Great group of guys that never steer you wrong.. Considering the amount of business that they do, the work is rather quick.. It is however best to leave your vehicle. There is a coffee pot in the waiting area and a TV with comfortable Seating. There is also an area to charge your phone.. Prices are moderate for alignment... Place is one of the few in town that offers alignment services for large trucks..

We couldn't be happier with the service here. The guys did a fantastic job fixing the AC on our camper. Exceeded expectations by miles. We will definitely be returning here next time our vehicles need service. Brian and Chris kept me informed every step the way, did a thorough job, and came in below competitors' estimates.

I love these technicians & this store. I am a widow who knows very little about my car. It was something my husband always took care of. I trust these guys to make my car right and to do it at a great price. They have never failed me. Tires oil checks major issues. They truly are full service.

Went in for a check up on the rear end of my car they told me rear end was shot needed replaced never trusting this shop over the years I took it down road for a second opinion the car only needed a wheel bearing cost 300$ to replace . Car is great now with the bearing replacement they wanted to charge 5,000$ for a whole new rear end the so called mechanics that work here are not trained and are only parts changers if that stay far away from this place they are rip offs and scam artist plus there priced so high compared to mom and pop shops around this town I will tell everyone I know about how this place is a rip off

On June 9th at approximately 0900 EST I sent my wife to have a nearly new near tire patched due to a nail. The Assistant manager told her there wasn't enough tred, and that they could only sell her a tire - but they only have the most expensive one in stock. I called back and he immediately hung up on me when I complained. Abusing women is the most lowest thing a shop can do. Do not support them. Below is picture of said tire's wear. I will be contacting supervisors later.

My tire was going flat and I couldn t get the cap off. I called to see if I could come in for help and they said come right in. I didn t get there until almost closing time and the manager Ronnie was so gracious and helped me and I wanted to thank him and Boulevard Tire as a whole. My family loves Boulevard Tire. I wanted to take the time to thank this company and Ryan! I went here this morning for a slow leak in my tire and found out it was unrepairable. They were completely upfront, honest with me, and did everything to ensure I was correctly informed of my options. Even though they didn t have a tire for me today, I still felt completely satisfied with their service and honesty. Ryan didn t charge me for looking at the tire and deeming it unfixable. I highly recommend this company because of the welcoming and supportive experience I had. Thank you guys!

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE IN THE AREA!Nothing worse than having a vehicle issue and not knowing who to trust with your repairs and your safety.It is very imperative that the public understands the real quality of giving a 5 star review for a business. These guys have always gone above and beyond to assist us with our vehicles.The prices are completely fair and reasonable. We have used them for almost everything from tires to engine work. DO NOT FEEL OBLIGATED to use the dealer shops if you don't need to. These guys were able to handle everything for our Mercedes, Lexus, Toyota, Volkswagen and GMC. We highly recommend this place for location for your vehicle needs.If you don't believe it, try them at least once; you won't be disappointed. Once you go, you will see how many local businesses and municipalities rely on their expertise.

I was sent over from the Deland location to the Orange City location because they had the tires I needed on hand. I had high expectations coming over because the Deland location was amazing to me. I was NOT disappointed. They were professional and so kind. I did not feel like they were just trying to upsell me and instead filled in the gaps in my current knowledge about my tires etc. They even went as far a transferring tires over so that I would still be eligible for the current rebate on my tires. Usually I feel uncomfortable going to get my car repaired because I am constantly talked down to or feel like I am getting ripped off but here I honestly feel like family.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS STORE!! Unless you want to be ripped off! They changed my gf $275 for tires to be mounted and balanced. Nearly $70 per tire. Ladies, beware they prey on you because you're not a man!

I had a slow leak in my front tire for weeks. Had to add air every 4-5 days. Had serious life issues going on. Had to have my car. Finally saw a roofing nail embedded in the tread. Called Boulvard after multiple recommendations. It was 415. Spoke with Ryan? who said to bring it over in the morning. They were able to plug the tire ( only 4k miles on it) & send me on my way.Very reasonable and professional. I'll be back for sure

My grandmother needed tires for her car. Her car was worked in quickly she was informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service. Thanks Ryan. We appreciate you. She was happy with her over all experience. If you need tires cone see them. They also do other mechanical work as well.

They did good work. Now that I've said that, they got 4 stars instead of 5 bc they won't tell you over the phone that you'll be waiting days for your car to get looked at because THEY ONLY HAVE 1 MECHANIC. Only go here if you have the leisure of dropping your car off and leaving it there for days. I will not be going back here. If they offered to pay their interviewees better than $10/hr I'm sure they could hire another technician and things could really get moving along then.

I rarely give reviews but because this company, especially the Orange City location, gives such great service I had to write this review. Always honest recommendations, excellent service and a competitive price! Special thanks to Ryan and Ronnie for always going the extra mile!!!

Above the below and yet below the upper. I have been trusting Boulevard Tire with my vehicles for years... I love the service and the value they provide. It's a great business to support and I appreciate that they have done the right things in the past to make it this way. Thus of course all happens AFTER I get past the front desk and check in and wait patiently in my car for over an hour watching the cargo bay go in and out with vehicles that were here after me. I go back inside to follow up and find that I have another 30 min and they just handed back my paper work. I waited 45 min before going back in and asking if it's normal to wait 2 hours for only 3 people ahead of me. The receptionist/clerk needs to have reminder on the time that's going by and who's in what order like a hostess does at a restaurant. I wouldn't complain if this was the first time. When I was in during covid we had issues understanding how to reciprocate a promotion they had running. It took me contacting the vendor of the promotion to explain to the merchant how to use the promotion. This doesn't sound like I should work so hard to do this persons job every time I come in. Maybe my expectation on customer service and understanding promotion and communication is higher than others but I feel that this is deturing me from wanting to even come in unless I can skip the front desk experience.

Very pleasant experience. Honest and helpful. I purchased 4 new tires and had a front end alignment. The salesman told me when I called that there was a promo for the tires I was interested in but it didn't start until the next day. He could have just sold me the tires a day earlier when business was a lot slower for them and I probably wouldn't have even known. Thank you Ryan!!!

Very happy I found this place! I have worked with Brian (Manager) in the past, and he is one of the most helpful and respectable service mangers I've dealt with anywhere. Pricing competitive, quick to get the job done. I definitely recommend them for your tire/routine service needs.

Boulevard Tires is a long time staple of the area. You can trust the Crew in the shop to do the job correct the first time they enjoy having happy repeat customers over complaints Stop in for a great competitive price on a new set of wheels, rim's, tires and a number of other great services

Had a slight tire leak. They serviced me quickly and found the small leak and fixed it at a very reasonable rate. Every one was very polite and I couldn't have been more pleased.

The Brians are always nice to me but maybe it's just a name thing. I've had them do tractor tires and alignments and they were always done right and within the same day.

Very helpful. I was on my way to work picked up a in my tire. They got me in the road in about a hour. Everyone else was saying 3 hours plus. And best of all locally owned. They earned my business.

I made an appointment online and they quickly called to confirmed. I showed up, tire was repaired, and I was out within an hour. The staff was friendly and they didn't try to rip me off. I was expecting to have to purchase a new tire but they were able to patch it for less than 30 bucks

Been a customer here for around 10 years. First place I take my vehicles for any issues. Be it routine maintenance, or something more complicated, they have always done a great job. Went in today for a flat tire - was in and out in no time. Would highly recommend Boulevard.

Had to limp to the nearest tire shop and it was Boulevard. Balance and rotate always done at dealership because purchased from dealership. When I need tires in the future I m going to Boulevard. They were personable and had a tire delivered to their shop Knowing I had to be to work fairly early the next morning and they were able to make that happen! Thank you gentlemen.
