Discovered a very large bolt in my tire this morning. I took it to St. Lucie Battery and Tire in Okeechobee. Everyone was great! So friendly and helpful. Took my car right in and fixed the tire while a waited a very short 40 minutes. Waiting area was nice a big and pleasant. Staff was amazing and very accommodating and back to work I went. I would definitely recommend St Lucie Battery and Tire in Okeechobee!! Thank you!

Found a small screw in one of my trailer tires when I stopped to fuel at the Shell station. Stop at St. Lucie T&B to see if they would ck it out. They had the wheel off and in the dunk tank in less than 5 minutes fm the time we drove in !! No leak!! No charge !!!! Thanks St.Lucie tire, I'll be back.

I had a minor mechanical problem with my vehicle. I could not fix it because I couldn't reach it without having it up on a lift. St. Lucie Battery was recommended to me by a friend. I explained my problem to the staff in the office. I was instructed to pull around the building to the service area. My vehicle went up on the lift and the problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes total. They did not charge me for the repair. I'm a very happy, and will be a repeat, customer! All of the employees were very friendly and helpful.

They did a great job, especially since the vehicle was 60 years old. Their computerized alignment system had the specs for a 64 Tbird and although there was a little play in my steering they were able to dial me in.

The staff was really friendly, helpful and they didn t charge a crazy amount. But the best part was that they fixed my windows for free. They are genuinely focused on fixing your car not making money. Highly recommended

Extremely honest and trustworthy. I have been going to St. Lucie Battery and Tire for years. They don t try to over charge you or make things up to make more money, because you re a woman. I know when ever I have an issue that they will not lead me astray! They will always have my business.

They did a good job on replacing the valve on my tire for a good price when another place was going to charge me almost 200 dollars in reality it was a small easy and cheap 22 dollar fix

Awesome experience at this place. There was an issue that I had that was taken care of quickly. Very honest, reliable and trustworthy business which is hard to find nowadays. The store manager CJ is awesome!

Bought a battery that turned out to be bad, first time that ever happened to me. However even though I was not happy for the lose of work and $$$ the battery was replaced with no questions asked.. can't asked for anything more.

Call the store spoke with some dude asked them if he had certain tire in stock or any tires with that specific size He said he had them in stock that he could get me right out the door today. Got to the store and the lady at the front desk told me that she doesn't have any. Wasted me some gas and time

Staff was super nice and very reasonable. An order was forgotten to be made and instead of making an new order and making me wait days for my new tires, I got a better tire that was in stock for the same price. Definitely made me feel like they put their customer first!!

A friend told us that SLBT folk were fair and honest. After having gone to two other locations in which we were told we would have to buy a new tire, SLBT told us that there would be no problem to patch it. Yay! A perfectly good tire was saved! We were in and out in 20 minutes; not bad. Thanks to our friend for the tip and thanks SLBT!

CJ, the service writer is great, no nonsense and very knowledgeable. I arrived 15 minutes before the shop opened and he unlocked the door and brought my car around to the service bay. Five new tires on my Jeep and headed home in one hour. Awesome customer service!

I purchased 4 new radial tires for my boat trailer. The pricing was very competitive. The technician was professional and did an excellent job and everything was double checked by a second technician. The business itself was fascinating seeing the different types of tires from small trailer tires to tires so large they had to be moved around with a fork truck. I really enjoyed watching this operation and would highly recommend them.
