle but they are busy due to the quality of work and demand. I recommend them for any collision repair needs.

Steve guided us through the entire process of getting our hail damage repaired. They took care of all the insurance headache and did a great job. It only cost my insurance deductible. It s a 2010 and hasn t looked this good in years!

My new 2018 RAM 1500 truck was rear ended. I was so upset having damage done to my new truck I just drove off the lot a few weeks ago. I researched autobody shops in my area and found Cross Roads Paint & Body in Orange City. Being a retired police sergeant, I researched the integrity and workmanship of this body shop. I wanted a place where I knew they could repair my truck with least number of headaches for me. My research of the shop revealed they were a highly rated repair shop with Steller reviews for work, customer service, and pride. I decided to bring my truck in for the repair. They told me day one my truck would be done in 5 days. From my personal experience most places will tell you a completion date, but never is met. Cross Roads called me exactly in 5 days and said your truck is ready. WOW! Right on time. The repair work was like the accident never happened. It was just what I was looking for good quality repair work. I was impressed with the craftsmanship of the repair and paint work. I would bring any of my vehicles here again for a repair in the future.

This was 2nd time I have taken a vehicle to crossroads . My first experience was all great.But this time I was overwhelmed at the work they did. They went above and beyond. I am so pleased. Big Mike and Steve help me and my wife after an accident fixing our car and getting us back on the road the workmanship was amazing looks like it never happened thanks guys. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anybody other than Crossroads paint and body! One example I can give you is I had them paint my oil tank on my Harley in 1988. It looks like it just got painted! Thanks Steve Tindall and all the other great guys at Crossroads!
