I m very very upset with this shop. All they do is lie. All I requested was an alignment from my car. The manager asked me to drop off my car first thing in the morning 750 morning. Which I did wait until 8 o clock went inside gave them my keys. I asked how long it was gonna take. He told me it won t be that long, probably mid day. There was only one vehicle before mine and mine will be the second vehicle to be worked on for the alignment. I call around 3:30 PM force me that they were about to get to my car yet he s had it all day, that my car would be done by 4:30. I call at 4:30. They have not yet touched my car. He tried to act like the phone was losing signal and try to hang up on me told me let me call you right back my phone is acting up because hangs up on me. Second time I called back and I don t know don t hang up on me I can hear you just fine. Why haven t you touch my car there was only one vehicle before me and then he tells me my car was the third one in line. Once I told him know that I had dropped it off. First thing in the morning was told there was only one vehicle in front of my car, and I explain to him which vehicle it was then he started to. I m sorry ma am, and tell him don t touch my car. I ll go pick it up. Could you not my car was still in the same spot that I had parked it in at 7:50 in the morning not even one time. Did they touch my vehicle this place is just absolutely no good if you are a mechanic and you re going to take on five or 10 cars knowing that you only have three people working, you should know better that s not how you run a business totally very upset and disappointed I will not, and I will never recommend Tire Zone to any of my friends or relatives for any type of mechanical work not even to change a tire probably don t know how to do that either in one day .,

My husband took his new truck to have bigger tires put on and everyone was kind and respectful. Texted him as each tire was put on and called him when the last one was finished. Would definitely recommend

I went with my boat tire. The valve stem was busted. They fixed it and didn t charge me for the repair. Love a company that doesn t nickel and dime me!! They ll get all my tire business going forward!!

These people are liers. I wouldn't not trust them. They were hired by body shop and didn't put the parts in. Which I hope insurance company goes after them. DON'T TRUST THEM!!

If I could give zero stars I would they take advantage of women and tell people it's going to take way longer because of laziness I tried to give them another chance after they tried to charge my wife double of any shop in town saying she needed all of these parts when she didn't. She went in there today with parts to be installed any copetent shop would have had it done in max 3 hours and that's taking there Timothy told her it would be about 2 days worth of work. Do not waste your time and money with this place

Guy at the desk has horrible customer service! Takes advantage of women. Tried to charge me $100 for cheap tires that I found online for $53 plus mounting. Then told me to get out of the shop because he was told he lost his mind. He don t need my business. Even an employee called him a ****

This is hard. I've had lots of work done in the last month &1/2. I feel that if you have work done here and I say this respect. They may play the work security card. God I hope not but I am backing this on 7 previous customers Word of Mouth. I'll know if this is true because I'll continue to use them until otherwise noted. I have been happy with the price and work done so far. I do have a on going issue and I have too wait too see if I still experience the issue. they have been good to me so far. Time will tell. friendly service good communication. I have found they aim to please.

Got tires replaced and had a tire alignment, tires were put on flawlessly. They didn t provide a alignment paper showing the changes and i didn t notice a difference after the alignment. It still pulls the same way. Update: they offered to refund so I m increasing the review to 4 stars. Another update: Employee lied to me and the owner hung up on me on the phone.

I had gotten a nail in my tire and we had gone to another tire place and they tried to sell us a new tire.. Wrong move.. My BF is a certified ASE mechanic (retired) and we promptly left. We drove down the street and pulled into tire Zone.. They advised us they could fix the tire no problem. Their pricing was reasonable and they were very professional. I recommend them highly. They have all our business going forward. Thank you for your awesome service it was greatly appreciated!

Honest, reliable, knowledgeable full service mechanic and tire shop. I ve had major repairs done here and simple quick fixes. Always a fair price, competitive prices even. Dave the owner is always honest and won t sell you extra unnecessary stuff. They have and do everything here: wipers, rims and tires, oil changes, auto batteries alignment, tire repair, hub bearings, rotate tires, transmission flush, transmission repair, coolant flush, radiator repairs or replacement, I really mean everything!

Service was bad! Ordered tires and they were suppose to be in the next week. Called the following week. They hung up on me 3 times. Plus the tires were NEVER ordered! 0 stars

Highly recommend Tire Zone of Okeechobee! We were headed across the state for a girls trip, halfway there my car started shaking and I knew a belt went in a tire. I found Tire Zone, they didn t have the tires I needed in stock but called around for us and quickly, found two tires, went and picked them up and within 45 minutes we were back on the road again!! What amazing service and while we waited we had an air conditioned room with great conversations and good laughs!! Thanks to all who helped and gave us a great experience!! We were so appreciative that in the way back through we brought them a couple pizzas!!

We were on vacation when our u-joint went, and dropped the drive shaft on Sat. We called them 1st thing Mon morning, and they took us the same day. Fixed both u-joints, and had us back on the road the same day. Pablo is awesome to deal with. No problems with the Tahoe. THANK YOU ALL !!!I would HIGHLY recommend these guys !!!!

This place is amazing! My sister drove in from Indiana with a problem of a belly pan. They took care of her vehicle immediately, repaired the problem, and had us out of there in less than 20 minutes. Great price!

How do you say that this one of the best business in Okeechobee. I ran over a nail and they repaired it with a patch, rebalanced, and mounted back on my car. They even replaced the spare in the proper location. I didn't purchase my tires from them. Cost $0.00 and they will always get my business. Kind, clean, and generous.

David originally told me roughly $2,000 for my lift and shocks...... so I paid $500 deposit and he said it'll take like 2 maybe 3 days I'll call ya when it the parts come in to schedule I wait 2 weeks and ended up calling him then I bring it on a Tuesday and drop it off and end up waiting till the following Tuesday only to find out that I still owed $2,523.82 bringing the total to $3,023.82..... So it took 3 times as long and they charged me $1,000 more than what they should have !! Plus not to mention never called me to tell me parts came I'm so Needless to say I'll never go back there and I hope no one else goes threw what I went threw and not to memtion how Rude he was the entire time like no I'm not a Mom with 5 boys at home stranded without a ride because yall are dragging it out !! He could have cared less !!

Employees knew I needed to get back to work ASAP so they mounted my spare until my ordered tire arrived. This isn't the most luxurious place but they happened to have premium movie channels on the television in the waiting room when I came back later to pay. Also their bathroom is clean and I noticed they sponsor many local youth activities (sports, pageants, etc) which shows a big commitment to the community they serve. Overall I'd say they are excellent at the services they provide. I only wished that they had my tire in stock and that they called me as soon as the shipped one had arrived from their warehouse.

Service turnaround time is really good in today's world. Call ahead if you can. Very busy shop plenty of room inside if you need to wait.

I m so impressed! My wife and son were traveling from Naples to Melbourne today and suddenly had a leak which seemed like they had run over a nail. Under a big time constraint, because they had to be to Melbourne for a baseball tournament within a couple of hours, Pablo dropped what he was doing and fixed the tire on the spot! He recognized how pressing it was and how worried my wife was, and took care of her and got her back on the road in minutes. If you even need tires or tire service in Okeechobee, don t go anywhere else. Good deeds need to be rewarded. Thank you, Pablo.

This place is an absolute life saver! I went to 2 different places trying to get my tire patch before heading back home ( I live in Tampa ) and no luck . I want to this place and even though the place was closing already the gentleman in the office didn t mind and fixed my tire and even offer to install it !! Great service and very friendly thank you so much again!

Dishonest, not reliable, waste of my time. Lost a key on my keychain, let my truck sit, charged me $30 extra for a tow bill for no reason. Do not recommend.
