I am so happy with Tires Plus. They worked out a price that I could afford and handled my repairs and installation with professionalism and a SMILE! I would highly recommend them

While the service desk was extremely busy, sales professionals were quite composed during an extremely busy period of time. While at first I was put on the defensive because I was asked why I had come in for another alignment when 2 were previously performed when in fact only 1 was performed days after I purchased 4 new Bridgestone Alenza Tires and was not done at time of installation... I voiced my concerns about VIBRATION on right front passenger door... "that it might be due to alignment issues (and/or) balancing issues."Thankfully, I was put at ease when the representative assured me that these concerns would be addressed. And while waiting nearly 3 Hours and 45 minutes for the issues to be resolved... they were!The Suburban was out of alignment and two tires were out of balance indicating my concerns.Thanks Tires Plus for "Listening to my concerns and making me feel valued."

Friendly staff. Drop offs have always been welcomed. Let them fix it while you are out. Come back at your convenience. Same day service.

Always fast service/customer service is amazing and the team is always accommodating...I will refer friends and family to the Okeechobee location. This week I sent 2 family members and next week we will be bringing our 2 vehicles in for service. :)

These guys are amazing. We were traveling and lost numerous plus on our tire. We managed to limp it to this tire store on a Sunday morning. The team quickly had us back on the road! Excellent customer service and would not hesitate to make this my go to store for my truck if I lived in this town. Thank you Tires Plus!

Made an appointment after being told that they were totally open at that point. Appointment 10 AM. Came in and now we're short staffed so I'll put you in next. Its nearly 10:30 and the truck is still sitting out by the road.

I have been going to this Tires Plus for almost 20 years, even before it went corporate and it was a home town, no name tire center. Today, after my 3rd or 4th bad experience with them in less than a year, 2 included calls to the corporate office, I told them they have lost a customer. On the short end of the story, I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an oil change and tire rotation, specifically explaining I need an appointment because I cannot wait all day. I got there and I was told I was going to have to wait and it took 3 hours, was given a price on the phone, got charged another when I went to check out. I was told they couldn't rotate my tires because there was no lug nut key, after and hour and a half before, I told them exactly where it was, in the same place it has been for the last 5 years since my 1st oil change on my car brand new, they said it wasn't there. I got in my car, it was right there. $130.00 later, I got an oil change and an air filter and not even an apology when I took them out to my car and showed them the lug nut key that sits in plain site.

I stopped in because my low air pressure alert for one of my tires was on. Turns out I had a slow leak. Nick was very helpful and worked me on a very busy day. I really appreciated it!Update 1-24-24 My car battery died. My friend gave me a jump start and I headed right over to Tires Plus Okeechobee. I explained what happened and that my car was running in the parking lot. They got me right in and I was on the road again in no time. Oh, and the battery was less expensive than another place I had called. I highly recommend Tires Plus in Okeechobee, FL.

If you have a fleet vehicle don't even bother, was told they didn't have mechanic to do new tire, oil change, and new breaks. Management here is truly a joke

It's hit and miss. Sometimes good, but be sure the manager is working. Left my car at 8 am for shocks and struts. 2-3 hour job. At 6 pm I finally went up to see what was going on. Nobody had called as promised. I filed a complaint, but that's probably worthless.

This shop was awesome..I'd give 10 stats if I could. From scheduling an appt to being a walk-in, your needs will be met with exceptional courtesy, and they get you in and out fast without comprised service.

I'm a USAir force veteran I passed by tires plus in Okeechobee looked slow I pulled in and spoke to the manager and explained my situation I needed a valve for my tire he told me 20 dollars he took the tire out of my trunk and within 10 minutes it was done I went to pay him and he said your good to go I was amazed hats off to tires plus and the manager I will go back they are my tire guys from now on God bless tires plus

I was told by two people to go here after our brakes went out. I called ahead and they said they would look at it. After waiting to hear from them for 36 hours we went to the store. They had decided they wouldn't be able to work on it but didn't bother to contact us so now we can't get anything done before we fly back home. Very disappointed in their lack of concern and courtesy.

I went for a simple tire repair. There was a screw in one of my tires. The tires were purchased there and still under warranty. Mechanic told me the tread was too worn and that he couldn't repair it. Still have 30,000 miles on the warranty, but they said they couldn't honor it because it was the wrong brand. We have the receipt showing we bought the tires from them and he admitted it, but said the tires had to be Firestone or Goodyear for them to honor the warranty. He tried to sell me a new tire. Why sell tires with the warranty if you're not going to honor it? The manager wouldn't acknowledge me nor the tire issue. I left and took my car to St. Lucie Battery and Tire to patch my tire. They lost another customer.Service: Tires

Took two wheels in to replace tire with new ones they said they had. Dropped off the tires and left. Got called 30 min later and told they didnt have the tires, told them we d pick them up and take them somewhere else. We got there to pick up the tires and they deflated them

A little pricey. Didn't do what I wanted done and did stuff I didn't want done. Brakes, tune up and fix washer fluid is all I wanted done. Kept finding more stuff to do and still didn't get my windshield water fluid to work, but did an oil change that I asked them not to do. $1500 later, Uuuggghhhh

We have used this facility several years ago with no issues. We were driving and the tire pressure light came on. We pulled in here and they came out and filled the air up for no charge. We really appreciated it and the kindness displayed. I didn't get the gentleman's name who so willingly helped us.

Well did business with them for 15 years. 12 of those was in west palm beach. Excellent service always took great care of us. The one out here in okeechobee is a joke !!! Sorry to say they've lost our business not going back there for sure. They're in need of serious improvements big time !!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Update: valve stem on tire was damaged, arrived 1st thing in morning before they opened to be fixed, took 2 hours. Then tried to charge me for it. Were still friendly, but would have rather it been done before other tire repairs arriving after us. Accidents happen, but never apologized...................................Thank you for working today!! We needed to save our front tire from wearing the way it was. They found the part and had us in and out quick! This was after several stops from other auto shops not wanting to even do a simple tire rotation.Great friendly service, will be back again for sure!

10:30 - 16:30 Staff is polite and helpful, but shop is unproductive and lacks a since of organization. Busy day but after 4 hours of waiting my car was finally in the bay for two front tires. One and a half hours later the tech stared to work on it because he was told to. Manager made it better on the billing side, but still a waste of half my day.

So, I am changing my review. I did give 5 stars because I was helped out by being told I could apply for a credit card. So, being that I was apprroved for the card I had continued to come back for service, getting regular oil changes and car check ups. Poor choice of mine, everytime I came they wanted to charge me for something extra that I just couldn't afford. But, 5 months ago my car was over heating. I brought it here and they told me that they found nothing wrong with it and I just needed to put water in it. Okay, so I did. I found it strange that every week I needed to put coolant/water in it to keep it from over heating. Than my husband notices we have water in the oil. And so I call tires plus cause I have a credit card hopefully they can tell us 100% whats wrong with it. As soon as we walk into the door the "gents" behind the counter start joking about how the cars going to be junk and we better start looking for another one. Mind you this was before they even looked at the car itself. They told us itll take awhile for them to actually tell us whats wrong with it. So we leave, barely 20 mintues go by and they call me to tell me that its "probably" a cracked head or a blown head gaskit and I just need to come pick it up cause they cant do nothing with it and they recommend me JUNKIN the car. I was shocked because Ive been taking care of the car. It usually takes 3 to 4 hours just to get an oil change from them and now it only took barely 20 mintues to tell me this. They didnt want anything to do with the car as soon as we came in. I do not recommend coming to this place for regular check ups, oil changes ex. They only what to charge more and do less work. Thanks for nothing Tire Plus!!
