Brought my 4Runner here after a recurring transmission problem couldn t be solved by another mechanic, who suggested transmission replacement. Ziegler was able to properly diagnose and fix - it was a minor issue. I was expecting to spend a ton. Thankful for their honesty!

Good, honest service for myself and my friend. Both of us had transmission problems that were fixed with fluid additive / changes (other shop wanted to replace my friend's transmission).I recommend this place.

Terry, Adam, and the team were extremely helpful! I came in with my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 because the transmission was acting a little strange. Recommend by multiple people when transmission went out.Very helpful!!I had no clue how I'd pay for it so they pointed me in the right direction. Got a great warranty on my new transmission and have worry free mindset as they encourage me to come back at 500 miles for a check in to make sure all is working properly.Definitely would recommend.

The most honest (COMPLETELY honest and better than fair) auto shop I have ever been to. The positive reviews aren't lies. Totally surpassed my expectations. Fixed 2 of my transmission seals for less than $450. I was told it was going to be a 3 hour job, I was out in 2. Terry and his crew are awesome people. Oil changes are cheaper than anywhere I've been. I'm so happy I found this company. They are totally worth it. No BS here. I'm taking my vehicle here for ALL services. Thanks guys! You've got a new loyal customer. I'm telling everyone I know locally about this place. They also have free WiFi!!! I'm sold.

Buyer beware. Took my vehicle in because it was Leaking a red fluid from the engine and the transmission was shifting hard, they insisted it was a heater hose and the red fluid was Radiator fluid. Charged me $400. Two weeks later in my Transmission died and now Terry their manager won't call me back. Nice guy??

Finally an honest mechanic! Couldn t recommend this place more. I brought my jeep in for a patched tire, and there was an accident with the machine breaking the bead. They could ve told me the tire was not patchable and tried to sell me a set of tires, but instead they took responsibility for it and bought me a new tire and installed it for free. These are not cheap tires either. Most mechanics will do the job, but it s hard to find one that prides themself on honesty and integrity. I found my new mechanic.

I have been very pleased with Zeigler Transmissions and Auto. I take my personal and business vehicles here and pricing is fair. They only recommend what is needed, and will be honest if a repair can wait until a more suitable time. Terry and his team are great folks!

Wouldn't take my truck anywhere else! These guys are on it! And they don't take you for more than what you need. And when you need a repair of some kind they get it done right! For instance, I ordered a motor and a switch for my window. It only needed the motor. So that's what they charged me for parts and labor! Awesome bunch of guys!

Zeigler's does great work and reasonable prices! We bring our entire fleet of trucks there, and never had one complaint. They always back up any repair they do, as well as having courteous and patient staff. Wonderfull company, recommend to anyone who is looking for an honest, reputable company that you can trust and repeat service with.# Greentech termite and pest control

The only place I will take my car to. I have been going here for at least 5 years now and have found Ziegler's to always be honest and fair. Im always treated right here. And that is what we all want in auto repair. Ziegler repaired my daughters 20 yr old plus car many times and always made it right.

As the cashier at Advance Auto Parts in Oldsmar was helping me find a part, I joked about the high cost of repairing my 20+ year old Silverado pickup and the recent quote I got from a mechanic. He and the manager their recommended Zeigler Auto Repair, stating they'd probably give me a better price and that they do great work. They were right. I have had multiple things repaired through Zeigler. Even when the truck needed a bit more work than predicted, they honored their original quote which they didn't have to do, and I appreciate that. Most recently, I brought my truck in due to a random electrical problem. Although they could have charged me for something, they checked the charging system/ battery and adjusted the cables which fixed the problem for nothing. I'm sold. Zeigler is my new go-to for my old truck (and my wife's car when it eventually needs work).Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I went to them to get a 2nd opinion on work that had to be done to my Honda Odyssey. Terry and Scott there were so helpful and treated us like top priority. Scott talked to my husband in mechanic talk while Terry talked to me in laymen terms and understood my concerns about the safety of my family if we were to break down again. Great local guys and I plan to take my business there in the future.

These guys are the best. I live in downtown Clearwater and I drive the distance because I trust these guys. They have never tried to upsell me on thugs I don't need and they are honest. Tires plus told me I needed new tires immediately and some additional $1500 services. I took it to Ziegler and they said I still have use out of my tires for about another 2 oil changes. They also helped when my transmission was acting up and they charged me a very good price to fix it. Awesome guys.

there was not one piece of shop equipment to indicate that any transmission rebuilding was done at that location . no cleaning tank , no bearing press no transmission parts . on 2 separate visits never saw any transmission work being done. if you ask for an estimate the guy in the office takes out a little booklet and looks it up . appears as though transmissions are rebuilt by a third party at another location and they merely whack it up

Don't even know how they scored a 3.5 in Google reviews, they must have paid for them. I was going to let the terrible service I got slide... but now I'm trying to sell my car not even a year later, and the same AC problem i had fixed TWO times in 15 months, has surfaced again. I had to sign any warranty away if they fixed it for free the 2nd time... THIS was a huge ordeal full of lies and deceipt. And I was very upset. I spent alot of money initially to fix the AC.I thought Terry was nice and mostly professional, although he was avoiding my calls at one point. Its hard to find a good mechanic, so if you're doing research on the topic, DO NOT GO to ZEIGLER.That's my experience.

My car dealer was pushing a "critical alignment" service during an oil change but I took it to Zeigler's instead. Zeigler's checked the alignment and found nothing wrong. They didn't even charge me for the check. They were very quick checking it and getting back to me. I'll be taking my other car there which does need work done.

Our chevy truck had the transmission go out and we took it here. The truck has been back over 6 times in the past 8 months with issues that had been replaced in the rebuild. Save yourself the time and headache and take it to the dealer that knows your vehicle inside and out. I would never recommend this company and do not feel the vehicle is reliable at all after being repaired here.

Bad experience for a 2 simple leaks that took 3 visits to fix! Still not fixed and the mechanic insulted me twice in front of the manager in the waiting room! He asked irritated " Do you have an appointment? which I did, He then said You are going to have to wait, we cant burn our hands on the exhaust! Second time he said irritated " We cant just keep looking at it"! Exactly just fix it! If trans are your specialty (obviously customer relations isn't), then hire better techs that can get the job done! I would hate to see what would happen if they had to actually do internal work.

My transmission froze up in the early afternoon. Had it towed to Zeigler. I assumed it would be the next day or two to get my van back... it was done by close of business. This was 6 months ago and haven't had any issues. Thanks to the manager, Terry White, for taking care of me.

We've tried the others but you can only be "up sold" so many times by shops that "always" find critical repairs you can also needs. Zeigler's an exception in that they might recommend but it can wait until next time. The shop is our first and last choice for automotive repairs.

Always quick and friendly and never pushy. Several times after coming in, I've gotten not only warnings of things to look out for, but a practical amount of time I can wait and a full estimate of what to expect, so I never end up with surprise charges here.

I went to Ziegler for an opinion on my transmission. They were honest and helpful and not pushy. They also helped with some things that I didn't even know we're wrong. Thank you Ziegler. You are the best!
